Brookdale

Brookedale of Cape May is the perfect community for anyone looking for an assisted living. The community is well kept, has great staff, vibrant activities, and is in a great location. [name removed]will take excellent care of anyone coming in to tour the community or is interested in making the commitment to an assisted living.

My mom and I are very happy with Brookdale. I wished that's where she went to start with instead of [community name removed]. We love Brookdale. Overall we are very happy.

I like that the facility haves group activities and the management and employees is the best ?? . I feel at home here in the facility I love that the facility haves cruise each year to take out the residents and explore. The decoration for holidays is out going

My sister has been at Brookdale, Roseburg for several years. Overall she has been treated well, the staff calls when my sister needs something like cloths, etc. They keep me updated on both her physical and medical problems. Since I live several states away and the fact that she has no family living close I depend on the staff and management to get her to medical and dental appointments. When I visit, the staff and management know her and let know if she’s in her room or walking. They provide both inside and outside activities like taking residents to Wildlife Safari, Christmas lights tours, Musicians, etc. Overall, I’m pleased with the facilities, staff and the care they give my sister. Keep up the good job!

The staff at Brookdale Maltsberger is proactive in reaching out about things we may want to know and great at making recommendations.

My grandmother's situation was very difficult. She was used to living on her own and not having very serious health problems. Getting her into the Brookdale facility in Ithaca was a very hard transition for her to get used to at first. The staff was so friendly and kind. They kept us updated on everything and helped to educate our whole family on ostomy care. My grandma was able to come home and live on her own after 3 months. We have just transitioned her into the Brookdale facility in Painted Post so she can be closer to home

I've lived for 1 1/2 years with all of my needs met, and enjoyable times with friends I've made. I appreciate the staff also for their concern and help.

Items 1 thru 4 I rate as 5. The staff loved my dad. Everyone knew him. Meals...3 (which is generous). My dad complained a lot and tried to talk to the staff. Meals were often cold, some people who were sitting at the same table weren't served at the same time. They would run out of food. There were plenty of activities I'd rate it 5. Value 3. They were supposed to provide transportation but had a hard time keeping drivers. There was a lot of staff turn over probably because of the pay. My dad passed away in [date removed]. He was 99 My dad was very independent so he cooked a lot. I'd recommend it for those people. I can't speak to those who need assistance.

The facility is home like. The staff is friendly and they care. The living quarters are spacious and clean. The older residents are welcomed. Facility are welling to help. A very good place.

My father passed away last month. Brookdale was an excellent community for him. They took very good care of him.

Our mother has been an assisted living resident at Brookdale Stonebridge Ranch for six years now and loves the entire staff……from the Executive, Sales and Nursing Directors to the caregivers, social activities coordinator, maintenance and housekeeping staff. They are all highly committed to the mission of providing a high level of quality in every aspect of the community. The facility is clean, functional and well maintained. The social activities coordinator is very passionate about keeping the residents active and involved with arts and crafts projects, holiday themed parties and frequent musical entertainment. These activities are always well received by the residents and provide something for them to look forward to several days each week. The caregivers are highly dedicated and passionate individuals as well. They have always provided the maximum amount of care possible and are very conscientious in carrying out their duties. Brookdale Stonebridge is the place mom calls home.

The staff seemed very caring. The location was near my sister's house. They had a bed / room available immediately. Dad and I were already living in a Brookdale community in town so it was an easy transfer.

When it's my time for assisted living I hope there is a spot for me there!

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. I was impressed by the way the staff made my father feel welcome and included. We would absolutely recommend Brookdale North to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Since arriving at Brookdale for my first visit and tour, I felt the warmth and care of the staff and management team. I had not been in an assisted care facility prior to that day, and certainly never contemplated this being a home for my mom. At 83 years old, my mom had some very specific needs and I wanted the very best for her as we all relocated to the McKiney area as a family. [name removed] was welcoming, knowledgeable, and limitlessly helpful throughout our journey to place my mom into a great facility. From room selection, to preparation, all was handled flawlessly and my mom has felt so special and appreciated along the way. I feel blessed to have the ability and opportunity to have mom cared for on a daily basis that meets all her needs. All our family members are regular visitors to Brookdale and it has been a great place for mom to be well taken care of and still have a sense of independence. Brookdale Stonebridge Ranch, [name removed]l have been great.

They have nice spaces for family gatherings and a fun cafe space above the dining room. Rooms are a nice size. I think there has been too much turnover in the Administrative role.

We met a staff member outside while searching for the best assisted living spots in the area and her graciousness and attention to detail was evident from the first moment we spoke.The facility is comfortable, clean, and the warm atmosphere is a place that I would choose if I were living there myself. The staff is genuinely caring and professional. My Aunt, who has the option to live wherever she wants, loves her new home, and the staff at Brookdale.

Both the facility and staff are phenomenal. The facility itself is clean and very warm and inviting. They make it feel like a private home. The staff are always friendly and attentive. They have lots of events for the residents and families. My mom literally did a 180 when she moved to Brookdale Beavercreek. She is very happy and involved in activities at this facility. I'm very grateful to have found this place. Also the head nurse [name removed] is fantastic. Very communicative and collaborative. I wish I had found this place earlier!
