Brookdale

Our tour at Brookdale was very nice and Miss [name removed] helped us feel very welcomed and was a pleasure to work with.

Brookdale is wonderful! The staff is attentive and caring. My dad is in memory care and they have engaging activities and outings. The facility he was in previously was horrible. It smelled like excrement and death, my kids commented it was creepy and gave The Shining vibes. His condition has improved since we moved him to Brookdale. The staff is the best! They care. It is truly a family. [names removed] have all been a blessing to my family.

The facility is clean and well managed by a great staff. My wife is well taken care of both physically and mentally by everyone who works there. I feel most fortunate to have my wife living there.

I would rank items 1-8 each with a 5! Very close knit! Everyone seemed to be happily co-existing with each other and with the staff! The grounds were always very well maintained! The staff seemed to really care and be happy with their jobs as many of them have been there >20 years!

As for [Name removed] in the front office, she is nothing short of an angel sent from heaven to care for my sister." 6.Food: 5 "My sister is a big fan of the food! The kitchen staff does an amazing job accommodating her requests for fruit and salads, showing real pride in the meals they provide to the residents." 7.Activities: 5 "Brookdale recently navigated a change in their Activities Director, and I was impressed by how the administrative team worked overtime to ensure the residents' routines weren't disrupted. Now that a new director is in place, we’re looking forward to the new activities and energy she will provide." 8.Value for the money: 5 "The value of Brookdale’s service is beyond measure. They understand that memory care requires boundless patience and love, and they constantly strive to deliver the highest level of care."

The staff were amazing. They were so good to my brother.

Our mom has been at Brookdale for about a month, and it’s everything we could have hoped for The location is quiet, clean, and the staff is exceptionally nice. The facility is cozy, with a good staff to resident ratio We feel very lucky

I have lived here for 4 years. I love the home like feeling as well as all the activities they have for us. I love that there is someone always near by. Truly a special place. I have made many friends here and cannot see myself anywhere else. If you are on the fence please come by and tour. Its a family environment and truly one of a kind.

Absolutely beautiful facility from top to bottom. The people looked happy and well taken care of. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking.

Brooksdale checked all of our boxes! We are hoping for availability when we need to move my mother in law.

While I love Brookdale, I don't think it's appropriate for my mom. She needs more memory care than assisted living. [Name Removed] was amazing and we have an appointment for intake however I feel like my mom needs more.

[Name Removed] provided me with information that is very helpful to me and the tour was very helpful. It provided me with information that helped me see how the "quads" funtioned and meet some of the caregivers.

We appreciated a tour of Brookdale Tullahoma and meeting the staff and some of the residents. Clearly we think this assisted living is a place for a family member to feel right at home. The staff seems dedicated to the residents care and their rights.

The tour we received was wonderful. The building was bright and clean and full of happy residents. Greg was very nice and listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

The tour was very informative and well conducted. Your facility would meet all of the needs for my sister and is conveniently located.

Mom loved it, my daughter and toured it first and we were impressed with the things they do for all the people she meet a few people and she is really happy with it
