My mom is doing very well at Brookdale. The staff is very kind, compassionate and provides excellent care. Brookdale is very clean and comfortable. They provide many activities to keep the residents engaged and socially active. The meals are well balanced and they consider the residents nutritional needs. Overall, Brookdale is very supportive and provides a safe environment that feels like home.

I must say that overall, this is a beautiful place and that I am so happy to see my mother happy every day. The cleanliness of the facility is top-notch and 2nd to none. for the most part the staff seems to be very happy and committed to their residents. Over the last two months, the quality of the food has fallen off dramatically and that makes me a bit sad. I really wanted to make this a fully 100% positive overview and or rating of Brookdale in Port Charlotte, Florida, but I just could not help but mention that one concern. I would recommend this place to anyone and when it comes to my mother, I am extremely hard to please. I took care of her in my home for over 10 years and it was hard to make make this change. My wife and I and my mother are happy with the end result.

The staff is very engaging and good at keeping me updated on anything my dad needs and how he's doing. The food is pretty good too. And all of the care taking staff are very compassionate and helpful towards the residents.

I recommend Brookdale Asheville Walden Ridge for anyone whose loved one has dementia.

Brookdale Bellevue provided a positive environment with caring people. Our mom was a very picky eater and was always happy with the meals. We would recommend!

Brookdale Union Park provided all the services and more that I needed for my mother for respite care. It was all that it promised. The staff from administration to support service was warm, welcoming and responsive to her needs. There were plenty of opportunities to engage with her peers, and the meals and snack were plentiful and delicious. Her rooms was clean plenty of sunshine and comfortable. My mother enjoyed her stay and made some new friends. I would not hesitate to recommend Union Park for your loved one.

My husband and I moved here in [date removed].to live close to family. We were very happy to meet such interesting residents and kind and helpful staff. My husband died in [date removed]. Everyone was very supportive.

Almost 7 years of quality care. Most all the same staff as when we got here. Friendly & helpful. Always interacting with all residents in such a positive way. Best decision we could make for mom. She's been happy and the transition was smooth. She's made new friends and has weekly visits to the stylist.

The food is excellent. Most of the time, they do have lots of activities including some outside excursions once a week. Staff is usually on top of things and very helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who needed assisted living or nursing care.

Love everything about Brookdale. The location is breathtaking. The staff is first class! [name removed] and [name removed] went above and beyond with the admission process. Brookdale has truly been an answer to our prayers. My mom has found her new home.

The facility is clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My in-laws were not too happy to have to move but they settled in quickly with the help of the staff and are now very happy there. We are extremely happy with Brookdale Gallatin!

We felt very sure and comfortable that mom was being taken care of kindly and properly. We were informed of everything that was happening with mom immediately. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They recognized all that was happening with mom. When we needed Hospice, it was started within hours. Excellent service and a reasonable price.
