I would highly recommend it. We picked this community because it was recommendations that led us here.

I am a resident here and moved in [date removed]. Today I really love the broccoli salad for lunch and the jello for dessert! [name removed] in marketing is always so helpful with with my work orders, and maintenance is fantastic on getting right on it. I have made some friends here like my friend [name removed] we get along great. I am most great full!

The facility provided her a hospital bed until I was able to get one; very reasonable and kind management. The staff members were extremely helpful and caring. Keep in mind, my mom was placed in care during a Covid outbreak. We weren't able to visit too often.

We toured Atria Park of San Mateo during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was clean! It was remodeled and had fresh décor. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They had a nice library and nice community spaces. The one bedroom apartment was roomy.

The people at Cornerstone Assisted Living community are very friendly and they are very willing to do what is needed to be done for the residents. They keep in touch and with living out of state, they keep me posted on what is needed. The Med-tech is great.

They keep the family involved. They put out a month of activity & outings. I would say, I would live there. The food is awesome. You have multiple options every meal. Their turkey sandwich is so good. Spaghetti is good. You can get vegetable choices. Side options with every meal. Family can eat with you for $10. They do your laundry every week. Clean your room every week. I love the fact that they provide you with an emergency button. Also 1 in the bedroom, 1 in the bathroom & 1 in the living area.

Some of the food my mother may feel is be too spicy for her. I think they need a more neutral variety on the menu. I spoke to another resident, and she said that it was better before the acquisition. I'm sure this is an isolated incident. But once the property was acquired by Pacifica, the sales and marketing person was unresponsive. Because of her incompetence, my mother's move was delayed by 1 month and we had to pay rent anyway. She is no longer with the company. she did not know what she was doing. She did not send the proper paperwork and the lease until the last minute Which delayed my mother's move. Other than that it is a nice place to live. I would recommend Lake Park with one caveat: be prepared to take at least 4-6 weeks to get paperwork completed and signed off by the resident's physician. Make sure there is someone there who knows how to read the lease. State Form 602 is one of many sets of documents required before a resident can move in. The property management is clueless on the difficulty in getting it completed.

My loved one lives at Truewood by Merrill, Clovis and everything about the experience has been great! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful in every way. The facility is very nice and clean. I think it's beautiful, in fact. I haven't eaten there, but the food smells and looks delicious. It seems like there is a lot of value for the money. Truewood Clovis is located in a very nice area of town. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

The atmosphere of the facility is so warm and staff is kind. Love the activities for the patients. Great place overall, although they have raised our rate 3 times in the last year when the tier of services has not changed.

Because of unforeseen circumstances, we haven't got my father into Atria yet, but they've been absolutely fantastic in terms of their support. I would recommend them highly to others. I give their service in their facility an 11, they've been the only place that actually helped us out and the reason dad couldn't get there is because he has an injury that has been taking a long time to heal so he's been at acute care. However, they've been nothing but wonderful and I highly recommend them and am still hoping that we can get dad in there. We have a reservation. These people are awesome and we may never get there, but I would recommend it.

I chose Silver Oaks because I liked the responses they gave to my questions during my facility search. They seemed warm and caring toward their residents, and I liked the sense I got about their community during our conversations. Their pricing was also significantly lower than the majority of their competitors, and that did play a role in my decision, as I had to spend my mother's money responsibly. I never felt that they provided inferior service for the lower cost.

The interaction with the staff has been great. There is no complaints about the food. They just hired a new cook. The activiites is great, my loved one likes to particiapte in the crafts, and Bingo. I would recommend. It has been wonderful. The whole experience with A Place for Mom was great. We picked this community, because of the price, it was convenient, and they had everything that my loved one needed.

We loved Pacifica Union City! It was a very welcoming community with very attentive staff. They just love their patients and do whatever they can for them. The facility had a beautiful layout, and my loved one had her own room, unlike a lot of other facilities. It was very clean. They kept up with the laundry and all the cleaning. And I also liked that they offered 5 activities per day.

Good community and tour; however, it was more than we wanted to spend.

I had a great tour experience with Atria Park of San Mateo. The layout of the facility is very thoughtful and beautiful. It was a bit larger and too overwhelming and confusing for her in her stage of dementia. We were looking for a place that was smaller and easier to navigate.

From what I was able to see during the tour experience, I would give Truewood By Merrill Clovis 5 stars. They had a lot of great amenities offered for the residents and the grounds were also very nice.

I really like, not just the friendliness to my in-laws, but they've all gotten to know me. They know my face, the staff will give me hugs and greet me. The residents, because I'm there so much, they greet me too. I feel safe leaving my in-laws living there, I know they're in good hands. When there's been issues with either my mother-in-law or my father-in-law, they have called me right away to try and resolve the problem; whether it's someone needing to go to the doctor, or another issue. I would recommend Truewood by Merrill to others.

From the first phone call through placement, I always felt they were talking just to me. They listened without interrupting. I felt we were a team. I'm praying my uncle will feel that too when he gets adjusted.

This has been a great place for our mom. She enjoys her independence and the opportunities to socialize with other residents and staff. There is a very caring, loving staff here. They provide fun activities for the residents - even creative, safe ones during Covid (example: drive-by Valentines Day, etc.).

Liked this community but they did not have space or staff to care for someone with my loved ones needs.
