We chose Brookdale Eden because of the condition of the facility, the staff and the cost. The facility is well maintained. The single rooms are spacious. The staff is always helpful and caring towards the residents.

Only had one problem with a new staff member. All the rest are absolutely wonderful!!!! Caring and when you need something fixed, they are right on it! It is not a shiny new place, but the people there really care. I highly recommend Brookdale Montrose to other families looking.

My Grandmother has always been an independent woman. I am relieved and happy to see her thriving at Brookdale. She has made new friends, enjoys new activities, and shares with me her monthly calendar. She is happy and that makes me both very happy and satisfied that her every need is being met and tended too. I would like to say my experience visiting Brookdale Corpus Christi is always nice to visit with all the residents, friendly, happy , good food, employees are friendly, always have special functions going on and managers are very courteous. When I'm ready to I would like to like to make my residency there.

I am extremely thankful for the wonderful and caring staff of Brookdale. My Mother's transition from her own home into Brookdale was easier than I thought it would have been; she is really at home. From the maintenance staff to the executives in charge, everyone has treated her with the warmth and respect of a family member. My name is [name removed]. I have been a resident here at Brookdale for several years. My apartment has four rooms which is all furnished with items that make it very homey. I share my residence with a female black and tan pup, who has a very substantial holding pen. She shares a small back porch, postage stamp yard, and a very sturdy fence and gate. She loves to romp in the lovely green grass area adjacent to our apartment. It is gated and fenced which she feels safe to run and play. The asset I enjoy are the folks here at Brookdale. The staff is willing to help me maintain my living quarters dignity, cleanliness as well as wonderful residents. We have outside entertainers and have a “e Out to Dinner” evening once a month. The most enjoyment living here are the many activities available thru our activity director. Brookdale, I consider a place of comfort, secure feeling, many ways to share with one another and perhaps the greatest is the attention.

My sister is very happy at Brookdale North Glendale. She is happy due to the staff and all of the amenities available.

I thought Brookdale Cary was very expensive, but I have no other facilities to compare the cost to. Most of the staff were very caring to both my wife and me.

We chose Brookdale Gaines Ranch over other places we looked at because of the overall appearance of the facility and the apartment sizes offered for the residents. The staff are extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions.

Having this wonderful residence has been such a comfort. I live out of town, but I know that this is the best place for my mom. I feel that the compassion and care definitely starts at the top with the Director and flows all through the staff. If you are looking for a place for a parent or yourself; be sure to visit Brookdale Corpus Christi.

Brookdale Harbison gets a 5 in each and every category! My mother in law loves it there, and her opinion is the only one that really matters. We have had no issues.

My mom has been living at Brookdale Stonebridge Ranch for almost 6 years! She has been truly Blessed by all the excellent Executive staff, Med Techs, caregivers, housekeeping & maintenance employees over the years! They have such compassion & love for each resident! Everyone works together to make Brookdale truly feel like home! My mom is a social butterfly & so appreciate all the creativity & talent [name removed] puts into the ongoing list of fun activities & outside entertainment she coordinates! We also love all the seasonal & holiday decorations they have to brighten each resident’s spirits! Mom also enjoys going to the dinning room for breakfast, lunch & dinner! They have many items to choose from at each meal! Mom loves going to their on site beauty shop every week to have [name removed] make her beautiful! It truly puts our minds at ease knowing mama is being well taken care of at all times & engaged in so many fun activities! I would highly recommend them to you & your loved one!

I have lived at Brookdale Oak Park for six years. The residents are wonderful. [name removed], Resident Engagement Director is wonderful. I like the new seafood soup provided by dining. The location of Brookdale Oak Park is great, it is near Down Town Oak Park and Trader Joe's.

Brookdale is what I expected: lovely residents that are fun to know and share time with. Brookdale Oak Park does not interfere with the engagement of the residents. I have lived in the community for almost three years come January 2025. I participate in three of the thirteen clubs and committees.

My husband and I had an initial introduction to Brookdale last March to find assisted living for my sister-in-law. She was living in Maryland and wanted to live closer to us. She is 86 years old and was recognizing that she no longer wanted to be responsible for her own home. We were warmly greeted and given a tour of the building and grounds. We knew instantly that Brookdale would be a good fit for our sister! She is happy there, has made friends and enjoys chair yoga and art classes. She tells us that her friends there and the staff are her "extended family."

Excellent clean friendly care. We picked this community because of the location and price point.

Caring, attentive staff, nice apts, good food, clean environment, secure, many activities available, additional care available at a cost if needed.

Me and my wife are current residents at this community. The staff and resident are very pleasant here and I’m very satisfied! I would recommend moving to Brookdale Novi for a resident looking for senior living.
