My sister and I toured multiple ALFs for our 80+ Aunt. Brookdale Southside had the track record we needed and staff who were friendly and professional. A big selling point was that she could take her two beloved cats with her.

I am very happy with my experience with A Place For Mom, as well as the support that she has received in her new facility, which is Brookdale Claremore. They’re so good to check in, call and my heart and mind are at peace about my mom and where she is. The staff at Brookdale is very caring and thoughtful, and I am always updated with any changes or causes for concern and I know she is loved and taken care of there.

My grandmother, [name removed] has been a resident for years. She loved her time here, the caring by staff and feeling of community. A special thanks to JR for driving and caring. [named removed] for her help with any issues and housekeeping staff.

The guest were super nice and the workers were all so helpful! I loved the experience and I bet the patients do to. The tour was great and the building smelt good there was food and beverages all over and the care is amazing.

I toured this community last week for my mom. Such a cute quaint community with a family feel. Staff was engaged in activities with residents and families, we were able to meet a few family members who stated they love College Square. Mom isn't quite ready to transition from current living situation but once she is we will move forward with College Square.

The activity director, [name removed], is the best. She truly cares about the residents and offers a variety of engaging activities. The administrators are visible and accommodating. The caregivers are warm and pleasant to all.

Staff is very helpful. Overall a great experience. Only downside has been food. Both cooks left shortly after they arrived - new nes are learning the ropes I would recommend Brookdale Canton to others looking.

I would highly recommend the community to others. The staff and residents are welcoming and attentive. And, responsive to our families needs.

My experience here has been like living at home more than assisted living. The staff is (are)so friendly and helpful. The residents are a lot of fun!

Staff are very friendly although they recently changed their director and sales manager whom I have not interacted with, the others will always acknowledge us. My dad seems very happy here which is a big plus. Overall we are very satisfied with the facility. Our family experience has been very positive, they are open to any concerns or issues that we may have had and follow up as needed. The staff has always been very friendly and open to any suggestions.

What I like the most about Brookdale Orange Park is the staff. They are great and the location is perfect. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The very best thing about ParkPlace is the people who live and work here. I was immediately impressed by the friendliness and warmth of the residents when I first visited before deciding to move here. It is also a beautifully appointed building, a high rise that resembles a fine hotel with all the advantages: heated pool and jacuzzi, lovely garden patios, private balconies, gym, many rooms dedicated to smaller group meetings and a separate large auditorium. The apartments are updated between each resident’s move-in date. I enjoy the various activities—art classes, lectures, exercise and water aerobics—and bus trips to local points of interest. There are also resident led interest groups such as cribbage, watercolor, book club, etc. in short, Brookdale Parkplace in Denver is a lovely, inviting and friendly place to retire to.

My mother has been at Brookdale Niskayuna a short time. The administration, clinical staff, and support staff have been responsive, kind, and top notch. My mother is proud of her apartment, the food, and the beautiful gardens. She enjoys playing bridge, her new friends, getting manicures, and occasional bus rides to town with her wheelchair. My family has been happy with the support at Brookdale Niskayuna.

My mother has been a resident for three months at this point. I have complete confidence that she is being well cared for! The staff is incredibly responsive and will give a summary of her day and details that really reassure our family any time we call. We drop in frequently and she is always out and about with other residents. She has been eating very well and it’s a relief as it was difficult to get her to eat when she was at home. They are very professional and incredibly patient with my mother as she can be quite difficult and cantankerous at times. Overall, she has settled in well and has made several friends! I was not sure how it would go, but they have exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

We moved my uncle in recently. The staff has been so very kind, helpful and attentive. We are very happy with his apartment and how the staff greets him each time they see him and us. We have really enjoyed getting to know many of the other residents while we have been settling my Uncle in. There are so many activities to choose from and a lot of very active and caring residents that are very friendly.

A remarkable staff, kind, talented and dedicated

We had the privilege's of stay at Brookdale the skilled nursing care level. [Facility removed] assisted in securing a place for us at Brookdale Sakonnet Bay. As we are in our 80's staying at Brookdale made it much easier to spend time with our family member. [Facility removed] was so helpful in out planning of a surprise birthday party for [name removed] 88th birthday. This is a beautiful facility is outstanding staff. Staff especially [facility removed] was highly praised by current residents! Meal were will planned and tasty.

I participate in activities with residents. We have a Bible Fellowship time every week where the residents can come and sing and listen to a teaching if they want. Many puzzle and play cards together.

We had a fantastic experience with Brookdale Clinton. They treated my mother-in-law with the upmost respect, and she was very tough with her condition. They made recommendations and took care of her needs as quickly as possible. They even had one worker that would sit by her bed and hold her hand until she fell asleep. We just can't say enough good things about what a phenomenal place they were when we needed help with our loved one.
