Brookdale

I have lived in this community for the last 5 months and loved it!! The move was a hard one on me but the staff made me feel welcomed and took away the anxiety I was feeling. My husband was in need of memory care and I assisted living. We had several deaths in our family and I was overwhelmed and did not know what to expect. Everyone welcomed us with open arms and I felt right at home quickly. I cannot say enough about the staff!!! Everyone is so wonderful!

Brookdale is one of the best communities. You will always be greeted with a smile and someone willing to help. Brookdale is very clean and has beautiful seasonal decorations to keep the residents current and feel like home. This community focus's a lot on family and activities. Always providing new things to keep each person entertained. I love the Energy in the building!

My experience with Brookdale has been the most positive experience. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, and the residents all seem to be extremely happy.

Beautiful facility with plenty of activities for loved ones. The opened rooms in the main building are breathtaking. The food was good food as well. I didn’t get a chance to tour the 1 bedroom. The pond is really pretty with a path that is nice for a morning or afternoon walk.

We recently toured Brookdale because we were looking for a place for my mother. She lives in utah and couldn't live by herself any longer so she decided to move to Gilbert to be closer to family. We really enjoyed our tour. The facility was very nice and clean and comfortable. They had lots of activities for the residences to participate in. The person who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. The price was very reasonable also. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Clean facility, nice people. Very friendly. Food was very good. Staff very friendly.. Parking was an issue. Many outside independent care support. good follow up.

It is a very nice community. It's a little bit older. I was expecting to walk into a sad place things that you tend to see When you go in into a nursing home or hearing people screaming or seeing people unhappy, but none of that it was very pleasant. Everybody was happy. It seen that the manager knew everyone by name. And it was a very big facility, very satisfy.

We toured this community on 1[date removed] and really liked it. My Mother who is 85 and fairly active felt that this would be a great fit. We are in the process of moving her there. Alicia was great and spent a great deal of time with us answering all of our questions. I want to thank a place for Mom for coordinating the tour. [name removed] has been a great resource.

I appreciated the staff and [removed name] which explained the services. I liked that its a small facility with 60 rooms, the cleanness, activities and its like living in an apartment for my dad's privacy. A very friendly place and it close to me and my family. It' 12 miles from my home.

[removed names], all of the staff were fabulous with my Dad! From my original phone call to [removed name] to the tour and the signing of the contract, it was a fabulous experience. We found the right place for him! Thank you!

We had the best experience here. We are so excited to have our Mom be placed in this facility. The people here are so friendly and helpful. Everyone seems so happy to be there and work here. The accessibility is very good for our mom in the rooms. We give them five stars.

This was an outstanding tour. We were able to look at the memory care suite. The tour guide explained everything well and answered numerous questions successfully. The layout of the memory care portion of the community was very good and home-like. We were very pleased with what we saw and as a result will be proceeding to move our relatives in the facility.

Great staff and delicious food.

Our father has been very well taken care of by the staff at Brookdale. The staff are very good at both taking care of him and communicating with us, He enjoys the meals and activities and we enjoy visiting.

A new adjustment from our previous home. We haven’t lived in an apartment in a very long time. We were a little surprised by how involved the staff here is with new residents. We have become accustomed to different staff coming into the apartment, especially with out patient home health. We appreciate the great transportation. [name removed] has been so flexible with accommodating with our schedule. We enjoyed the Indie Rock played during our fitness session. Nursing services are fantastic. [name removed] the nurse got a connected to the on-site physician. She makes frequent visits to make sure we’re doing well. A huge resource of information.

The residents and staff are friendly. It is a welcoming atmosphere! The building is clean and the food looks delicious. Some of the residents have been here for years and have many activities throughout each day.

What we like the most about the community is the location, the friendly staff and that our loved one is happy there. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Fort Myers Cypress Lake to other families based on the experience.

I visited my grandma over the weekend. She was very happy and engaged. She was very excited to introduce me to her friends. Her apartment is clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She seems very happy.
