Every staff member that I have come in contact with has been helpful, caring and eager to make my mom welcome and comfortable, from the director to the maintence man. The facility is clean and all of the residents seem well looked after. This move for my 92 year old mother has been an easier adjustment for her than I imagined thanks to everyone at Christina Place. She especially enjoyed the family dinner where she laughed as I had not seen her do in several years.

We needed to place my mother in a Alzheimer's Care Facility. As we toured the facility we found a very friendly staff. The staff worked very well together. For an example, If a resident needed assistance or looked puzzled, whoever, regardless of the position, was the closes to the resident intervened. It was so comforting to see that everyone cares!

So far our experiences in this community have been excellent. She is doing very well at this community. I'am very pleased with everything they have done for us. The community is very well kept, my grandmother's room is always clean when I visit. The staff is excellent, they are caring for her very well. She is now the bingo queen of the community, I love seeing her participate in the activities. She is pleased with the food. Everyone here is very helpful and kind. This is a community I would recommend.

I have no concerns of being kept clean at this community. The staff are friendly, welcoming and don't make me feel like at stranger. I like the feeling of being at home, being that it is smaller the staff are able to provide the personal attention to residents. The food is always fresh and good. My mom is participating in exercise class, plays cards, reading club and is truly enjoying herself. I would recommend this community for its smaller space and personal attention to needs.

My loved one has only been here a short time, but so far our experience with High Plains Alzheimer's Care has been a very positive one. The staff here is friendly, respectful, well trained, and very attentive to the needs of the residents. They've also got one of the best staff to resident ratios I've seen, and she has been in a few different places. They also have a very good staged level of care program, so it's a good choice for any level of Alzheimer's care needs. I also really appreciate that they try to avoid overmedicating the residents, my loved one has seemed much more alert and vibrant since moving here. It's a very nice place, overall, and definitely worth a look.

This is the third Memory Care facility my father has been at within Omaha. What first drew me to Prairie Meadows was the name; Alzheimer's Special Care. My father was unhappy at each of the other two facilities he was at and spent a lot of time alone in his room; exactly what you DON'T want an Alzheimer's patient to be doing! The other facilities meant well but weren't equipped to handle my dad like Prairie Meadows. They keep him occupied (within reason), and have adjusted his medication appropriately. As such, it's now pleasant to visit him! I don't foresee us leaving any time soon! His being at Prairie Meadows has brought peace of mind for our entire family.

Pleasant visit, helpful staff, leadership is great!! Cleanliness is good; patients take care of their space, may need a little tending to. Overall, I would recommend Hamilton Place. Thank you Tammy for all of your assistance!

We are very happy with Prairie Meadows. My Mother is doing really well there and adjusting. The administrator there is so helpful and answered all of our questions, and made the whole process seamless. He and the nurse came out to assess my Mother first before her moving there. They were very thorough and professional. The place doesn't seem institutional at all. They offer a lot of activities, that's one of the best things for her, she's more social now. The food is really good, she eats well.

Just moved in. The staff has been very helpful and pleasant. The room is so spacious. Facility is beautiful.

My mother is still taking some time to adjust with the move into the community and the staff has been very helpful with helping her settle in. The community is clean and nice, very well kept. The staff is very helpful and very available when you need them. There are good activities here for the residents, and the food is okay. My mother says it could a better dining experience. It is a smaller community, so she gets more individual attention and it is more of a bed and breakfast atmosphere than a facility for older people. I have already told all my friends about this community and would recommend it to anyone to take a look at it.

My mom is living here. She has dementia. The staff loves her and is very patient with her. They give her lots of attention.

We've had an unbelievably positive experience with High Plains Alzheimer's Care! They do a fantastic job here. The staff is beyond amazing, they're caring, concerned, and incredibly dedicated! The facility itself is always well kept and clean, and I like how open everything feels, they've got wide hallways and nice common areas. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking into memory care in the area!

We are very happy to have our mom in a smaller environment where she gets more attention than in a large institution. The style of Hamilton Place is more like a nice bed & breakfast atmosphere. With my mom's disabilities and the loss of my dad soon after the move, she is getting the personal care that has been very much needed.

I have visited Emerald Place on many different occasions. I have always found the staff to be helpful and pleasant. The Emerald Place provides a very home-like environment. I know my loved one is In good hands at Emerald Place!

They just remodeled it so it is really nice. My mother in law room is nice.

It's going really well. They take good care of him. I don't have any major complaints so far. I would rate them a five at this point. Everything is working out.
