It's as good as it gets.

We chose Whitney Place in Sharon for our mother based on the fact that the facility was new, it was close to her precious home and easy for her friends and family to visit. We've been very happy with the care provided, the food is very good and the personal care aides take the time to learn the residents likes and dislikes.

The nursing staff and supervisors are very good, helpful and works with families to provide the best course of treatment and care for the patient.

Very nice. I felt most confident in their ability to handle dad's required level of care. Expensive and does not fit mom's needs for memory care.

[Removed], the executive director, met with us at the near site office. Symphony is still under construction and set to be open at the end of June. We are excited to see things come together and will be putting a deposit down in the coming week. We will be visiting other assisted living and memory care locations operated by the same Milestone Retirement to see what the facilities are and how the facilities have been maintained at those locations.

Clean, safe facility. [Removed] were very helpful and professional. The layout and structure is too institutional for us. Too many of the bathrooms and kitchens hadn't been upgraded and looked very outdated. Our loved one could assess at the independent level, and doesn't use an assistive walking device, and the vast majority of residents I saw, smiled at, and spoke with, needed walkers, had aides, were at the assisted living level, not the independent level. If my loved one were further declining, I'd consider it, but at this point, it's not for us. Toured 12/2017.

This place used to be a nursing home converting to an assisted living a few years ago. Although the entire place was redone with beautiful modern floors, wallpaper, etc. it still looks like a nursing home/hospital setting. It is not warm and inviting, more sterile like. Residents are in one small room which was not conducive to feeling like it was an apartment for long term living.

I initially wanted my mother to go to a different nursing home; however this location was more convenient. The staff is great and I love the nurses there, they know what they are doing. There were only a couple of times when I had to grab a nurse to change my mother. My mother is always in her bed so every two hours they would change her and re position her. I wouldn’t necessarily know when the 2 hour mark is, but they seem to be on top of it. My mother has to be fed through a feeding tube so she doesn’t in their cafeteria. However, from what I see they have a well-balanced menu from what they posted near the dining area. They change the options daily. If I was rating on the cleanliness alone I would give them 5 out of 5. I would go there every day around 11am and I will always see the cleaning ladies mopping, dusting, and cleaning. They clean the area every 30 minutes. They also have an activity bulletin board that has a calendar updating the tenants about events that take place. The have fun games like bingo and they just had a Halloween party. It seems very lively in that area too because it seems that they’re always singing in there. The residents and their other families are very welcoming and nice as well.

My husband stayed at CareOne for respite care, and overall, I feel that it was an alright experience. The Administrators are informative, tried to answer all of our questions, and worked to prepare us for our visit. I found the place to be very clean with new furniture, but everything is gray. It isn’t very bright and cherry. They really didn’t have much going on by way of activities either and I wish they would have done more with him. They did rehab daily, but I feel his progress may have regressed under their care. If I had to do this again, I’d probably keep him home with an aide.

This is a very nice community and my mom likes her room, she had brought her own furniture in so she feels more at home. The staff are friendly and attentive and they have encouraged mom to take part in the different activities that are offered there, there is a nice courtyard that is key-coded that the residents can go out on and visit with friends and family. I feel my mom is secure and safe here. There is a nice dining area and the food is pretty good. I would definitely recommend this community and taking a tour here.

I really liked the atmosphere here because the residents were out and about. They even greeted us as we were walking around. I didn't see any resident unattended or sleeping in a hallway. The rooms are spacious and clean. [Removed] was very helpful and answered all of our concerns/questions. The only drawback for us was parking. We went at 2PM and had to park at the other side of the complex.

My mom stayed here as a respite for two weeks. The community was lovely with lovely people. They provided her with beautiful care. They were really welcoming and I felt she was safe with them. They gave her medication on time too. I would use them for respite again and I would recommend them people I know in need.

Mom had a pretty good respite stay at this community. There were some issues when she first got there such as the television did not work, however they quickly resolved these issues. The food was ok and the community was clean. We would use this community again for a respite stay.

So far everything is working out pretty well since my fathers move to this community. He is doing okay, and I'am comfortable with his move to this facility. They have a nice staff, and they are taking good care of him. This is a good, safe community, and I would recommend it.

I liked this community when I visited. This community does offer some nice amenities and activities. The people were friendly and upfront with us. This community is not able to offer the kind of continuing care we were looking for. They let us know that they would help us find another community when the time came.

The staff we met at this community were friendly. This community looked well taken care of. This community was just a little more expensive than the community we chose.

CareOne at Morris Assisted Living was a very nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community that was more centrally located.

They were really nice when I toured with them. However they were in a city that my parent was not familiar with. The good thing is they accept dogs to move in too.
