We found the staff to very caring & loving individuals and they offer a sense of community for residents. Communication with family was great!

My mom has been here for about 4 years she's 91 and I love it they take very good care of her staff is amazing friendly attentive and clean I would recommend this place for anybody who has a family member with memory issues!

When my brother and I knew we needed to relocate our parents to Fort Worth as they could no longer live alone, we mostly choose Brookdale Tanglewood Oaks because of its proximity to where we live, as we knew we would want to visit often and needed the place to be convenient since we are both still working. What we have found there is SO much more than a convenient place. From the front desk, to the nurses, caregivers, med techs, activity director and leadership, we have experienced people who care, are kind, friendly and compassionate. Aging is not easy and to have people who still treat your loved ones with respect and dignity is a great blessing. oh and my dad says all the time-"haven't had a bad meal yet"! And because my dad loves to use a leaf blower, they allow him to do that in the courtyard, along with taking any resident that wants to go on weekly outings!

What’s important to me (and my dad) is that the staff cares. This shows up in so many areas. They work very hard in a difficult environment. We have been please with how well they know my dad, his needs and what’s important to him.

All 5's. Excellent property and management. The Management and all the staffing team are professional, knowledgeable and very quick to respond. The security check in and out is very comforting. They know who is visiting who. The Activity Staff is amazing. There is "something" fun or interesting to do throughout the day and early evenings. Much like a resort schedule. They make everyone feel like family. The food is amazing with a wide variety of options as well as the "specials" of the day. The food and beverage director has open meetings once a month for residents to discuss menu enhancements. It is extremely well run and the perfect place for my mom.

I was extremely happy with the care. Everybody made a hard situation much easier. I have referred a number of my friends to your facility ?? [name removed] was helpful long before I had an actual need for care. Everybody form the receptionist to the nurses showed genuine interest and care. This is especially felt since my mother came to you on hospice.

My niece is settling in very well! What stood out to me is the cleanliness and friendliness. I would recommend and have already recommended Brookdale North Tucson to others!

The meals, rooms and activities are a few things I like most about the community. I would recommend Brookdale Southfield to others who are currently searching for a place for their loved one.

It is extremely difficult to make the decision to place a loved one into dementia care. The director of the Roseburg Brookdale facility was so very understanding and guided me through the process with ease. My father spent one year in their care and was treated with kindness and compassion every step of the way. He recently passed away and the staff went out of their way to express their condolences to my sister and me. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking dementia care for a loved one.

Staff is really welcoming and all questions were answered. They take their time to know the clients. The move I was smooth. Have recommended to others. The atmosphere is friendly and the Mountain View's are spectacular!

The level of care given to our mother is superior. The staff is attentive, caring, kind, and responsive. They do not let residents languish in their rooms or in isolation and instead involve them with the community through various activities, including faith-based options.

5s across the board. They are attentive and work very hard to fix any hiccups quickly. I got the warm and fuzzies from the very start.

The staff is wonderful! My dad has been thriving since he has been there. Honestly a true success story, he is like a completely different person from before he moved in.

It is a wonderful place!! Community is spotless. [name removed] keeps things running nicely in the maintenance dept. The activity director, [name removed] is amazing. The director, [name removed] and nurse, [name removed] are also amazing! Everyone who works there have good attitudes and they come by checking on my Mom all the time just to say "hi". Meals are good. Overall fantastic experience!

My stepdad moved her into Brookdale last month and is settling in quite nicely! The staff is very kind to my mom, she told me everyone she has talk to has been so nice. Love that they have a bus to take residents out to the Mall or wherever, so great! Everything is clean and updated, it's such a nice place! My Mom is doing so well at Brookdale! [name removed].

The facility makes you feel as if you are living at a very nice hotel! Yet it does feel like home to my aunt. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. My aunt is on the assisted living floor, and they remind her when it is meal time or when there are activities going on she might be interested in attending.
