I am a resident in this community. The staff is friendly, and prompt. I really enjoy the activity department. They have activities running all day, and I love the games. The food is great. I enjoy the care staff here too because they always go the extra mile to make us comfortable and happy.

Overall I would rate my experience a 9/10 I have been very happy living in the community.

I have had a great experience living in the community thus far. The rooms are a great size for me. Atria staff makes sure we feel at home and are very caring about the building, each other, and the residents here. They have activities running through the day for everyone. The amenities they offer at atria are great. They have everything you would want in one building. The food is wonderful here. I couldn't be happier here.

I have been a caregiver who works for someone who lives in Atria Park of San Mateo. The community is clean and well kept. The staff are very friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile for you. The meals are always fresh, and look great. The chef will prepare any diet you need. I couldn't be happier for anyone living at Atria Park.

I have lived at Atria for 10+ years. I get the help I need while still having my independence. The staff is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for us. The kitchen is good with different menu options and accommodations. We have plenty activities going throughout the day. The facility is clean and well maintained. I enjoy taking walks in the courtyard, and sitting outside with my family on the terrace. It feels like home here.

They have activities running all day long. The staff is friendly and professional. The kitchen is great. They always have great choices, and will cook to order if requested. Due to COVID we have never been inside the care facility or seen our mother's room. But she seems content and well cared for. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great food, med techs, and staff. It has been stressful for all with Covid-19 restrictions. They have taken good care of my mother during this time. Cant wait to be able to visit again.

Thank you for the incredible care that our mother received at the Pacifica Memory Care. It truly is an exceptional place and is run with dedication and high expectations for those are working there. The memory care facility is truly managed by an amazing women. Because of her, our mother died with someone holding her hand and praying she and [name removed] sat with our mom for her final hour. We can never thank Pacifica enough for the daily care form an amazing staff whose patience and positive attitudes created an environment of love.

How are you? What a fantastic surprise!! Thank you so much for [name removed] bday pictures!!. I did ask [name removed] to send me some photos if he was allowed to see her. [name removed] told me he will try but that they are being shielded and no one is allowed to visit the residents. I wanted to ask you but didn't get round to do that. From the pictures I can see [name removed] has had a wonderful b'day at the care home with such caring people like you and your staff members I am sure. I hope she was happy to see the card ( more like a poster!) I specially made for her. What was her reaction? Was she happy, surprised, sad ? Bringing back happy memories!! She looks contented and glad to see all her music gadgets! CD player, radio and Boom box!! Its lovely to see she is listening to music, she loves music, dancing etc. What sort of food does she like eating , if you don't mind me asking. Does she drink Tea , coffee, juices? Lou I can sleep very happy today, knowing that [name removed] is being looked after by special caring people like you to put a caring arm around her to comfort her when in need. A very BIG THANK YOU to you and your staff. I will be sharing these photos with [name removed] immediate family members and i am sure they will be very happy too, thanks to you In London we are in our 2nd lockdown till the [date removed]!!. We all are this virus will soon be over , God knows when!! The help has been very helpful for me and it's important because I have only a son who lives in the area. It's clean and the help knows what they're doing! I am also enjoying the gym.

Atria is a very comfortable place to stay - friendly and helpful people are here to assist one with whatever the person needs.

I think it's a very nice place. It's kept up well. The people are very pleasant. The staff care about other people. We get 3 meals a day and snacks too. The food is tasty.

People here are friendly and considerate. They are very helpful.
