Considering the short time mom was there I had a great experience with the people that worked with me to get her into Cedarhurst. I would recommend you to others.

My aunt didn't tend to participate in the activities. We so appreciated the excellent care they took of our aunt. And they were very good at keeping us updated as her situation changed. The medical director, [name removed], is a gem! I should have also mentioned the excellent communal spaces at Cedarhurst. My aunt had always given a family party on New Year's Eve, and we were able to use the Four Seasons Room to allow her to host one more time! That was a real gift to our whole family!

I think the staff is great. They love my mom and are super attentive and kind. I know it's hard to mass feed healthy food- she doesn't think the food is bad- I just feel like more fresh food is important. I am personally not a fan of Ensure and those types of chemically created food.

The staff is awesome and the young women that work with [name removed] are really good! They show much patience with the women that have significant issues. Yes, I would definitely recommend them. I think the value for the cost is much better than other facilities that I have visited. Right now I am paying [fee removed]per month. When I left Dougherty ferry they were wanting [fee removed]per month for inferior care.

My mom died on [date removed] in Cedarhurst - they were great. Her last days were handed very well. I do recommend them.

The overall experience has been excellent and the community always looks clean and is well cared for. They are friendly and helpful; the care services are good--I worry about the fact that she is unsteady on her feet and eventually she might need someone to help her take showers; the meals are excellent; 6and the activities are outstanding-[name removed] loves the activities; Cost is questionable considering what she pays. [fee removed] per month is a lot not only for the room but this includes [fee removed] to give her meds each day and we get meds through their pharmacy. We are considering dropping the [fee removed] per month charged to her to give her meds each day--I can set up pill boxes for her and let her take her own meds and save [fee removed] each month. We are thinking about doing this. I worry about her running out of money at this rate and I'm sure they will raise rent each year like they have done already. [name removed] absolutely loves it at Cedarhurst; she has friends and she goes to the dining room with them sits out on the court yard with them and I believe she is simply thriving there.

Clean, beautiful place. Awesome activity director, [name removed], and the rest of staff is friendly and responsive. [name removed] did a nice job working with us at the beginning and is still helpful and friendly when I visit. [name removed] and [name removed] are welcoming at the front desk. Any issues I brought up were handled promptly and to my satisfaction.

5 for every thing. We have been very pleased with Cedar Creek of Fort Wayne. What we like the most about the community is the staff. They are so caring. and we like the small family atmosphere. Yes, we would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far!

I would give Cedarhurst a 5 in each category. My brother, [name removed], continued to have a variety of health challenges after he moved into Cedarhurst. The Cedarhurst staff could not have been more supportive. The facility has experienced staffing challenges this past year but we never felt the quality of care suffered.

Everyone is friendly, meets your needs and makes you feel welcome. Very child friendly.

Cedar Creek of Bloomington was really great! It is well organized, staff are compassionate and they have good communication skills. I absolutely recommend the facility to others.

I have to say we love Cedarhurst. They love on my mom. It isn't perfect but for a place with a bunch of very senile elderly people they do a WONDERFUL job. I am very happy with her care there. It's a very loving community with staff that really loves the residents and treats them each as special.

I have been a resident for I yr and been happy here and glad I picked Celuhwest. Employees are wonderful and very helpful!

Positive experience. Our dad was being transferred from another home. It was a smooth transition and any requests we have made have been honored. It is a rather new community, very clean. Likes the food and variable on the times to eat.

I was very pleased with the care that [name removed] received at Cedarhurst. From the director to maintenance to general staff, they are all part of a caring group that showed love to my wife for 21 months. I visited Cedarhurst over 90% of the days [name removed] was there. I always felt welcomed and observed my wife of 47 years lovingly cared for.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Cedarhurst of Canton for one year now. The people who run the facility are very caring and awesome. The staff do many things for her. They go beyond what they are required to do. They got a new cook that she loves. They find the food that she likes for meals. She does have a choice if the meal that is being prepared doesn't quite go with her food requirements. She says that she's allergic to a lot of food that she's not. She just can't eat it because of heartburn. The crafts, the exercise and the entertainment are amazing. She was a very non-social person when she went in, other than going to her church. She now does activities every day within the facility. She has not yet ventured to Walmart or out to the restaurants with the other ladies. She loves [name removed], the lady in charge of the activities. They have had fashion shows, Mother's Day luncheons, movie nights, every holiday function that there is. They had a competition for gingerbread houses, etc. She enjoys the lady who comes and does their hair, I believe, on Tuesdays. She just had her toenails done by the podiatrist yesterday. She is thriving and doing great. And yes, the transition from her house and living on her own to going to Cedarhurst was made so much simpler by the staff and all of those who run the office.

I have gained another wonderful new family at Cedarhurst. I am very active and there is lot’s to do here. I am so grateful.I can’t imagine living anywhere else and I hear from my friends all the time that they will come here when they are ready. The staff are wonderful and always make sure I have what I need.

I would highly recommend Cedarhurst of Frankfort to others. The staff did an awesome job of taking care of the residents, the food was very good, the move in process went well. The nurses always found time to discuss any new issues with the family. I felt that they took excellent care of my mom. Mom loved the crafts and the games. I feel that it was the absolute best place for her.

My dad hasn't been at Cedar Creek (formerly Cedarhurst) since[date removed] when he passed away. I will comment that my family was always very satisfied with the care our dad received. He was treated like family and the staff members were always very professional. I have told many people I have no hesitation to recommend Cedar Creek for the care of an individual with memory care issues.

They made intake easy. It was a good place to transition from home to a facility.
