My loved one passed away there but my mom is still living there. They took well care of him and her taking very good care of her and we would absolutely recommend The Village of Heather Hills to other families who may need them for their loved ones

My husband is in memory care. He is treated like family at Autumn house. They have activities, entertainment and are always watched. I am called of he falls or sick and told what happened and the care he has received along with lots of hugs and kisses(the best medication).

Although mom was only there for a temporary stay, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The food was good and they had some enjoyable activities. I would never hesitate to use them again. Her room was spacious with a nice view outside.

My grandfather has lived there for 2 months, and so far he's been very happy. He in their dementia area, and they make sure to take him on outings and it's apparent they actually care about him. They got to know him, and when he seemed off, he was sent to the hospital. They saved his life that day. I've eaten there, and really liked the food I had, private bathrooms with a shower right in the private room. Lots of activities.

Great staff and very clean facility. Staff goes the extra mile to meet the needs of the residents. There are many activities for residents, in-house care is great, food is very tasty. The location is wonderful and it is easy for residents to walk to the nearest store for shopping

Facility is clean. The staff are pleasant, friendly and seem to care about their residents. Having an affiliated PCP makes addressing any developing health issues easy to address and very convenient for follow up care.

I would definitely recommend it to others. We have had some hiccups but NOT the "fault" of CCC. My mom has been there now for just over 3 months. It's her dementia that is slowly getting worse, so that hinders how much she is able or willing to be involved in the activities provided there. The only issue I have is not being able to call someone after hours if I have a concern. I have tried and gotten no answer at any of the "main" numbers. Otherwise, it is truly a lovely place in all regards. [name removed], the Director, rates a 100-star review. She was a huge reason we opted to take mom there. I hope and pray she never leaves. Her staff is also top-notch.

The facility is awesome the resident staff ratio is perfect. They treat the residents like their own grandparents. My mom likes it also even though she wants to return home. The facility is very clean and the food is excellent. My mom helps clean after dinner and she has started a walkers group.

The building may not be as pretty as other facilities. However it is very home feeling and that makes a big difference. Staff are friendly and all said hello when I was there. Other residents told me they love it here.

I lived at Autumn House roughly 3 months. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They actually nursed me back to good health which allowed me to move back home. When I decide to move again I will pick Autumn House again. I enjoyed the time I was there. I would recommend Autumn House to all my friends.

Living here at Autumn House has been the best thing for me. This is a place you can truly call home. The residents are friendly and the staff are very upbeat and out going. You can always depend on the staff whenever you need them. I recommend Autumn House for all seniors that is actively looking for a place to call home.

My mom has been at Autumn House since September 0f 2020. Initially she occupied a one-bedroom, independent-living apartment. In December of 2021 she relocated to a studio apartment in the assisted-living wing. Her overall experience has been very good. Many of the residents and staff are like good friends to her. The staff has generally been supportive, patient, approachable and professional. The facility has been continually improving including recently enhancing their dining experience and life-enrichment activities as well as subtle upgrades to the living environment. In addition to the staff and living quarters, Autumn House also has a nice exterior environment with a gazebo and patio overlooking the south pond, a west deck overlooking the west pond and waterfall, a central patio off the cafe, a wooded "back yard", and a quarter-mile walking path past the woods and encircling the entire building. I would encourage taking a close look at Autumn House for senior living.

Excellent Care and food is delicious. Memory Care has activities for the residents throughout the day. All the staff are very caring and give excellent care to the residents. The landscaping looks very nice, and the building is well maintained.

I came to visit with a friend, The facility was very nice, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. My friend seemed very happy to be there. It was nice to be able to take a walk around the property and enjoy the nice day.

I sure would recommend Autumn House for others. The staff are really great. There is really a feeling of one big family. My sister and I would both like to go to Autumn House should the need arise. We ate there with our friend and were impressed with the food selections and the friendliness of the food servers.

This is a newly renovated facility and as soon as you walk in the door you can just feel the love and compassion that the staff provides the residents with. I was greeted by friendly staff as soon as I walked in the door. The residents were participating in an activity and each of them appeared to be thriving and happy.

My loved one is currently a resident at Autumn House East. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are very good. The food, however, is horrible. It is almost inedible. If food is not important, I would definitely recommend Autumn House East to others.

The staff from the beginning have been excellent. They really helped us during the whole process. They are always available and able address our needs. I highly recommend Autumn House East.

All the staff have been there for any questions or issue I have or my brother has had. Staff are visible and make themselves available every time I'm there. They approach me with any new issues with my mother and bring necessary things to my attention. My questions via phone call or text are always answered within 15 minutes or less. And that is mainly in the areas mom lives. Her room and bathroom are immaculate. Never a lingering odor. Furniture is dusted and her pictures etc are always put back neatly. The home's overall appearance in many areas needs updating, however, there's more to a "home" than appearance. Friendliness of the staff is 5 plus! All the staff, from housekeepers to the head administrators, [name removed], are welcoming and approachable. She and other staff, other than nurses/aides, jump in to take care of residents in the dining room when shortages occur (illness running through the home in January), and shoveling snow! Aside from a few mishaps I brought to their attention care is excellent. Issues are addressed immediately. [name removed] suggested a meeting with all areas at one point when we all were seeing different behaviors with my mom. My mom is easy to get along with and staff seem to really enjoy her personality. But she doesn't speak up and ask when she has a problem. My mom is easy to please as far as food. She eats it and gained weight since she's been there. However, staff found she had mental difficulty in the dining room and they found a way to solve it. Food smells good. I'm frequently there to see the food and the menu. Plenty of variety. I've eaten there a few times and it was pleasing. Appears homemade. The young director offers what most residents seem to like. Oldies and more modern and I see many participating including my mom. The director posts frequently on Facebook. No activities planned for weekends. So for those in the memory care area that have no visitors they have little stimulation other than TV. Definitely, the care given and attention paid to each resident is worth the cost. It's actually very affordable compared to other homes.

What we like the most about The Gables of Westerville are the people and how much they care for our loved ones. We are super happy with this community!
