I toured a few different facilities for my mom and Brookdale Baywood is our 1st choice. Staff was friendly and helpful and the facility was well kept up and pleasant. There are several apartment options to choose from, a fantastic meal program and many activities for the residents to occupy their time. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an assisted living facility for themselves or a loved one to tour Brookdale Baywood. I am confident they would be as impressed as I was.

Warm kind people, well maintained, and many choices in the restaurant. She wanted a small space on the ground floor so she could keep her dog, which she has. She had a choice to move into a larger place, but decided to stick with a studio because of the location. She feels very much at home there.

Brookdale Pinnacle has been providing excellent care. My loved ones have said the Food is always good and the staff is always kind and friendly. Their care is always good even in my loved ones' opinions. The common areas are always clean and the private areas are cleaned regularly. Laundry is done weekly or done at times when they at meals when the residents are resistant.
