Brookdale

Our Dad was born 12/11/1926 and is 98 at this writing. He started needing more care last Fall [year removed] and we had the good fortune of finding Brookdale Georgetown to move him for assisted care. The entire team of caregivers at Brookdale Georgetown are awesome. They sincerely care and they are all easy (and fun) to communicate with.

While caring for my husband and my Father, they have been the best staff. They are very attentive, knowledgeable, responsive and professionally personable. They always strive to make the residents happy, especially with the food. They have a lot of special events and meals for families to engage in too.

I was able to visit the facilities at Brookdale on country club in Cape Coral and it was clean, .the staff was superb and friendly and all of the people that live there seemed extremely content. Would highly recommend this facility for any Senior that chooses to make this move and move into Brookdale of Cape Coral. Thank you for the tour!

This tour was extremely helpful with all that was necessary to know in order to make an educated decision with our family for our loved one.

I was at Blake for 3 1/2 months and [facility removed] for 2 yrs and 4 months. [name removed[ that [facility removed] is the reason I moved.

I think Brookdale checks all the box for the kind of care I'd like my sister to have. Group activities lots of simulating care.

Overall experience: Could not walk when she entered and could walk when she left (10 weeks). They did what need happen for her to walk. Cleanliness: staff kept the place very clean. Friendliness: staff were helpful and often talk to me. Administrative staff always talked and what they could do more. Quality of life: very good because we were they a short time. Administrative staff: always talked to you before prompting. Very helpful in what we could do. Food: food was excellent and lots of options at meals. Activities: Although my wife did not participate. Always asked what she liked. Plenty of activities throughout the day. Value: Excellent Staff and administrative. Object was meant that wife could walk. I think the cost was too much. Objective was meant. My wife and me appreciative of Brookdale...

Dad loved this place first visit. Feels very comfortable in place. Any questions and concerns are addressed immediately and corrected as needed.

The food is almost always good. My father in law is super picky about food and consistently says that they need to do a better job with how they prepare it. I'd like them to know that they do everything possible to make the residence feel like family and I'm not just saying that. They are super nice and accommodating to my father-in-law. The director since the most well thought out written emails every single week that address the residence by name and I really love that. Even when he forgets an appointment and tells them at the last minute, they do everything they can to get him where he needs to be on time and he has never once been anxious about it. He really does love it.

They were great. Facility was pretty and Victorian. People working were gentle and caring and knew how to speak to my mom to gain trust and do what they needed her to do.

The staff learned their names and mine. Always greeting me. The staff helped my parents with what they needed help with and until they were strong enough and was able to do self care on their own. I have recommended this to my friends when they're looking for a place.

Brookdale has been so wonderful with my mom. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. My mom was kicked out of an assisted living bc we couldn’t get her medicine figured out. Brookdale worked with a Dr and got her regulated right away. I am so grateful that they care for her so well.

It's a very nice place and clean. Residents are friendly and caring. Activities are okay.

My grandmother has been at Brookdale of Mandeville in memory care for nearly 3 months. We are very pleased with the level of care.The staff is very friendly. We love the regular communication and updates. Her weight and hygiene have improved tremendously. She is very content.

Brookdale of PGI is a small, family-like community that feels personal and caring in every way. It’s not a big, corporate facility where residents get overlooked, here, everyone truly knows and looks out for each other. The staff are what make it so special. They are kind, professional, and treat every resident with genuine compassion and respect. We have complete peace of mind knowing our mom is in such good hands, surrounded by people who care about her like family. We’re so grateful to have found this amazing place!

Brookdale Central Paradise Valley was an incredible place for mom. The moment I walked into the sun-filled lobby, [name removed] , the maintenance man, welcomed me and made me feel incredibly comfortable, like I was a part of the family. And soon after, [name removed] greeted me and off we went to see the apartments she had available. Before she did, she listened to me. She listened to the description of my mother, and realized immediately what I needed for her. A great, sunny place, help with her recent health issues, and unending support from the nursing staff. All the while, knowing the culinary staff would accommodate her wishes for great food. Mom loved the food at Brookdale. She mentioned that the chef was top notch daily! [name removed] was incredible. She and her staff were always attentive and friendly. She wanted the best for mom and responded to my concerns immediately. I knew mom was in the best place and mom loved it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring place for mom.

We love Brookdale! All of the staff are so friendly! I toured the facility and was immediately impressed. Everyone introduced themselves and they answered all of my questions. I’m so glad I found them for my mom! She has her own little apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. We are able to visit 24/7, so I don’t have to worry.

Brookdale Tramway is a very comfortable, accommodating, pleasant home for my Mom. She's happy with social activities, the sweet, caring staff and management and her pleasant room. It's a great choice!

Our process getting into Brookdale was smooth and easy. They were very clear with their expectations and kept us informed about when her place would be ready to move in. Staff were very welcoming and attentive, and all of them have been absolutely wonderful! They come to the apartment at least daily to empty the trash and say hello. They do laundry, change the linens, and do a light cleaning weekly. Staff check on her if she does not come down for a meal, and bring the food to her if she's staying in. Coordinated medical services, transportation to appointments if needed, and a comprehensive medical report with her on medical appointments. They handle return paperwork and ensure that orders are carried to completion. Activities are plentiful, and and the staff encourage participation according to residents likes and dislikes. She is very happy, and so are we.

Outstanding facilities, friendly staff. Great location. Food quality is above par, lots of great activities. Great range of services, from Full Nursing Care to independent Living. Very responsive senior staff to nurses and nurse aides. Its a lovely place for our beloved elderly folks.
