They have gone out of their way to accommodate a very befuddled resident that has dementia and thinks he does not belong there when he definitely does need to be there... could not ask for more from them.

Brookdale Monroe Square is one of the best in the area. The staff here are what makes this community so great. Everyone working in this community truly has a heart for their residents and it is evident every single time I come in. I’ve seen first hand how they go above and beyond to ensure their residents are cared for as if they were their own family. Truly, everyone from the administrator to the rehab team is exceptional. I would recommend brookdale monroe square to anyone in the area looking for assisted living or memory care. They will be in good hands.

The staff are very caring and treat every resident with dignity and respect. They are like family! The facility is great with everything my parent needs. There are activities for everyone to do. The food is excellent with a large variety to choose from.

What we like the most about the community is the overall atmosphere, the residents and staff are caring and accommodating. We would recommend Brookdale Chandler Regional community to other families.

The number of certified medical professionals on staff, combined with the small, personal size makes this an excellent choice for people who want their loved ones in a place where they are cared for and "everyone knows your name".

Caring receptionist, shuttle service to appointments and stores, great and engaging activities , recognizes and loves Veterans!

What about this and as anonymous: The staff is attentive, responsive, and consistently helpful. The meals are enjoyable, with good variety and portions, and there is openness to feedback. There are occasional moments when common areas can be a bit more active than expected, and communication styles may vary at times. Overall, I feel comfortable here and would happily recommend it to anyone considering a move.

Professionalism and honesty is what stood out. I would definitely recommend to others. I think the facility has a friendly staff, is clean, uplifting and the rooms are nice size.

Of all the assisted livings we toured, my mom said, “I can see myself here.” With everything on one floor, the setting felt more intimate. The activities were decided with monthly resident input. The menus were very tasty and nutritious. I highly recommend Brookdale.

My mom had a fall back in December and ended up breaking her hip. After surgery, she spent a long time in a nursing home. Walking again was a really tough task for her. We ended up meeting with [Name Removed] at Brookdale, and instantly knew this was going to be a good place for my mom to live. It's safe and well kept. She is getting better food than she was making for herself at home and there's activities for her on a daily basis. Making the decision to put her in an assisted living home was a tough one, but watching her progress and get her walking steps back is amazing. She hasn't walked this good in 5+ years. Thank you! The staff is awesome here, you won't be disappointed

Definitely would recommend to others. Everyone there is so helpful. Especially [name removed] she has helped us and guided us through everything. My mother-in-law is not easy to deal with but they are breaking through her shell. She is seeming to like it there now.

I cannot say enough good things about Brookdale! From staff to facilities this is a first class location. Every day they make me feel better about the decision to send mom there.

Cleanliness size and employees is what influenced my rating. I would recommend Brookdale Forest City to others.

Although there have been a few things that have not gone as well as I hoped, the management, staff, medical people, etc. have been great and they are all friendly and try to help in any way they can.

Had my mother there 2 years ago and an elderly friend that we took care of last year. So these answers are from then not present. [name removed] and [name removed] were exceptional most all of the staff were kind and patient and caring.

The staff is excellent and they take care of their residents needs. Very approachable and willing to help. The consistency of programming and reaching out to their residents to get them involved.

The staff is well-trained to care for patients with memory issues. The staff remain gentle and calm even when patients are agitated and combative. We would recommend Brookdale Memory Care as a top choice for a loved one.

Not only is the staff friendly and very caring, but the engagement with the residents through the activities director are creative and keeps them (the residents) socializing with each other. I love that they keep family members updated and also offer classes to keep us abreast of what and how to deal with the different levels of dementia/Alzheimers.

Everyone here is so friendly...residents and staff. The dining room here is awesome and wait staff are great. I love that we get weekly menus prior to going to the dining room. Food has been delicious and I love how we have different types of salads each day. Soups in the evenings are delicious. I have an Efficiency Apartment and love it. It is just the right size for me. And [name removed] my housekeeper is a jewel. While I was in rehab [name removed] came to visit. She was so caring and once I was actually moved in the office staff, [name removed] and Activity ladies [name removed] and [name removed] have made me feel right at home. What else can I say... I love it here! I really need to mention how clean the whole facility is and not once have I smelled a bad odor!!! Another great thing about here is I am Independent but have been reassured that should I ever need help, I will get it. This is not true of other facilities.
