Fantastic service and we are so happy to recommend to anyone in need. We would absolutely recommend Brookdale Creekside community to other families. [name removed] is amazing and it is the best place we could have hoped for

Tour was great, and I appreciate them letting the entire family come. Really enjoyed the gift they gave us, and staff is really nice. I'm looking forward to my mom being at the community and helping with her care.

Brookedale facility was the place I chose for our mother to reside. The staff and caretakers were pleasant and very helpful to my mother. They had activities for the residents to keep them engaged and active. One thing that helps this community is the staff had a personal relationship with my mother, they made it a home for her wher e she was comfortable. They treated her like a person, not like someone diagnosed with an illness. Before her passing my mother made sure her presence and spirit touched not only the staff but other residents there. Im glad my siblings and I chose Brookedale as the place for our mother. That community will forever be engraved in our hearts for the care and love they've shown our mother when she resided there. May that community with the staff they have continue to grow and touch residents, and their family lives the way they touched ours. Awesome Community with a caring and professional staff. Thank you!!!!

I give each one of the above a 5 - I am sad our loved one was not able to stay there longer - she went to the hospital for a long stay - then suggested she be moved to a loving home in Rio Rancho - I really like & admire Brookdale - wonderful employees & I enjoyed getting to know the residents too. I really like that location - I will be going soon to teach some a fun & easy game & I already have the OK that I can go and offer everyone a candy cane close to Christmas - I will not name names - they were all so wonderful ??- I did get the OK to go on Halloween & give everyone a Crispy Cream donuts- I went in costume and had a great time

The staff was very friendly. The apartment was a nice size for my Aunt. The food was very good. Didn't have any activities going on at the time. But my Aunt has been participating in the activities since she's been there. She loves it there. We're glad that we choice Brookdale to place my Aunt there.

1-5 all get a 5, I personally did not have a chance to eat at Brookdale but mother is greatly enjoying mealtime, both the food and companionship. 7 is definitely a 5. Value for the money is also a 5, lots of activities and caring staff.

A family member has recently moved into brookdale on Country Club blvd. From the very beginning of the process , [name removed] was most helpful. The WHOLE staff( too many to name) is on board, caring, attentive and the place is spotless! The food is excellent! Brookdale is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, and they do a nice job on the holiday/seasonal decorations. There are a few seating optons outdoors, including a screened in lanai. I would 100% recommended Brookdale

This a great facility and staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the programs for residents and also just the general appearance and upkeep. I only wish they had multiple care levels (independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing) all together. It was also easy to see that they generally care about their residents

The food smells and looks good. I tried some and it was tasty. My Mom also has been enjoying the food. The apartment is nice and spacious. The heating and cooling are controlled within the room by a thermostat my mom controls. The bathroom is not setup for a wheelchair in that the sink is not compatible with a wheelchair. The staff is super friendly and nice. The overall spirit there is friendly residents and staff. So helpful. The facility is brightly lit with many rooms of activities. It is warm and comfortable. The outdoors is quiet and spacious with various seating areas, and a nice large park to explore easily. The apartment room is pretty large with a nice view outside. The windows are high quality. The closet is small, but just fine for my mom. The kitchenette area is accessible and new. I would recommend this place to others, heck I would love to stay here!

This place has LITTERALY saved my mothers life. Everyone is patient, professional and caring. My mother has the ability to be "difficult" at times, but everyone is always courteous they even remember my name when I come to visit my mother!!!

My mom and the other ladies complain about the quality of the food. Everything else is excellent.

Overall, everything about Brookdale Northshore looks great, a very peaceful atmosphere throughout the whole facility. I would recommend it to anyone. All staff personnel that I interacted with seem to be very knowledgeable, business-minded, and congenial at the same time.

Ww have lived in an Independent Apartment at Trillium Crossing for 2 years. We have enjoyed our time here. The staff is wonderful. l They are polite, friendly and efficient. The facility is not as new as many around this area, but it is well laid out and comfortable. There are enough activities for those that want to be busy, but no one has to take part if you just want to relax in your own living area. The food is good, especially the lunches, and plentiful. As with any facility, there are things that we would do differently, but that would be true of any place of this type. It isn't cheap to live here, but mostly we feel that we are getting what we are paying for. The Brookdale at Home staff is especially well-trained and we really appreciate their services.

The staff is so kind and caring and just plain nice. Very impressed by the facility and services but the staff stood out the most. A very comfortable & happy place. Food was very good and presented beautifully. Service also was as if in a 5 star restaurant.

I recently visited Brookdale Sandy Springs to see a resident there. I was greeted very warmly at the front door and given direction to sign in and then shown to the room. I stayed for about an hour and walked with my friend around the halls and to the activity room. The staff was so friendly and seemed to really enjoy interacting with the people living there. It was clean and did not smell like other places I have been in. The people living there was enjoying the activity going on and they looked clean and well cared for. This was my impression of this assisted living and I was happy my friend was being well cared for.

I would give a 5 to 1 - 7, and a 5 for value as long as the prospective tenants are Veterans. Brookdale is pro-military, and gives a good discount for veterans. So far we are thoroughly enjoying being here. It's almost like immediately being among old friends.

I would rate all a 5 except for 4, 6 and 7. I have not had a direct experience with those but my husband visit his brother every day,and had had absolutely no issues with them. In fact, he make a point to get there in time for breakfast because the food is good. Overall, the staff made a very stressful time much less stressful because of their competence and caring.

The main thing is that everybody is so extremely friendly. And they all appear as though they truly want to be helpful and kind. There doesn't appear to be a whole lot of options regarding meals. A larger variety would obviously be better. And thirdly, even though we were told that we signed signed up just in time to not be hit with an increase in cost. He's only been there less than two months and he's already gotten an increase in cost.

[name removed] met me at the lobby walked me through the independent apartment and cottage option she answered most of my question ,i like the idea of not have to worry about maintenance of my house ,meals ready no more house chores.
