Brookdale

I moved in to Brookdale North on [date removed]. I have found it to be a great place to live. The apartment was fully refurbished, paint, carpet, new hard flooring, new kitchen with stainless appliances and a functional bar. The people in the community are friendly and always willing to have a chat. I have enjoyed it so far and think it was a good decision.

I called and spoke to a nice person and the asked finances and my in laws needs and directed me to Brookdale Brighton and wow. Its was and is totally perfect for them. They couldnt be happier and we not to have worries. Highly recommend A place for Mom.

The staff at Brookdale was amazing. Very attentive to my Mother and assisted is every way possible. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking senior living for their loved one.

We chose Brookdale Liverpool because of the geography, recommended, and price. Friendly. Activities were the same old routine. Need to mix up with new activities more. Seems strictly for still independent, and constant base line care. Any changes in health needs difficult for staff to identify and assist. Very, very friendly.

They are great about helping with any questions, making transitions very easy, discussing any of the processes or things the resident needs or family expects. Value for the money - it's hard with nothing to compare it to. It's expensive but all of the options are in this range. My dad used to cared for, loved, happy as he can be in this situation. It's his home because the people of Brookdale work hard to make it that way. I would add, it would be that this transition is very hard on families and there is a lot of information thrown at you and no one knows how to complete it unless you've done it before. The staff at Brookdale made the transition so much easier on my dad who is the resident as well as my mom who had a very hard time letting it happen and the rest of my family who just didn't know how to handle it. They have support sessions. they answer all questions with patience and kindness and they really do care for my dad like he is their family.

The facility is very well maintained and it's all opened and on one floor.Very spacious and you feel comfortable and at home. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the facility. They are helpful and always greet you with a smile. They always have plenty of activities for the residents to participate in.Puzzles, games, crafts, movies. Every day is always something different to do. Morning b- fit exercises and trips are always fun for the residents.

There are several outdoor spaces to have visits with your family. They also accommodate meal substitutions. Make sure to have the staff put The patient name in their clothes so laundry doesn't get lost. The nurses and staff are very caring and attentive. We had the best peace of mind as a family while he was here.

The staff is very friendly and competent. They handle everything very well and take good care of my mom.

They are short staffed at times, but overall, the friendliness and care are outstanding. My mother really likes it there. Some rooms are shared. Bit small for two people, but great for 1. Dining room, TV room, activities room and garden are very nice. They always decorate for holidays etc really nicely. Bingo, musical performances, happy hour most Fridays, and some outings when weather permits.

I recommend everyone to look at Brookdale Tempe. Take a tour you will absolutely love the place, people, everything. I was amazed at the facity the things they offer our loved ones. The care they give. You will feel like you dropped your loved one off to family. They have group meetings with us as the family member who had to make that choice for our loved ones. They truly care. We are very pleased with Brookdale Senior Living in New Port Richey FL. Our family member has been there for a month and likes it there.

A very wonderful place. The staff is caring and professional. They treat each resident like a member of their family. The dining area is like a high class restaurant with a standard menu as well as daily specials. I highly recommend this facility.

From day one, the team made us feel welcome. They engage residents with music, crafts, outings, and personalized attention. My dad is happier and more relaxed than he’s been in years. We’re so grateful!

The staff are amazing with residents. They are very good about following up with any issues. The facility does not have 4 or 5 levels of care it just has independent living or assisted living. That helps keep costs down. They have doctor in same parking lot that comes over once a week to check on residents if they choose to use them. The rooms are larger than most facilities and comes with a two burner cooktop which is great.

The community is clean and well kept. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic and the dining area feels like a normal restaurant.

My mom who is 92 has me as her custodian, one of her daughters. I was impressed at every step of the move to Brookdale. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Any question that I had was addressed. My mom has been here 2 months and she is very happy. Her room is large. She can have a phone. This is my mom's home and we feel like we couldn't be with more responsive and thoughtful people.

The faculty and staff have all been absolutely amazing. When you walk through the front doors, it is a very welcoming environment. My mother is very happy there and loves all of the staff. They have a lot of activities and bring a lot of music in for the residence from the community. I couldn't be more thrilled with a great place for my mother to live.

Before she was ready to move, my Mom began making plans. She knew an adult living community would be a fun, safe, and cost-effective way to retire. Especially because she lives a thousand miles away from all of her children and grandchildren. So, we had conversations. And we reached out to A Place for Mom for recommendations. Using our knowledge of the area, and the recommendations we were given, we visited three communities. Brookdale Clinton was my Mom's choice right away! We visited all three communities at least twice, and she never faltered in her decision. Brookdale Clinton just had the right combination: a welcoming atmosphere, a homey feel, friendly people, both residents and employees, plenty of activities, good food, and comfortable living arrangements. We never felt pressured, and we never felt unsafe, uneasy, or unsure. I had anticipated a much harder process, and a much more difficult decision. I am so happy with Brookdale Clinton, and more importantly, my Mom is happy!

They were extremely professional, friendly and most accommodating to the care of my mother. It felt as if Brookdale was her new family. Great care and concern for the needs of my mother. Always available and attentive whenever she needed anything.

I love the staff who will do everything erything to make living at Brookdale Kettering as enjoyable and easy as possible. Staff and residents are welcoming and very friendly. The independent living facilities include a private screened in porch which us one of the reasons we chose this place.
