Brookdale

I recently toured this community for my mom and had a great experience! The community overall is very clean and bright. The rooms are spacious enough for what we are needing for mom. Staff was all friendly and the sales manager, [name removed], was very knowledgeable and caring! I plan to move mom in. I would definitely recommend touring this community!

5's all across the board. We were very lucky to have found the place for my sister through you. My sister was not at all happy having to leave her home and move into assisted living, but a month later she is getting involved with various activities at Brookdale. She didn't realize how "alone" she was and how much she missed socializing. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Cape Cod. The size of the facility and the number of residents is not overwhelming, especially for someone used to living alone. I Retail opportunities are very close by which helps residents shop. This experience is new to me; being her Health Care Proxy and POA has not been easy - especially because we live in CT and are still active with our careers. My main concern was keeping her on the Cape because she has spent most of her life here, as are her friends, neighbors, and the church which makes it easy for them to come visit.

For me it was a 5 on all. My grandmother was insane and very hard to deal with. They were very understanding and very accommodating for a lady that couldn't be pleased. We saw the director and the manager pretty much daily and they were always nice.

What we like the most about the Brookdale Beckett Meadows community is that the the staff members are amazing, and the other residents that live there are very nice. The patio area is beautiful and there are areas to play games, etc.

From the moment I was connected with [name removed], at Brookdale it was great experience. Her professionalism along with the Team I met were exceptional. [name removed] answered my many questions prior to me asking them with full transparency. My mother was scheduled to move in, but unfortunately she had passed away. I know if she had , it would have been a positive experience for her.

Very clean place very nice residents. Chef is a good listener and takes time for my food needs.

Clean community with friendly staff. Good place for residents to have care and support while maintaining independence.

Pleasant enjoy playing games with my dad. Activities give him life.

They are a lovely place and my mom is thrilled to be there. Overall my mother is very satisfied with Brookdale Southside. The location is central to many shopping and grocery options. The food in the cafeteria is good and the grounds are well maintained. The staff is also friendly and helpful and the activities are plentiful.

We had a great tour of the Tullahoma Brookdale facility. [name removed] was very personable and knowledgeable. Our questions were answered and the follow up was appreciated. The rooms are nice and many of the staff have been there for a long time.

I toured the Memory Care Portion, because in our meeting with [name removed] it was Determined that my Mom would best be suited for that area. This was Good to know early on. We even met her Potential Roommate! The place is Very Nice! [name removed] was very knowledgeable and he was very Friendly!

I moved to Brookdale because our house in [community removed] burned. I have had a warm welcome here. I always get invited to join others for breakfast or dinner. I have also been invited to attend activities in nearby facilities. Brookdale is conveniently located within walking distance of Oak Park's shopping areas. I have also enjoyed several of the activities offered here. Music programs, lectures, and discussion groups stimulate and entertain. Brookdale has also welcomed my dog. He is getting quite spoiled with all the attention he gets. Overall I say Bravo to Brookdale.

Took mother and her sister on a second tour with [name removed] and we saw two units on the second floor. It is a well kept facility no off odors, residents seem reasonably happy and satisfied. Independent living is not far from dining or parking. Looking forward to moving Mom in this weekend.

All of the staff that I have encountered is very friendly and very willing to help. They really want the people staying there to feel like they are as close as they can get to their home.

[removed name] always takes me to appointments on time even if it means working me in with other schedules. He makes sure I get on and off the bus without getting tangled in my oxygen tube. He always has a smile.

I love the food and people here. This is the best food in all of Denton! Everyone is so kind to me and the activities are great. The staff and other residents are always encouraging and friendly. This is my home!

This facility was a pleasant surprise. They were warm and welcoming, answered all our questions and relieved all our anxiety in a single visit. They welcomed subsequent visits with open arms. We are so thankful to have found them.

I am grateful to have a place close to my home for my dad. The staff is very friendly. The food is good. Dad has improved a lot after being there for 4 months. Dad has even started doing some of the activities.

The staff at Brookdale Dowlen Oaks is awesome! They really put you at ease right away. They made a difficult decision much easier. Their Memory Care unit is top notch. They have plenty of activities for the residents and the facility is secure. Everyone is helpful and accommodating. They will care for your loved one with dignity and respect. The personal touches make the unit comfortable and homey.

My dad moved into Brookdale in poor condition from another local assisted living. The director, at Brookdale, assured me that our former experiences would not be our experience at Brookdale. I can testify that the two places are not even comparable. Brookdale has exceeded my expectations on the quality of care that they give to my dad. The staff at Brookdale quickly embraced him like he was family, and immediately implemented a care plan that improved his quality of life & dignity. It is obvious that the staff love the residents and enjoy working there. My dad is now finally getting quality care and attention that he deserves . His room is always clean, his laundry done, and the meals look like home cooked meals. I can not say enough great things about our experience so far. When I leave my dad after a visit I feel fully confident that he is very well taken care of by the staff at Brookdale. I am so thankful I moved my dad into this wonderful assisted living facility.
