I love how clean and well kept this home is. I feel like my mother gets the best care available in the area

Thank you for the incredible care that our mother received at the Pacifica Memory Care. It truly is an exceptional place and is run with dedication and high expectations for those are working there. The memory care facility is truly managed by an amazing women. Because of her, our mother died with someone holding her hand and praying she and [name removed] sat with our mom for her final hour. We can never thank Pacifica enough for the daily care form an amazing staff whose patience and positive attitudes created an environment of love.

This place gives quality care.

How are you? What a fantastic surprise!! Thank you so much for [name removed] bday pictures!!. I did ask [name removed] to send me some photos if he was allowed to see her. [name removed] told me he will try but that they are being shielded and no one is allowed to visit the residents. I wanted to ask you but didn't get round to do that. From the pictures I can see [name removed] has had a wonderful b'day at the care home with such caring people like you and your staff members I am sure. I hope she was happy to see the card ( more like a poster!) I specially made for her. What was her reaction? Was she happy, surprised, sad ? Bringing back happy memories!! She looks contented and glad to see all her music gadgets! CD player, radio and Boom box!! Its lovely to see she is listening to music, she loves music, dancing etc. What sort of food does she like eating , if you don't mind me asking. Does she drink Tea , coffee, juices? Lou I can sleep very happy today, knowing that [name removed] is being looked after by special caring people like you to put a caring arm around her to comfort her when in need. A very BIG THANK YOU to you and your staff. I will be sharing these photos with [name removed] immediate family members and i am sure they will be very happy too, thanks to you In London we are in our 2nd lockdown till the [date removed]!!. We all are this virus will soon be over , God knows when!! I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and the facility was clean. The residents were also very friendly and looked happy.

The help has been very helpful for me and it's important because I have only a son who lives in the area. It's clean and the help knows what they're doing! I am also enjoying the gym.

Atria is a very comfortable place to stay - friendly and helpful people are here to assist one with whatever the person needs.

I think it's a very nice place. It's kept up well. The people are very pleasant. The staff care about other people. We get 3 meals a day and snacks too. The food is tasty.

I have lived here for more than 6 years. I am very appreciative of how the staff helps me. Their attitude is always the most positive and caring. I have been fortunate for meeting new friends. I developed a friendly relationship with a few of them. Especially during the quarantine, it is most pleasant I have friends I can meet with to make the day more pleasant!!

The employees take good care of me. They give me all that I can eat or drink and give me treats - as much as I ask for. My room is comfortable and clean and I have a big refrigerator for all my snacks.

Atria is a wonderful community. The staff is all very helpful and caring. The directors are concerned about keeping us happy and healthy, especially during this pandemic. We are going through an unusual time in our lives. Looking forward to the future when we can live together again!
