mountain glen assessed my husband and said they were qualified to take cate of him. st the time he was admitted he had mild dementia During the three weeks he was there he fell five times and then after 23 days they called me snd said they cannot handle him snd you would need to find another place for dementia care Moving him and finding another memory care facility is not easy moving a person after only three weeks. took a real toll on him apparently there assessment was very invalid they should have told me they were not capable to care for him in the first place

Horrible facility. My father broke both hips at this facility due to lack of care. All they care about is money and they pray on unsuspecting families.

I should let you know that we left Creekside at the end of Feb. We were not pleased with the care plan (there wasn't one) and the costs seemed to increase regularly, without increased care. Communication was almost non-existent, and there was a lot of gaslighting by the management.The care staff were lovely, and that was about it! If your loved one is in need of a Memory Care facility, we highly recommend that you bypass Creekside. Care providers are lovely, but management is in need of serious improvement. Cost does not equal to the care provided.

If medicine is distributed like it should be and I would have to say they are not doing a good job. There is room for privacy vent yes you can use my name

They could answer the phone 24/7. The nurses are not in tune with their patients.

Family of resident in memory care was notified of eviction with 7 days notice. High functioning resident observed that door would open without alarm by pushing on bar for 15 seconds. He took walks out. Not OK. But instead of counseling family that it wasn’t a good fit, they evicted. The letter noted that the spouse was partially to blame. As in saying the person walked out after talking to the spouse on the phone, suggesting causation. Nurse told spouse they couldn’t be trusted. Told other people spouse would soon need memory care. Ethics? Kindness?

My mother was held hostage & kept in solitary confinement until she was placed on hospice. The food is atrocious, not once did anyone come to check her diaper & they pumped her with polyethylene glycol everyday to the extent she wasted away on a daily basis. Most painful experience of both of our lives & they broke apart my family dynamic. Absolute tyrants who are obsessed with $.

management doesn't care about patients but cares very much about the money. if you try to have some fun with patients they called it disruptive and have no problem banning you from the facility. A horrible place.

Regency really fell apart due to their head nurse. And the quality of care sucked from about end of [date removed] until we moved him. Dad would be left in his own waste for hours or all the residents would be left in the main room with no attendants anywhere. And they weren't administering his medicine properly either. No consistency.

If I could give zero stars it would not be strong enough. Having a staff member leave you a cold sterile voicemail telling you one of your parents has passed away ( yes I still have the voicemail! ) no family should ever hear this news in a cold and uncaring voicemail. Do don’t take your loved ones here.

We had an unfortunately terrible experience with Alpine. They could not regulate my mom's blood sugar levels. She is Type 1 diabetic and they were using insulin pens. Her BS count was going through the roof, 600+ on several occasions. Midnight calls to the ER, Alpine not wanting to take her back. It was a nightmare. The thing is she wasn't eating anything, no breakfast, more insulin, no lunch, more insulin, no dinner more insulin, then to ER. I know, I was there. What is SO PUZZLING, is that they were able to regulate her BS at Mason Hospital several times, They were able to regulate her BS at Madigan Hospital both times. And now they have been able to regulate her BS levels for over a month now at Woodland, using the very same insulin pens. So you have to ask yourself the obvious... Why was my mom not getting her insulin at Alpine? She clearly regulates when the insulin get into her bloodstream. It had to be a procedural issue using the pens. What other explanation is there?

Wonderful Angel caregivers have come & gone; remaining angels left to struggle with shameful low min. wages. Critically low staffing makes triaging needs a near impossible task. Falls are common worry for seniors; low staff ratios pose a liability at worse a death sentence. I witnessed such a fall of neighbor left stuck on the floor for 40 mins before intervention care arrived from Caregivers. Many patients require two person teams for safe healthy and sanitary care. Caregivers are charged with complicated heavy care load responsible for many requiring total extensive personal care, showers, laundry, escorting. A concerning task of dining service where cross contamination is likely. Team approach would resolve many problems including the chronic unacceptable excess response time. Reg use of outside agencies would resolve deficient caregiving staffing problems. Don't be fooled by appearances recent refurbishing of main dining and lobby estimated at a quarter $million hide reality

This place sucks. They should have their license revoked and staff jailed. Nursing staff can't speak English. I would never recommend this place.

I was disappointed as to how Mt Bachelor operated. One thing, the staff were very caring and tried their best. Hard to do when you're short staffed. They had 1 RN for over 100 tenants. In fact, in the length of 7 months while my parents lived there, Mt. Bachelor went through 2 nurses. Plus an Executive Director. I hadn't realized that Mom was right that the meals were just okay. Mom had a stroke on August 6th, and passed away on August 16th. I was there every single day for 7-8 hours, and the meals brought in for my Dad were appalling. I couldn't blame him for not eating much of it. I'm not someone who is naïve to the business. I was a CNA back in the day for 6 years. I was the Program Director for an Assisted Living for 4 years. I was also the Kitchen Director for the meals on wheels program out of Salem, Oregon. Mom passed on [date removed], and I moved Dad into an Adult Foster Care Home on [date removed]. I honestly couldn't leave my Dad at Mt Bachelor and watch him wither away. Where he is living now is fabulous, plus home cooked food. Let me tell you, Dad is eating most of his meals now. In all good faith, I could never recommend Mt Bachelor for anyone's loved one.

I would not recommend the Memory Care unit at Regency Park. The staff appeared minimally trained and unconcerned with the residents' well being. The food was basic, often served cold to my dad, with items repeating frequently. I cannot speak for the Assisted Living section, which is entirely different.

long wait times due to staff shortage. No background checks are done on staff members. unprofessional, disorganized, unhealthy environment. I had a family member here after a stroke. this place has gone through many changes with staff and it affects the health of its residents

Family members have to wait hours for help from caregivers. Management never addresses issues. Understaffed with a small dining room. Good is served cold in busy dining days. Complaints are never resolved in a timely manner

The dining room was horrible, and the floors were dirty. It was a very small apartment, and was expensive. The Director needs a new attitude, and does not seem to care about the needs of the residents. Maintenance was horrible, and they had black mold in the water in system. The problem was never addressed. The food was either undercooked or overcooked.

If you love your family members I would recommend you look elsewhere for care. I was very disappointed with our experience at Cascades of Bremerton. Shortly after my loved one moving in my loved one had to be taken to the hospital due to lack of care. They could improve with better care, more staffing to care for the residents and communication internally and externally.

I would tell anyone to go elsewhere. They are vastly incompetent. Way over priced . Save your self the headache and find a different residence. There are three meals my loved one hates the food. The staff communication with the family sucks. Administrator has changed in the few months my loved one has been there. You can't understand most of the staff, cause they're foreigners. This whole state sucks.
