I am in love with the staff who manage Our House. They are so friendly and helpful and really care about all their residents. My brother recently had renal failure and significant loss of sight. The family atmosphere and availability of exercise are helping him to regain his strength and a positive outlook on his life. Very important for him is having transportation to dialysis 3x a week in addition to all medical appointments which are included as part of his rent. The meals are all homemade without salt and are delicious. My brother appreciates the availability of snacks 24/7. The rent is on a monthly basis and very affordable. Another bonus is that a staff person is there 24/7 and various levels of assisted living are available for an additional reasonable fee. Currently my brother receives help with his medications from a nurse. I have only good things to say about Our House. As a life-long animal owner, I appreciate that residents are able to bring their pet with them.

The family member that we had taken there to The Grand Court Springfield has a good deal of memory. She needs help remembering where to go and what to do, and that is something they charge extra for. That is one area I think they could improve. She needs to be on a schedule but cannot do so on her own, but needs reminders and assistance. She is physically more than able to do things, but any time there is anything slightly different from the normal routine she tends to forget. That is the whole reason she is in assisted living. The staff is extremely friendly and it is a very nice place.

Loved it Loved it Loved it! The grounds are really cool, in a forest area, deer running around when she arrived. When you walk in, it is very cozy, not sterile. Cool environment, I wouldn't mind living there.

My mother stayed at Grand Court for several weeks in respite care. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. it was a very positive experience.

My loved one was very happy here and this was a pretty well rounded community. I have seen people with different ailments and all of them seem to be really happy at this community. I would recommend for your loved one.

It's not the nicest place in town. But the best value around! [name removed], The Director is top notch.

The main reason we chose Deer Park was because of the Human warmth and interpersonal connection above all! The staff there has a high sense of purpose.

My loved one is currently a resident at Deer Park Assisted Living and the overall experience has been very good for her so far. The staff and care services are very good. The cleanliness and friendliness are also good. I would recommend this facility to others as an option for Assisted Living for their loved ones.

It was one place that we hadn't checked out -- somehow it was not on our radar. It was your company that brought it to our attention. And at that time it was one of very, very few that had an opening. Wickshire is a physically attractive facility and very conveniently located. My mom's room was pleasant (especially compared to the brown walls and brown bedspread at [name removed]), clean and fairly large (the other bed was unoccupied) and there were a lot of activities she could have participated in. Above all, I thank you for guiding us to this facility because we were really at our wit's end when you came through.

My loved one does not really participate in the daily activities, so that one is hard to judge. There is a new director here that has been very good. Her name is [name removed]/ She is very response and her aide staff have been good. The food is good as well! I would recommend Wickshire West Lafayette to others looking for assisted living.

All in all, we are satisfied & grateful our friend, who has dementia, is being cared for. And, glad the facility is relatively close. They have done well with, their help in getting our friend settled, friendliness, care, encouragement, attention to residents, always seems there is enough staff to tend to residents, activities.Suggestion to improve- an attending nurse told us memory care residents are not receiving the same (desserts, snacks, entrees) as AL residents. Also, cost of MC is higher than AL.

The staff and community are very nice. Anytime the family has questions or concerns the staff are very prompt in responding to us. There are three meals a day served and there are choices to choose from. There is an opportunity for the staff to handle laundry for the resident. The community does have the ability to assist with medication management, dressing and bathing assistance, and hygiene care.

This place was way too expensive for my loved one and I, it was a beautiful community but also a really big community.

They've been very helpful. I think they take good care of my loved one. There has been a delay in communication between doctors / nursing staff and our family. But we're getting that worked out. And for the most part, it has been a good experience. It's one of the most affordable places we looked into. The facility is clean. They've had some staffing issues but have been hiring new staff. Overall I'm pretty happy with it. And my loved one's biggest complaint is the food.

Overall, it has been a good experience. They are unable to run personal errands or assist in moving into the community. Otherwise, it is everything I expected. The community will only provide transportation to community outings, and medical appointments for the residents. There are three meals a day, and there is one special a day. There is an anytime menu for the residents to choose from as well. The community isn't always able to accommodate my dietary restrictions. It would be nice to have a weekly menu to know what the meals will be, since we have a fridge in the apartment, and we can plan accordingly.

The aides, are not checking to see if the call button is working. They clean the apartment, and do laundry. My loved one seems to like the food, I just wish they had more fresh fruit. We picked this community because, it was close to family, they had an apartment suite with a wooden deck, and pets is allowed.

Dad moved in and was seem less. Associates at Wickshire are working with us on things. Associates made me feel like dad was welcomed and that they will take care of him well.

I would tell others that they have really good communication between the staff members and the family members - they always keep us well informed. We would recommend Wickshire Poland to other families looking for care.

Wicksire Fairborn is a great facility and like it as a whole. The staff are unmatchable and based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

I would recommend you look at the community. This is a nice place and it would be the right fit for the right person. There are choices for meals. The meal staff bend over backwards to assist the residents. The administration does a great job with the family.
