The staff were very friendly and curious. The menu is fantastic and they have alternative food for you. I would recommend a friend to Truewood they have the most value for the money.

The facility is beautiful. [name removed] lives in a studio apartment with a beautiful view. Staff is excellent, food is more than acceptable. Many activities to choose from. Maintenance requests take a little while for response but not a problem yet. The overall feel of Lake park was outstanding. Also, residents seemed very friendly and engaged in the community.

All are a 5 except food. Quality of food has been going down and my mom and others are not happy. We also got hit with a a $700 increase the first of the year. The staff is great and my mom loves it there, other than the food. Mom is in a studio apartment and we have managed to fit a lot in. She is very comfortable

We had a very positive and helpful experience. They were always available to answer any questions. They were encouraging and affirming. They would check in with us to see how we were doing. They would give immediate response when we needed anything.

I would highly recommend Pacifica. The staff is great. They all care for my mom very much and take exceptional care of her. She's very happy there.

My mother is a resident at Truewood by Merrill Clovis and the experience has been great. My mother really enjoys the food. The staff is very caring and friendly, and they are always cleaning. They send texts about important info, also. Most importantly, my mother has not declined mentally or physically in over a year since she has been there. As for the activities, [name removed] keeps the residents busy and he does activities with them to stimulate their minds, but my mom doesn't always participate.

My husband is there a lot more than I am, he says the food is good actually, and agrees with my other ratings. It is a good value place. My mother in law did have one staff person in the past that wasn't friendly but that person is not there now. I like the location and that people can possibly have a pet. The care is probably on par with other places but we don't have anything to compare it to.

During our toughest times in suddenly trying to find care for our mom, [name removed], very quickly showed us a great option here at Pacifica. She made us comfortable and delivered stress in the process. The entire staff has been so supportive.

Everything is wonderful. The staff is fantastic I would recommend the facility, but as with any of these situations communication is up to the patient's peeps pretty much these folks are busy and it's a hard industry as you know, but they've really been fantastic friendly, fun, understanding, etc.

We can't express enough our thanks for the ever present hospitality and just overall welcome feeling we have with Farmstead. This is a big step for our Mom and we, her family, are feeling received as though we are a part of the Farmstead Family. Every little "new home" bump in the road taken head on and solved quickly . The dining experience is awesome, the care giving, housekeeping , and maintenace team equally awesome, and the management makes it all go pretty smoothly!!

I have been a resident at Atria Park of San Mateo for 2 years. I have moved here from Atria Daly City. This is a wonderful place to live! Many good reasons. Right from when you first walk into the lobby. You are greeted with a smile and welcomed. The staff is very professional,accommodating. The care staff, waitstaff, the housekeeping all friendly and respectful. Many things to do here at Atria. There is an exercise room, a movie theater, a bistro area where you can find many freshly made food items, water, juices, soft drinks and pastries. Terrace is one of the best amenities I enjoyed. Activities such as bingo, gin rummy and craft classes- all handled by [name removed] the Engage Life Director and [name removed], with a smile. Holiday celebrations with great decorations. Thursday happy hour with great music and snacks. Always fun and well attended. The experience has been pleasant. I highly recommend Atria Park of San Mateo! A great place to live in!

The holiday season 2023 at Atria Park of San Mateo was so memorable! Our Activity Director [name removed] and her assistant [name removed] decorated the entire building. There were huge Christmas trees in the lobby, dining room and living room. Every flat surface had some kind of decorations. There were wreaths on many doors. Angie arranges 3 church choirs to come for Christmas caroling. It was so wonderful it made me cry. [name removed] never does things half way. Every aspect of the holiday season was represented. She tries to make everyday special and she usually succeeds. We built gingerbread houses. Lots of family members and friends was included in this activity making it all the more special. Some people don’t get many, if any, visits from family. Sometimes people get the blues at Christmas time, me included. I lost my only child in 2020. And Christmas had become very difficult for me. But [name removed] made the entire season so beautiful. I felt loved and cared for here at Atria Park of San Mateo.

It was a great place. We picked this community because it was a newer place, very clean, good food, and friendly staff and people. Also, lots of great activities for the residents.

The facility itself is beautiful and recently went through a renovation. The staff was helpful and friendly, as were the other residents. I would recommend the facility to others.

The Memory Care unit where my mom lives is running the education method of Montessori. Strategies are in place to allow her to feel useful, letting her help as much as she's able. Activities are upbeat and exciting. Staff is well trained in caring for folks with Alzheimer's. She seems happier there, surrounded by others, than she was at home. Communication is regular, notifications of issues and needs are immediate. Staff is upbeat and friendly. We would recommend the MC facility to those struggling to find a supportive environment for difficult family members.

Everyone at Atria Park of San Mateo was very nice and helpful to my mother during her stay. I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking.

I am very happy with the care my parents are getting at Pacifica. My father has several health issues and he gets excellent attention from the staff. Everyone is very friendly and my parents are extremely comfortable at Pacifica.

I have been very impressed. The staff are always kind, thoughtful, caring, and compassionate. The facility is clean, and cleaning staff is committed to residents' comfort. I have only seen two of the sizes of apartments. I think they may have four sizes, but not sure. The studio is small but adequate as to be expected, but I am not familiar with sizes at other facilities, so am unable to compare. My mother has the three room apartment. It is very nice and spacious enough for her with a walk-in closet. She is very content with the space.

Had a great experience touring, as well as the food was very good. The prices are very cost affordable and they have great activities. I will for sure move my parent into this community. I highly recommend for your loved one.

The place us a great location - the staff members are great. Breakfast, lunch, & dinner is great. Price is fair. Very clean. Activities are good. Makes you feel at home.
