My sister and brother-in-law just moved his mother there from the larger Brookdale in Colorado Springs as they felt Monument Valley was much better. It is a very nice place

Brookdale Monterey is a wonderful place. I enjoy working with each staff member there. The love and compassion everyone has for their residents is so clearly evident. I highly recommend this memory care. Allison is absolutely wonderful and will be a great deal of help to get your loved one the care they need.

If I have to live on my own I want to live at Brookdale Oak Park. I have lived at Brookdale Oak Park for two and a half years. I love the people that I socialize with and enjoy meals and conversation with.

Brookdale Oak Park is the place my aunt really needed and we are grateful she found it. Everything from arranging move in, to the day of, to the welcoming lunch and beyond, has been better than we imagined. The staff and team is personable, helpful and very caring.

Over ten years ago my husband and I moved into Brookdale Oak Park. I have not been disappointed in our choice. Now as a widow I am not alone because of the warmth and support of my Brookdale friends and management. My usual response when asked about Brookdale Oak Park is, “If you have to live somewhere, this is the best place to be.” There are so many activities and outings. I don’t have to cook as breakfast and dinner provides options for everyone’s pallet. And the location couldn’t be better. Everything is available to me for a full and healthy life.

Brookdale Nacogdoches is well-maintained facility that has recently been updated. All of the common areas have new furnishing making it very attractive. It has a beautiful, completely redone, courtyard that includes a new gazebo. Most important, it has an excellent well-led staff typified by the position of Health and Wellness Director. This key position is filled by a highly qualified nurse with exceptional interpersonal skills. She skillfully manages a critically important Caregiver Staff to insure high quality care of the residents. In summary a very nice facility with a dedicated and compassionate staff.

My family had a very good experience while taking a tour. All throughout the tour, residents would come up to us and introduce themselves. We felt welcome. Patricia was who showed us around. She is very knowledgeable and it was obvious how much she cares.

My mom needed a safe setting when she was not able to function at home. We were so fortunate to find her a spot at Brookdale. The staff is professional and kind. Mom is happy and content. They take good care of her which takes and emotional and physical burden from her children.

My father liked living there and had a great time meeting people. He was always looking for things to do, he went to exercise, bingo and played cards every night. He was an avid pool player in Florida, and was always looking for a pool partner. One person that works there was always helpful to my Dad and our family was [name removed]. He will miss everyone. For myself, the entire staff is wonderful. They are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to see that all his needs are met. The facility itself is very clean and the grounds are well kept. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for "a place for mom"... or as in my case, my brother.

We were very pleased with how well you handled Dad. He just wanted to get home which is what he did before passing a few months later. Thank you for your patience and understanding it was really appreciated.

For us the fact that Brookdale was so close was a major factor. We only really considered two places that were in walking distance of our house; and Brookdale Monrovia was the nicer of the two.

My mother was resident in the memory care unit and was cared for so well in her find days great staff.

All staff management and care staff was amazing loved the community first choice to consider for my family member.

Entire staff has made the whole experience for out family friend very positive. I have visited several times at different times of days and the activities are constantly happening and organized cleanliness and amazing, overall experience gas been amazing.

It is very homey environment and everyone is nice. We do. Very special programs and van rides. I like the good food prepared here and all the outings.

I like Brookdale Flagstaff a lot and they do a good job here. I like all the amenities that are offered here and I feel safe. I recommend Brookdale Flagstaff to my family and friends.
