It's hard making a decision to place a loved one, thankfully I made the best decision when I placed her at Pacifica it's been a loving home for my mom and I never have to worry as I have a peace fo mind she is taken care of 100% satisfied.

I am so thankful to Pacifica especially during this difficult time with COVID-19 that my mom is being very well cared for and safe. It gives my family and I peace fo mind. We are forever grateful to Pacifica Memory Care staff for the wonderful care and love they give.

The employees at Pacifica have handled COVID-10 exceptionally. We are thankful for all their care. And for all the ways they are working to let us enjoy our loved one during this time!

Very pleased with the move-in process to Pacifica Bakersfield. The transition was very smooth and easy for my family. We appreciate all the great care our dad receives rom the staff.

My mother has now been in the memory care facility at Pacifica for over a year and a half since we moved here from San Diego. Since we began her in memory care over six years ago, Pacifica remains a top-notch facility and far better from the highly-rated facility she was in San Diego. I never knew how lacking she was until we found Pacifica. She is not only well taken care of, but the love and attention the staff provides to not only my mother but to all residents is evident. They tend to my mother's likes and dislikes while keeping her in activities and meals in a custom-like manner. They are on top of any health issues that might arise and are quick to communicate these issues to our family My mother is simply living the best life she could have with having dementia and being 91. All the staff not only know every resident, but they all know family members of the residents During these trying times of COVID-19, so much precaution is placed under the caring caregivers (all love!). [name removed] executive director, [name removed] community relations director and the resident care director [name removed] (for my mother in memory care) who are truly like family to all the residents and family alike. I am grateful that the infrequent times I have called, [name removed] at the front desk (in the assisted care building) knows who I am and my mother! The family of [name removed] is thankful for Pacifica.

Pacifica is a wonderful place for any loved one that needs assistance. Staff is loving, professional, and really cares. Would highly recommend Pacifica to anyone needing help.

Everyone is so congenial. They make my bed for me and keep my room clean. The food is pretty good. The people are nice to me. I lived at the same place for 20 years so I was reluctant. It's so nice not to be alone.

Everything is nice and clean the food is home like. I really like the activities and participate daily. The staff is so helpful, I have no complaints my family looked everywhere in town and thought this was the best and I agree.

I love the warm and caring staff here. I always feel welcomed and at home.
