What we like the most about the community is that They are all easy to approach about anything. They all work together. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Spring Shadows to other families based on the experience so far.

My mother moved in 2 years ago. She wanted to just stay in her apartment. She had just lost her husband and the staff here loved on her and soon she was joining in on meals in the dining room and activities. Now she is on resident council. Brookdale Adrian is home!

Brookdale has been great for my dad. We are pleased. , I would recommend Brookdale E Ebenezer.

I am still learning the basics and what to expect. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. I would recommend.

They are great people all around. Great from residents... and the food is great and the staff is friendly.

I'm not sure about the meals and dining or the activities. My uncle kind of like to do his own thing. However, what we like the most about the community is the Proximity to lifestyle things, the grounds familiarity because we're from that area.

What we like the most about the community - 1. Cleanliness 2. Very brightly lit at night 3. The daily well check 4. Bathrooms are senior friendly 5. Very friendly environment. 6. The admin staff work very well with potential residents and support a kind and seamless move/transition. 7. A good mid size community which is not intimidating to a new and older resident. 8. Moving around the community is easy no matter the weather conditions.

I was very nervous and concerned about the visit. As soon as I arrived the lady that met me at the door put me at ease. and I felt very comfortable, knowing I was at the right place. The tour was awesome every thing was explained. I felt my love one would be taken care of as I would want him to be.

We currently moved my father in and he absolutely loves it here. Beautiful facility, well kept, and many activities going on daily. The staff is very helpful, kind, and polite. We are so happy we made the right choice for dad.

Though, I'm a writer, it's hard to summarize all the descriptors and stories that have come out of my experience with Brookdale Troutdale. In [date removed] my mom entered the facility for the last phase of her life with her ongoing struggles with Dementia. From the beginning, I had extremely warm and responsive relations with the Executive Director [name removed], as well as all her staff. I've been in regular contact with two individuals who tend to my mother's needs and reached out when hitting any road blocks for her care: [name removed], the Health and Wellness Director, and [name removed], the Resident Care Coordinator. Other names of people that helped out in my visit last August where I was able to spend at least 25 hours over the course of the week (where I also got to stay for meals): [names removed] And many more. (Yes, I write down every one's names, as they remember mine.) Mostly: It's clean, comfortable, and active. And the food is great!

Dad had been living with us and it was challenging for all. We started researching senior living communities and Brookdale Meridian Westland was our first tour. We fell in love and visited other communities in the Denver area but none compared. Our dad is so happy, well-fed, entertained, and cared for and that is beneficial to everyone in the family. The staff is amazing and the activities are so fun. We make as many of the meals as we can because the food is outstanding! My dad never thought he needed or wanted friends and now he has whole community of them and it warms our heart to see our dad thriving.

I toured this community in [date removed] for consideration of a place my mother might be interested in. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and handed over to [name removed] who visited with me to learn about mom and her needs. We had wonderful conversation just about life in general. Then the tour. Along the way I met many residents who greeted me and just off the cuff told me how great the place was and how long they have been there. The apartments are very spacious, well appointed and well kept. Being a facilities manager, I have to look at electrical panels, HVAC, fire sprinklers, etc and this facility checks all the boxes for being well maintained over other places I have toured. The dining hall and food service was great even though I did not take the opportunity to enjoy a meal. I listened to a couple residents who told me how much they liked the meals served and the staff. That goes a long way for me as I understand what my mom wants and is used to.

We are really happy, particularly with the staff. Food and dining are great. My parents are enjoying it, particularly breakfast . They have a two bedroom, so the apartment is quite spacious which is good because my mom is in a power wheelchair.

I had my Aunt who was on hospice in a nursing home who seemed to be getting better. Was very displeased with the hospice and nursing home. I contacted Brookdale sales, [name removed] who had their nurse, [name removed] call me and go evaluate my Aunt. She felt my Aunt was overdressed and needed more TLC so they all got together and went way above to get her into their facility. My Aunt was enjoying it and we were very happy with the facility, her neighbors, and the people who worked there. They were all wonderful, caring, and happy. She only made it 19 days but they were good ones. Highly recommend it!

My friend that was scheduled to go to Brookdale changed his mind at the last minute. He did not spend anytime there other than a lunch. But the job Brookdale far exceeded expectations. It was very professional and very welcoming. The food was very good; the staff was caring and attentive. If and when he decides that he is ready for an assisted living arrangement, Brookdale will be our first choice. I cannot say enough good things about the Brookdale experience.

When I received a text from my mom saying she was in the ER, everything changed in an instant. What followed was a whirlwind of appointments, decisions and concern for her well-being. I realized that we needed to find a place closer to me that would offer both support and peace of mind. From the moment we first toured Brookdale Concord, the team has been amazing! They guided us through the every step from the initial visit to finishing the paperwork and helping Mom settle in. They have shown kindness, professionalism and genuine care. It has been a pleasure working with everyone at Brookdale! The relief of knowing that Mom is in a safe welcoming environment surrounded by attentive staff and friendly residents can’t be overstated! While she would prefer to be at home, she has shared how much she appreciates the people, the activities and the community that Brookdale offers. I am thankful to the Brookdale Concord team for making a difficult season feel manageable and hopeful!

I rate Brookdale a five; this is because of the facility and the staff. In particular [names removed] in addition to [names removed] and the kitchen staff. The facility is like a home away from home and combined with the staff it definitely deserves a 5.

I would rate Brookdale Lakeview Crossing with a 5 Everyone was very nice and the food was good too. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place for loved ones.

I am very excited to find a place that my mother does not exit seek. I have been very pleased with the entire staff from med tech, cleaning to front desk. They have great entertainment throughout the day and is fun to watch. Over very pleased with Brookdale.
