Brookdale

Mom has been at Brookdale for almost 2 years now, and they take very good care of her. She is always clean, and she is always happy. We can visit 24/7, which is great. I don't have to worry about mom she is well taken care of.

The facility was immaculate, light and airy. The residents were cheerful and friendly. [Name Removed] was a gracious host. It struck me that all the residents and employees greeted her. [Name Removed] took time on a Sunday afternoon to show the facility of which she is very proud. The dining room was spacious and welcoming.

The residents all were laughing and enjoying themselves. The facility was clean and neat. The staff was incredible and friendly. They answered my questions and helped me with areas I hadn’t even considered. This place is for my mother. My wife and I both agreed this is where we want to go to when the time comes. Everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

We are so thankful we found this assisted living community. Making the decision wasn’t easy, but it has truly been one of the best choices for our family. From the very beginning, everyone made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The staff is amazing — kind, patient, and always willing to help. They really take the time to get to know each resident, and it shows. It’s comforting to walk in and see smiles, hear laughter, and know your loved one is surrounded by people who genuinely care. The building is always clean and inviting, the activities keep everyone engaged, and the meals are something our loved one actually looks forward to. Most importantly, we have peace of mind knowing they are safe and supported every day. We couldn’t ask for a better place. Highly recommend!

My Mom is happy and content with Brookdale Tanglewood Oaks . She has mentioned to me numerous times about how nice the staff looks after her. I myself can tell you that everyone at Brookdale is professional and very friendly. I knew the moment I stepped foot into Brookdale Tanglewood Oaks that this was the place for my Mom. This was my brother's first time needing assisted living. The first 2 weeks were difficult for him. The staff went out of their way to make him feel at home. Having good food was a big plus. After the initial adjustment, he loved living there. They let him use a room to have bible studies with his friends from church. He was able to impress them with the coffee machine that dispenses great coffee, cappuccino, and other drinks all for free. They convinced him to try some activities. He quickly got addicted to playing bingo and often boasted about his winning. Every Friday they had good entertainment that he enjoyed. The only reason he had to leave is because his condition worsened and he needed higher level of care.

Staff is engaging, facility is well maintained and food is well prepared.

The staff is very is friendly and attentive. My brother likes the food. The shuttle to Meijers is working out well for him. Room size and cleanliness is good.

All there staff is very friendly and helpful but the lady at the front desk goes way beyond keeping my mom busy during the day she will sit out there most days and watch people. There is a church within walking distance and they keep me informed with any needs my mom needs when we can't visit

What we like the most about Brookdale University Park are the directors and staff making it seem like home as much as possible and the willingness to accommodate

My mom resided at Brookdale on the assisted living side for over five years and then in memory care for close to two years. My mom recently passed and the care and compassion the staff showed to her and my family in her final days is something I will always treasure. I live in a different state and relied heavily on the caregivers, nurses, dining room employees and resident program coordinators. My mom was well taken care of during her time at Brookdale.The program coordinators are an essential part of the Brookdale community. Always coming up with enrichment activities and fun outings for the residence to go on. My family and I highly recommend Brookdale Sevierville.

This place is awesome. This is the friendliest place. The staff make this place.

Everyone looks contented and uplifted. Lots of natural light and beautiful and relaxing spaces to just sit and read or visit together. By far, this is the best home I found after searching and visiting several others. Yes, I would recommend Brookdale Foundation House to other families.

They provide excellent care. Staff smiles and is happy. Residents look well groomed. Residents are out of their rooms everyday. They provide mind engaging activities throughout each and every day. Executive Director & Nurse answers text messages and emails in a timely fashion. I would not want my mom anywhere else.

First visited Brookdale [date removed] and thought "I don't need to look at anymore memory care facilities. I did, my was placed elsewhere, but after a month i moved my husband to Brookdale. It has been the best place for him!

I am a new resident of about 1 1/2 months. Everyone here has gone out of their way to welcome me + to include me in activities. If I am missed at something, someone is knocking on my door. I truly have fallen in love w/ the place.

My wife and I moved into Brookdale Eddy Pond East on [date removed], about a year and a half ago, and we’ve had a very positive experience living here. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and we enjoy having three meals a day — the food is very good. Our apartment is cleaned once a week, and they do our laundry twice a week. At this stage in our lives, we truly appreciate and need the extra help with these things. After living here for just two months, my wife and I became Brookdale ambassadors. It’s been very rewarding to help other people and share our experience with them.

From our initial appointment to the signing of the guarantor to help moving in the bigger pieces of furniture, to watching what she can do by herself and watching her adjust to a home without clutter, abuse, neglect, and fall hazards with every step! I do not exaggerate. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

1. 5 from day one the staff spent the time to talk to us about what Mom wanted and needed. 2. 5 we did a walk thru just before Christmas. It presented beautifully. 3. 5+ this is what sold us on moving move to this location. From the moment you walked in you could feel the love coming from the staff. 4. 5 Mom has been at Brookdale for almost 2 months. The staff continues to communicate Mom's needs. 5. All staff are friendly and give out hugs easily. They communicate often and well. 6. 5+ Mom can't stop bragging about how much she enjoys her meals. Almost making me question my own cooking. 7. 4 they do offer activities thru out the day. Wish for Mom that they accessed the community more often. 8. This is a costly place. Over all though they provide for Mom 24/7. Many places we viewed were much much more expensive. But also where much larger facilities

Residents are well cared for and interact positively with staff. I would absolutely recommend. The staff are truly caring of the residents and engaged with them
