I have researched many Assisted Living facilities, first for my dad, who has since passed. The search was on for my brother, who needed more care than we could provide. The kindness and caring of the staff at Cardinal Kentwood is by far superior and heartwarming than any other Assisted Living care we have seen. They treat everyone like their own family! They really care!

My loved one is currently a resident at Oak Leaf Manor South. Everything has been great for her at this facility. The move in process was seamless, it was performed by the facility workers. They did a good job! We met all of the staff and the shift workers on the first day. You would think that they have all gone to charm school and it hasn't changed. I would recommend this facility to others.

Staff are always extremely friendly and accommodating. They get to know the residents quickly and did a great job after just a week of pairing up my mother with a friend who is just about perfect for my mom.

We picked this community, because my mother is a smoker and they have an outside area for smoking. The place is clean the staff are very helpful, and if there is ever a concern it is addressed in a timely manner.Friendly, the staff is caring, they have events for the for the residents and the family. Willing to listen to your concern and address them . Any medical issues they inform you immediately.

The place is beautiful, and the staff is always onto of things. We moved a family member in here last year and we have been extremely happy with the facility. I would recommend this place over and over.

The staff at the Gables of Canton have such a positive attitude and care deeply for the residents. When ever there is a question, the leaders respond right away . The food choices are very good and the residents have alot of fun and enjoy each other and the activities. The environment is safe and friendly.

The Gables of Canton is beyond wonderful! All of the staff really shows true care for each individual. From the nurses all the way up to the administrator, I really love this place! When I met [name removed] she was amazing and very attentive to our family needs!

We picked this community, because of the inclusive health care. It has been very positive. I would recommend them to other families. My mom says all the staff are very friendly.

My family and loved one had a great experience with the community. The staff and residents are friendly. My loved one adjusted to their new "home" quickly. They provide activities and meals for the residents, and to assist with socialization. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones.

It's a lovely facility, beautifully remodeled, with numerous activities. [name removed] is very caring, knowledgeable, professional, and sincere. Heather Hills offers a diverse weekly menu, social gatherings, outings, and special family events just to name a few. I've been very pleased with them since moving my father there a year ago.

I toured Autumn House West when seeking Assisted Living for my loved one. The tour and the facility were great! The cleanliness and friendliness were very good. The atmosphere and my tour guide were great, also!

We've had an overall great experience with Autumn House West. The staff are very friendly, rooms are nice, and it's an excellent value for the money spent.

The Gables of Westerville is an excellent food with chef prepared meals. It has a top notch facility design. It is full of friendly staff and residents. A kind and knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner in charge of medical. It is also in a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend Gables of Westerville to others looking.

What we really like about The Gables of Canton is the staff, they are so attentive to all the residents needs and overall we feel very comfortable with having my wife there. Also the facilities there are great. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend the community to other families.

Mom looks forward to the activities and the staff members really treat the residents like they were their Mom or Da. The meal choices are great and you don't go away hungry. The staff are not afraid to converse and ask questions with Residents Physicians if need be. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend Vintage Knolls to other families.

I find Sunrise of Rochester to be a very welcoming community. The staff there really go out of their way to make my dad feel like he's at home.

I would be cautious about going there due to the care staff. They should really train the care givers better. There is too many activities, to list but my loved one never participated in many of them.

What we really like about this community is the Staff friendliness and expertise in individual care. Cleanliness and atmosphere. We have been very well pleased with Oak Leaf Manor South. Our only down is that they are not a Medicaid facility which means at some point [name removed] will have to transfer elsewhere. Bummer.

They were fabulous. They worked well with each other, and addressed any issues or concerns that we had. They activities everyday. It was recommended by A Place for Mom. it was a great community, and was very diverse. The staff was great, and the residents were fabulous. It was a great experience. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Our loved one unfortunately was only there for about 3 days before he passed, but [name removed] who we dealt with during the move in process was wonderful and very helpful. All of the staff we did work with were absolutely wonderful.
