Brookdale

My grandmother [name removed] spent her final years here. Through it all she received excellent care and friendly treatment by the staff. She participated in the therapy services, and took part in activities that were offered. I am so very thankful for the attention she received right up to the end.

The place is very well kept up. The residents and staff are super nice and friendly. Love the dining hall and the options you can have at each meal each day.

What they could improve on would maybe be the food and choices of food. It felt like home the second I stepped inside. Mom likes it here and that is all I need and based on the experience I would recommend Brookdale New Braunfels to other families.

This is a very nice place and everyone here is nice and friendly. The staff takes really good care of the clients. And, the managers are always around when you need help. It's a clean place and the staff takes great care of the residents.

Mom wasn't there long enough to experience the activities and meals and dining experience. Everyone was WONDERFUL!!! From the Director to [name removed] to the Care Team. My mom was only there for about 12 hours before she had to be taken to the hospital. She passed 10 days later.

What we like the most about the community is how friendly and attentive the administrative, nursing and general staff are to the needs and concerns of the residents.

I give all of these categories a 5. Have been here a month, and find most everything better than I expected. Friendly staff. I have the smallest 1bedroom, but have found it roomy and comfortable. Sewing machine in the bedroom.

I love activities and can be a part of it or they bring it to me. Like, staff, caregivers.

I'm an artist and love to be busy. I'm always doing something love where I love.

The workers are so helpful and nice. It's a great place to go when you need assistance.

In [date removed] my very special friend had to more from her home. I live 2 minute down the road. But [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] the cafeteria staff. I absolutely love, honor and truly wonderful these listed people run smooth as butter.

My mom is a resident at Brookdale Lakeshore and my siblings and I couldn't be happier with her care. The staff is professional while still showing compassion and love to my mom.

At first I didn't want to come here, but after just a few days I realized that I really like it here. It's worked out exceptionally well to be living here at Brookdale Adrian. After living at other facilities Brookdale Adrian is the obvious choice.

In a world where more and more require assistance just to live, we are fortunate to have such a warm and caring facility to look after our loved ones. Enrichment programs, chef-prepared meals, innovative solutions to difficult matters this makes Charleston Gardens the premier-place for those who can't live alone. Caregivers love our family like we do.

Everybody there is super friendly! My dad is pretty grouchy and has always complained about his caregivers in the past but he has no complaints and he's been there quite a while since this past November. The only thing he complains about is the food, but everybody is very nice and the place is always very clean and they have activities that he enjoys. He plays bingo almost every day and always wins prizes. I can relax knowing he's safe and taking care of.

Our experience with Brookdale was the best anyone could expect. Everyone we had contact with was extremely professional and courteous. Very accommodating with everything we needed or asked for. The nursing staff was beyond our expectations. Any concerns were addressed immediately [name removed], my brother, who was the resident, was there less than two weeks when he said it was a great place and asked me how I found it

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They worked directly with dad's caregivers at the VA Hospital. The facility is easy to navigate. We were able to visit and even eat with him just about anytime we wanted. They seemed willing to to entertain having out of town visitors stay with him although his health did not enable us to try this out.

I like the people who work at Brookdale. Every type of staff member is kind & courteous. They are willing to help with everything & I appreciate them! It is clean & comfortable

This is a very well run facility!! My husband and I were very happy there and they are taking excellent care of my mother now. Staff are all very professional and compassionate.

It's a very nice and clean facility that we were able to make dads room like home with things from his home. Staff was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable when it involved dads care. No complaints. Everything wasn't always perfect, but we didn't expect it to be when personnel changes with shifts, and everyone has different personalities. I would recommend Brookdale Burlington to anyone.
