We moved my loved one here from another place where she kept falling and wasn't receiving the care that she was being charged for. So Symphony at Cherry Hill has been a vast improvement. The staff is very friendly. And the facility itself is very good as well.

I would recommend you be ready to make a financial commitment to the community. The staff are pretty good to work with, if I have questions or concerns about my loved one. They didn't understand how a specific phone would work due to the way it had to be set up for my loved one to communicate with the family. This was resolved after a bit of time. Some of the activities available include floral arrangements, painting, chef experiences, crocheting group, and more for the residents to choose from.

We chose Harmony Village because they specialize in dementia and Alzheimer's care. I am not sure if the staff get properly trained, they seem to be limited in their care for residents who have more moderate to advanced Alzheimer's. If you are in the early stages they have a lot of activities and things like that, but not for those who are further along. When we first went here they were bragging about how they had not had any cases of covid, but with Omicron over two thirds of the residents got sick and most of the staff. If you got covid, they sent residents away to a sister facility to quarantine and get special treatment. Then they put in really strict policies, but I think they should have had those policies beforehand to be preventative. She does really like her room, it is very homey and feels more like an apartment. They do have some really good staff and it is a nice facility, they could just use some improvements.

This community was recommended to us after looking at other communities and we are glad it did. All of the residents are so happy and friendly, and always greet us when we come to visit. The staff all know the residents by name, and there are great activities. Our loved one is getting used to the meals and starting to like them.

I think they do the best they can under the circumstances for example with short staffing and the pandemic. Some of the activities available include folding clothes, arts and crafts, and more for the residents to participate in if they choose to.

The biggest thing to me is how friendly everybody is. When we visit, they always call our loved one by name and ask her how she is. She likes everyone there. We're in constant contact with her nurse through text and phone call, which is very nice. They're all really helpful.

I would say that the social worker was not as good there as at another facility we had been at previously. We insisted on getting information, but if you don't ask for information you don't get it. We had weekly conferences with everyone, and I wanted my husband to have intensive PT and begin to walk. When I asked if that was possible, they said it was not realistic. And I feel like they should have told me that before I asked the question. I thought they should have been more transparent. But I thought the facility itself was lovely though.

It was a positive experience overall. Just make sure you let the people who are going to be taking care of your loved one know what your loved one's schedule and needs are. I don't have any complaints about the staff. I thought it was a good facility, nicely set up, and there was a nice outdoor space that we used several times when I came to visit.

The cleanliness of the community is so far so good, and we have been very impressed with the meals and dining service. Sometimes our loved one does not participate in the activities, sometimes she just sits and watch but we do know they have plenty going on. There is bingo, and cookout days. We are good with the value for cost also.

It's hard to tell sometimes since my loved one with dementia can't communicate to me what she's experiencing. But it seems like a nice place to me. I would definitely tell other families to give it a try. It just depends on the individual person you're placing there, what their wants and needs are. I feel safe and secure with my loved one there. She gets meals, and she gets good medical attention if something happens. I feel very happy she's there. If I have any concerns or questions or send them an email, they respond and are very cooperative. If I want to meet with them, they drop everything and meet with me when I go in.

We not only like the personality of the care staff, but as well as the executive team. The directors, sales, marketing and business manager have all been nothing short of outstanding as far as communication. They answer any questions we may have and respond in a timely manner. Also the receptionist who handles all of the scheduling is great. Everyone there knows all of the residents names and their personalities and interests.

We chose CareOne at Hamilton because it is a nice facility, clean and organized, the location is convenient for family, and also it carries multiple levels of care so it could be the start and finish. The room sizes at the facility are adequate for what her needs are. My best advice to anyone looking into this facility is manage the expectation of what your loved one ones and make sure to tell them. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

Make sure you are involved with your loved one care. The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was good and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The thing we thought was really good about Harmony Village is it is a memory care only community and small, so it seemed like it would be a good place for someone who needs those supportive services. The staff asked a lot of questions and was willing to try things and circle back, and try more things and circle back again So we really appreciated that. They were great at communicating with us through Covid restrictions, mostly over the phone. And I would recommend them to others.

The staff is very caring and they really listen to the families. Communication is very good with the families also. I would definitely recommend this community to others and I already have. They are open to feedback and are looking for ways to improve.

Before COVID they always had a bunch of activities going on. They had a lot of concerts, and sing-a-longs for the dementia patients. This community has a very large gathering area right when you walk in the front entrance. It is a nice and unique layout where the residents to gather and watch the birds in the bird cage. We thought it was lovely, but you do have to have private pay for two years.

We chose this facility because they had availability and it was close to my sister. It was also recommended to us. From the virtual tour, the staff seemed very friendly and the facility looked very neat and clean. I liked the interaction I saw between the staff members and the residents. From what I was able to see, the the studio she is in is a good size for her. She has not complained about the food. Overall, I would recommend. They have been very accommodating and everyone I have dealt with has gone above and beyond to make my mom comfortable. For my parents anniversary during COVID, they set up a lunch date with my mom and dad and they ordered my dad food in and they were able to talk through the window and have an anniversary meal.

The only problem we had with it, is that they increased the rent substantially with no notice. They had some reasons of medications that he was on, but he was only on medication with no other medical needs. We tried talking to management and they wouldn't budge. Due to this experience, we decided to bring him home. I believe we didn't really need a memory care community. The community was beautiful. The place was fine, it was just the rent that helped us make that decision of bring him home.

The entire community is immaculate. For a place that has to accommodate for so many people, it is extremely clean. In general, the staff and therapists are very friendly and helpful especially those at the front desk area. I do believe my father is being well taken care of here. They do a very nice variety of activities to engage the guests and to keep them involved. We do feel that Care One At Livingston is a good value for the price.

Nice staff, clean facility, well staffed. Staff very friendly. Offers support groups and quarterly meeting with staff. Any and all questions answered.
