All 5! I am very please with where I am! What I like the most about Brookdale Glen Ellyn is the friendly staff and those living here. Those living here show interest in others. There are many ways to be involved. I have been involved in many ways.

[name removed] and I have lived at Brookdale Wornall Place since [date removed]. We could not be more impressed with our beautiful apartment and with the amazing staff. We have been treated like royalty. We would be happy to recommend this community to all we meet. As a matter of fact, we have done that often.

From the moment that I was greeted at the front door I knew that Brookdale PGI was the perfect place for my Dad. I had visited numerous facilities from Lee County to Sarasota County. Many of the facilities were larger and offered more amenities but none of them offered the comforts of home like Brookdale PGI. You have to look through the “smoke and mirrors” and realize that the caregivers, office staff, nurses and chef are the most important elements. My Dad received excellent care. The caregivers were there for him and made sure that he had everything he needed. The nurses are exceptional. Everyday that I visited Dad he had a smile on his face. I can’t thank the staff at Brookdale enough for giving our family a piece of mind. Thank you, Brookdale PGI

My mom is absolutely thriving at Brookdale, thanks to staff and management. Thank you for how well you run the place and for keeping the ambiance homey, clean, and up-to-date. Thank you for the wonderful array of activities too. My mom especially appreciates painting class, 7 Little Words, Meet the New Residents, and the various holiday celebrations. Cinco de Mayo this year was especially good with the amazing mariachi band you brought in. And she loves how well the transportation team looks after her. That is a super important service and you run it very well.

I’ve been pleasantly blessed to tour such a great community! From the fine dining experience, to transportation to appointments, Friday shopping days, all the way back to the attentiveness of all the care staff and nurses. We couldn’t have stumbled upon a better place to move my mother in when the time comes!

My mother was in need and so I visited Brookdale Port Charlotte. The team welcomed me into their family. Kim took the time to get to know my mom and me. The building/apartment were bright, clean and most of all ... it only one floor. There are no elevators or steps. Everything is convenient and easily located. There were lots of activities going on. There was a cooking demonstration by the chef occurring while there and it smelled wonderful. I recommend visiting Brookdale Port Charlotte for your loved one.

My husband needed a temporary stay for some rehab and we loved our time here. We will be back to visit and who knows what the future holds.

We had to make the decision to place my mother-in-law in assisted living. Brookdale in Salisbury was one of the first places we looked at. From the time we walked in it felt right. [name removed] and all the staff were very nice! Even now when we visit mom if we pass a staff member they are always polite and friendly! The level of care they take for the residents is amazing! Mom is doing so well there.

To say that I am pleased with the decision to trust Brookdale Ft. Myers The Colony with the care and well being of my spouse would be a vast understatement. I am absolutely delighted with the decision. From day one we were made to feel welcome, included and looked after. Every Member of Staff has gone out their way to accommodate us. They ask questions, they listen and they follow thru. Bottom line, they care. If you are faced with the difficult decision to place a loved one in Senior Living I would urge you to visit Brookdale The Colony Ft. Myers. You will happy that you did.

Everyone and everything was wonderful at Brookdale Falling Creek. The only reason we moved was that he needed skilled nursing.

They are great!!! The staff are "always" polite and efficient.

All the employees are helpful & really know all the residents & their habits. The pharmacy Remedy forgot to send a maintenance prescription for 3 days. The nurses, aides, & kitchen staff are a 5. They need more variety, less carbs like pasta & breading, and healthier snacks on the snack cart. [name removed] the activities director is awesome! Prices raised 4 months after moving in and I think one outing a month should be free.

Brookdale East is in a nationally recognized bird sanctuary the grounds are lovely with walking area through the garden. Our parent has adjusted well food is delicious prepared restaurant style where the seniors can order as if they were out to a meal.The staff is very friendly and alot if them have been working there for years which speaks volumes. The residents are smiling and happy(that is what really touched us seeing them engaged in activities and having fun with the friends they have made.The price more economical than most and a gated community. We have been very pleased.
