I think staff is very friendly and accommodating and caring. Caring for my mother was challenging in the 14 weeks she spent at The Gables before passing. We were able to make the most of our time with her while she was getting the care she needed.

Very helpful and polite administrative staff. Room size is very adequate, don't know much about activities, my mother doesn't participate in many of them.

A good find for me and what I like the most about The Village of Heather Hills is the layout of the apartments

The staff treats the residents like family. They are very caring and empathetic. They get to know each and every resident and what works best for them. They also treat the families very kind.

I had an amazing experience during my visit to The Gables of Green! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by their friendly and knowledgeable administrator, who made me feel right at home. The admissions person who gave me the tour was equally kind and informative. The staff here is truly top-notch, always smiling and making both me and my mom feel important and welcome. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the food is fantastic. While I can’t move my mom in until January, I’m so excited to be a part of this wonderful community and wish I could make it happen sooner! Highly recommend this place!

I would recommend The Village of Heather Hills. It is a compassionate community with a lovely atmosphere and caring staff.

The staff was amazing, very helpful. A manager literally used a box truck to move mom's things. We picked this community because of the price and location.

5 on all categories. [name removed] died [date removed]. The experience at Gables was beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive. When we got there on the 6th, there were at least 6 staff members surrounding the bed. She took her last breath just before we arrived. They told us they didn't want her to be alone!

[name removed] isn't at Independence Court anymore, but we have only great things to say about Independence Court! They were wonderful with [name removed] They offered so many things but [name removed]didn't want to participate. They continually tried but she just didn't want to do anything. They were very nice to [name removed], even though she didn't want to cooperate. I would definitely recommend them .

My loved one passed away there but my mom is still living there. They took well care of him and her taking very good care of her and we would absolutely recommend The Village of Heather Hills to other families who may need them for their loved ones

My husband is in memory care. He is treated like family at Autumn house. They have activities, entertainment and are always watched. I am called of he falls or sick and told what happened and the care he has received along with lots of hugs and kisses(the best medication).

Although mom was only there for a temporary stay, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The food was good and they had some enjoyable activities. I would never hesitate to use them again. Her room was spacious with a nice view outside.

My grandfather has lived there for 2 months, and so far he's been very happy. He in their dementia area, and they make sure to take him on outings and it's apparent they actually care about him. They got to know him, and when he seemed off, he was sent to the hospital. They saved his life that day. I've eaten there, and really liked the food I had, private bathrooms with a shower right in the private room. Lots of activities.

Great staff and very clean facility. Staff goes the extra mile to meet the needs of the residents. There are many activities for residents, in-house care is great, food is very tasty. The location is wonderful and it is easy for residents to walk to the nearest store for shopping

Facility is clean. The staff are pleasant, friendly and seem to care about their residents. Having an affiliated PCP makes addressing any developing health issues easy to address and very convenient for follow up care.

I would definitely recommend it to others. We have had some hiccups but NOT the "fault" of CCC. My mom has been there now for just over 3 months. It's her dementia that is slowly getting worse, so that hinders how much she is able or willing to be involved in the activities provided there. The only issue I have is not being able to call someone after hours if I have a concern. I have tried and gotten no answer at any of the "main" numbers. Otherwise, it is truly a lovely place in all regards. [name removed], the Director, rates a 100-star review. She was a huge reason we opted to take mom there. I hope and pray she never leaves. Her staff is also top-notch.

The facility is awesome the resident staff ratio is perfect. They treat the residents like their own grandparents. My mom likes it also even though she wants to return home. The facility is very clean and the food is excellent. My mom helps clean after dinner and she has started a walkers group.

The building may not be as pretty as other facilities. However it is very home feeling and that makes a big difference. Staff are friendly and all said hello when I was there. Other residents told me they love it here.

I lived at Autumn House roughly 3 months. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They actually nursed me back to good health which allowed me to move back home. When I decide to move again I will pick Autumn House again. I enjoyed the time I was there. I would recommend Autumn House to all my friends.

Living here at Autumn House has been the best thing for me. This is a place you can truly call home. The residents are friendly and the staff are very upbeat and out going. You can always depend on the staff whenever you need them. I recommend Autumn House for all seniors that is actively looking for a place to call home.
