Our mother was physically strong, however challenged with expressive aphasia, hearing loss, and dementia. We moved her from a regular long-term care facility to a memory care facility ~ Prairie Meadows was the perfect place for her! The facility is well laid out, beautifully appointed and very clean. The Business Director and his entire staff were phenomenal in their care and passion for helping residents THRIVE in the environment. Mom was busy attending activities ALL day long and when she first arrived didn't want to eat... the cook spent personalized time finding things she would eat to get her comfortable and within a week she was eating well and taking her medications. They also took residents on field trips! As family members, we learned a great deal from the compassionate staff on how we could best support our mom. We stepped into her environment vs. forcing her to live in ours. Refreshing! We felt like our mom was family to them as well. The company's mission, a JEA Senior Living property, was developed based on his own experience with a mother suffering from cognitive challenges and seeing needs unmet. Our Mom has had a higher quality of life having lived at Prairie Meadows in Omaha. Kudos to the Founder and Omaha staff!

I am very pleased with my tour of this community, the property is absolutely beautiful and is very well maintained. The staff was welcoming and answered any questions my loved one and I had about there facility. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking into assisted living for there loved one.

Lynd Place is a very beautiful, clean building. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They are always involved, and host great community events! They are highly thought of by all who know them.

We moved my mother in law in about 2 months ago and are so relieved knowing that she is well taken care of and can't get out and wander. Safety and security is top of the list of concerns of mine and my husbands and with her living at Bliss Place, I no longer have to worry.

Staff seem to truly care.

I am very pleased with the staffing in this community. They are always very helpful with all of my needs and constantly making sure I am comfortable. Housekeeping does a great job on helping me keep my room and bathroom clean as well as taking out my trash. The meals are the only thing I have a complaint about, they could use some improvement.

My father died 6 weeks ago and my mother didn’t want to be alone, so my sister & I found Lake City Place. It is perfect in every way. The staff thinks of my mother as their own, I feel very blessed to have found such a wonderful place. My mother is smiling again and so am I.

I live in San Francisco and fly back often to visit my mother Elisabeth Burns . I always felt at peace knowing she was loved and cared for. My precious mother passed and came to the viewing I am so grateful to her and the staff for being so caring.

Everything has worked out very well for my mother here at this community. She has adjusted well to it, and she is happy here. We are very pleased with our choice to move her here. It is a lovely community, they do a very good job with keeping the community well maintained. They have a really nice staff, they have been very helpful and welcoming. The location is close to me, just in care anything happens. It is a really nice place, and I would highly recommend it.

I am very happy for this community for the excellent care with a excellent staff that are always willing to help out. The food is good and a nice variety to choose from. Alot of great activities are offered to help keep active. A clean and beautiful community for family to enjoy with there loved onces. highly recommended for wonderful care.

When I toured Lynd Place, I was so impressed with the beautiful and clean environment, friendly staff, welcoming feeling and most importantly all the residents' smiling faces!

This is a excellent community with outstanding care to everyone. My mom is very happy here, especially with the staff, who have gone above and beyond to help her get settled, feel welcome and ensure she is comfortable. Everyone on the staff I've met has been very helpful and friendly. They offer alot of great activities to participate in. Meals are good and they have willingly made accommodations to meet her preferences. I highly recommend this facility for everyone in need of care.

We used Bliss Place for my sister battling cancer. She was there a short time before she passed but we were extremely pleased with the care she was given. She was at a stage of being helpless and unable to ask for help. They checked on her every two hours and constantly checked her to see if she needed anything. She was bed fast and incontinent and they were so gentle taking care of her. The food was good and they were very accommodating when she didn't like what they were serving. All of the staff was over the top nice! I can't say enough good things about this place! I would recommend it to everyone!

They were very cooperative, and helpful. The people were very friendly. They did a good job with their evaluations. I moved two family members in there. They were able to evaluate one member while they were in rehab, so they really did help me out. We were very happy with them.

I believe I chose the best place for my father-in-law !

Mom has lived at Bliss Place for 4 years. She has made many friends, and has enjoyed the many opportunities for entertainment and activities. The staff is very friendly, dedicated to serving the residents, and responds quickly to any questions we have. We are especially pleased that there is physical and occupational therapy provided in-house through Legacy.

Love the family atmosphere. The sales rep was so helpful to me and my family. Food is exceptional with lots of varieties. Good entertainment all through out the week.

The staff at this community have gone out of their way to help my dad whenever possible. My dad is not the most positive person but they still try to get him to interact more. I have not tried the food but it looks good and I have not heard other residents complain. The community is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community.

Bliss Place has been such a blessing to my family. The staff takes great care of my mother. They treat us like family. Mom loves her apartment and all her new friends. We would recommend Bliss Place to anyone. Thank you Missy and all your amazing staff.
