It's a beautiful place, and it's clean. There were people who were absolutely fabulous. Most of the staff, they did a great job. The day-to-day nurses were great.The Executive Director, who left earlier this year, was very rude. They did not do a good job with returning calls, or emails. It was a very eye opening experience.

My experience at Harmony Village Jackson was that it was very hard to reach the administration. They were very lax in and needed to improve their communication.

My loved one is a fairly new resident at CareOne at Wayne Memory Care. Overall, things have been good so far. Including the cleanliness, meals, and activities. The friendliness has been great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The reason why I put 3 is that it always seems so quite I know it is not an independent living which I assume has more activity going on. Having more activities would be really nice. It is really a very nice facility. It is clean and the people are really nice. Our family member never says anything about the food.

CareOne East Brunswick has made my Mom and Dad feel like they are part of a family - the service is wonderful, and they take care of everything for you.

Our family had an in person tour and we really thought it was a good tour experience, no issues at all.

I really liked it there. It is only memory care, which I liked. They could not take my Mom though because she had a wound on her leg. [name removed] was able to take her even with the wound.

A couple of negatives - my loved one's clothes kept going missing, which was very discouraging. And dementia patients don't get the same quality of meals as the assisted living patients do. But the staff are friendly.

I'm happy with them overall. The two concierge are extremely friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. The welcome we received was not what we anticipated as it felt flat. They don't have transportation to take the residents out of the community on outings, and I'd like to see this improved. The staff communication with the family is very good with the business manager, nurse, and concierge. There are three meals served to the residents a day and they have choices to choose from. The community has Physical Therapy on site for the residents to use and it has been very good for my loved one. The community is currently undergoing a renovation, and the parking is a hassle for visitors right now.

We're happy with this community. Mom is stimulated with daily activities, they have a good variety. She's actually improved since being here. We feel like she's in a better place than she was when we first moved her here! Housekeeping is pretty much everyday and laundry once a week. They do a great job. The staff is phenomenal, kind, and attentive. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We picked this community because, it was recommended by A Place for Mom, the location was good, it was close to doctors-friends-family, the rooms is nice, and the community looked very friendly. The walk in showers, is an advanatge for those with a disability.

Our sister in law is doing great at Harmony Village at Stanwick Road, the community is very clean and our loved one is being very well taken care of. She has a very pretty apartment that looks off onto a courtyard. Every time we go to visit our loved one and the other residents are always dressed very nicely, and her hair is always done. They give them good activities to do and based on our experience so far we would recommend Harmony Village to other families.

My loved one was moved from this location to another location due to COVID protocols. In addition to this, my loved one was on hospice receiving care from this outside agency, and my loved one was not allowed to have this care at the new CareOne location. After my loved one was moved to the new location of CareOne in King James my loved one did poorly here, and I feel my loved one was starved to death while at this new CareOne location. I can't recommend either CareOne location due to the seriousness decline of my loved one's care. The CareOne in King James didn't return my phone calls when I had questions over my loved one. I truly feel that CareOne as a whole needs to re-evaluate their COVID protocols for future residents. The Director of CareOne in King James emailed the family to deliver personal belongings for us, so we didn't have to travel down to get it from this community. The clothes that came from this community in King James, had names of other resident's and they were filthy! I felt so disappointed with the experience at CareOne in King James, and I wouldn't recommend either community.

I think it's been a good place for my loved one. It has very limited facilities if someone wants to go for a walk, but they seem to be caring and friendly. You need to look for a place that meets your relatives needs.

When my loved one first moved in, the community was Symphony at Cherry Hill. However, recently they have been taken over by Care One, and in the last six months, there have been two increases that totaled [rate removed]. My loved one with moderate dementia needs only moderate care. When I called and asked them about the increases, they said they're hiring more people, upgrading the facility, and generally increasing their services and quality. But the increase in price is astounding. With the change in ownership, so far the care seems to be about the same. I just don't see how they can justify such an enormous increase. They told me there would be no more increases in the next three years, which I asked for in writing. And so far they have not responded back, which indicates to me an empty promise.

We always appreciated when we came to visit there was an administrative member on staff so anytime we had questions or concerns we were able to go to them. Sometimes the nursing staff was understaffed because there was just one director of nursing but they were very communicative and stepped up to the plate when needed to. When our loved one needed to go on hospice they worked very well with the hospice team who were fantastic

We are at peace that we made a good decision that we placed my loved one in a good place. We could have not done better we found a really good community for her to reside in. They have activities at this community like interactive games with the residents, music activities, they bring in pets for the residents to visit with and more for the residents to do to stay busy in the community. They also make sure that they always celebrate all special occasions and holidays with the residents like cinco dey mayo, the opening day of baseball and more. they make sure they recognize everything. Every Sat they also have a ice cream social.

We were very nicely greeted at CareOne at Morris, and the tour was very informative. We were really considering them. The facility was nice, and they gave a very nice tour. We ended up not choosing them because of distance/location.

We had a very good tour experience at CareOne at Hamilton. The girl that took care of us and showed us around was very informative. The facility was clean, and everything seemed to be very nice.

We liked Symphony and everything that we saw during our tour, but I do not think they wanted my loved one because they never called us back.
