Staff is really welcoming and all questions were answered. They take their time to know the clients. The move I was smooth. Have recommended to others. The atmosphere is friendly and the Mountain View's are spectacular!

The level of care given to our mother is superior. The staff is attentive, caring, kind, and responsive. They do not let residents languish in their rooms or in isolation and instead involve them with the community through various activities, including faith-based options.

5s across the board. They are attentive and work very hard to fix any hiccups quickly. I got the warm and fuzzies from the very start.

5 for all. I'm very pleased. So is [name removed]. I think the architecture, size, floorplan, color, brightness, surrounding area is exceptional. Staff is wonderful. Seems to be a happy place. I look forward to visiting, and that is great because [name removed] friends do too, I think.

The staff is wonderful! My dad has been thriving since he has been there. Honestly a true success story, he is like a completely different person from before he moved in.

It is a wonderful place!! Community is spotless. [name removed] keeps things running nicely in the maintenance dept. The activity director, [name removed] is amazing. The director, [name removed] and nurse, [name removed] are also amazing! Everyone who works there have good attitudes and they come by checking on my Mom all the time just to say "hi". Meals are good. Overall fantastic experience!

My stepdad moved her into Brookdale last month and is settling in quite nicely! The staff is very kind to my mom, she told me everyone she has talk to has been so nice. Love that they have a bus to take residents out to the Mall or wherever, so great! Everything is clean and updated, it's such a nice place! My Mom is doing so well at Brookdale! [name removed].

The facility makes you feel as if you are living at a very nice hotel! Yet it does feel like home to my aunt. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. My aunt is on the assisted living floor, and they remind her when it is meal time or when there are activities going on she might be interested in attending.

[name removed] and [name removed] went out of their way to help us in a time of need and I will never forget that. Brookdale of Germantown is nothing like the stigma of a nursing home facilities/assisted living. It's so much more.

The facility doesn't resemble an institution so much as a beautiful, quiet home. The winding staircase and layout of the common rooms reinforce this feeling. Patios and outside areas are very nice, well cared for, and also quiet, given that the building is adjacent to Far Hills Avenue. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The way in which the nursing services are provided and priced on an ala carte basis helps ensure residents receive and pay for only the care they need. This makes the facility a more affordable alternative to large scale institutions.

Friendly and professional. Family atmosphere and staff treats everyone as a family member. We have a wonderful chef and meal plans. What's really nice is the scenery and the wildlife deer that come fairly close to the buildings. I came from Tennessee to be close to my children. There are plenty of senior living facilities around town, but I'm glad I chose Brookdale Skyline

[name removed] has settled into Brookdale and likes it. He ended up with the best room in the place. Small single floor facility with very good meals. They also have four RNs on staff, one of which is the Executive Director.

What I like most about the community is The Brighton senior center and bus transportation at Brookdale. Apt was nice size! The staff was awesome! Best 2 and a half months my mom had! She loved the dining room and her eating partners. I will be forever grateful to Brookdale.

Everyone on staff has been good natured about my mom's challenges and they bend over backwards to make sure that everything is good for her. I appreciate how[name removed], the director, reaches out to me regularly to check and make sure that things are going well for her. Everyone is always very kind when I come to visit and my mom has told me she really appreciates the staff.

Facility clean and staff very helpful and friendly. I would recommend to others for sure.
