Friendly staff. Mom is happy here. The buildings is in need of some repair.

The helpers are kind, loving and helpful. The nurse excellent, the activities director excellent etc.

only negative is her room is not the cleanest and the wash should be done separately for each person and sometimes it's not. The staff at least on the third floor Eddy pond west is extremely caring and helpful.

We are very happy and pleased with the community at Brookdale in Glen Ellyn, IL. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, look no further! The staff is helpful and always available for you with any needs you may have. Their event calendar is booked with fun activities for the residents. There is ALWAYS something fun planned for them! From outings to concerts to boutiques to games. The dining room is beautiful and the food is delicious. They always have a nice variety of menu items to choose from. They also have a cute cafe/store! I go to bed at night with peace of mind knowing my mom is safe and most of all happy! Check out Brookdale in Glen Ellyn if you were like me looking for a great home for your parent. They will be happy to give you a tour and show you apartments that would best fit your needs!

It’s difficult to use the correct language in these most difficult and sometimes sad situations. My sister and I came to find Brookdale Arbor after our Mother refused to to move in to another care facility. Her needs became very clear that she needed more assistance with her daily life. Together we checked on other facilities in her area. She would not participate. Actually East Arbor in Mesa Az was the first one we looked at. As we compared the others to Arbor we knew it was the right fit. Greeting us with open arms and open ideas how they would help us not just our Mother but put us all in the equation of a safe, clean, comfortable environment for our Mother. The knowledgeable staff was truly important to us. They had real answers for our hard questions. Enter acting with many staff I find them very kind,competent and trustworthy. They are a skilled staff most importantly and ready to jump in at any situation.

Brookdale in Claremore has been wonderful for my Dad with Dementia! My Mom passed away and he stayed with me for awhile. Dad needed more care, especially at night with confusion and agitation. They helped him so much with the adjustment. I have been there multiple times day and night and they have always been so friendly and caring with him and the others. The Dr for the facility saw him right away and adjusted his meds which helped a lot. He really loves the food which means a lot for him. He loves the main living area and the courtyard to people watch and visit with others. The facility looks very much like a home and does not have any bad smell like some have. The staff is very personable with all of the residents and their families. They show a true loving attitude to help and I’m so very thankful! They include family with dinners and activities. My Dad seems happy and that means the world to me!

The friendly staff and the large size to give mom room to walk around. Wished they had a full time person to man the front door to let you in and wishes they had rooms with showers.

After our Aunt passed away, we realized that Uncle was in need of more intense and round-the-clock care than we were qualified to provide. Luckily, we found Brookdale East Arbor quickly and have been impressed with their top-quality facility, programs and staff. The employees are all readily available to inform us of Uncle's routine, activities and health, and also to address our concerns. We have nothing but positive experiences and trust this will continue with Uncle's stay. The peace of mind in knowing he is safe and well cared for is immeasurable.

Very good! We love it here! Very clean and orderly!!! The staff and employees cannot do enough to please you and answer your demands! Care services are very good! The food and service in the dinning is very good and the food very palatable! It is not a 5 Star dinning experience, but very enjoyable. (I was in the restaurant business for over 60 years). They do a b great job! We feel that this is a little expensive, but we are very happy and satisfied and the friendships we have made in these shot months is GREAT!

The staff is amazing! They are kind, knowledgeable and successful in dialing with all levels of dementia! It's clean the food is healthy and favorable too.

Our mom and dad are so happy at Brookdale. They're been there about 3 months. They already have made so many friends. They have a better quality of life for sure!

If you need a place you can TRUST that your loved one will receive the kind of care you yourself would give them if you were able, Brookdale Claremore is the place. Our father has been there a year and a half in assisted living. Having seen the excellent care he has received, when our mother needed memory care, we were blessed there was an opening for her there as well. My sisters and I are extremely happy to have had both parents there. Please make sure you visit this facility when you have a need for a friend or family member.

Everyone on the staff is so nice it always smell clean and fresh when I come see my father in law.

We found Brookdale to be a lovely, clean place. The common areas are neat and home like. The availability of an outside courtyard was wonderful. The staff is caring and makes an effort to get to know each resident. They cared for my father until the end and I would recommend them to anyone.

The phone call that changed our lives. [name removed] answered our call the day I began my search for my Mom's new home. She invited me to come to the community & see for myseld what they had to offer. Little did I know it would be life changing. My Mom has Dimentia and it was starting to get scary. We were able to able to move my Mom within a couple weeks. I am thankful for all the support & reassurance I felt from everyone. The staff is wonderful! I am grateful for them. They make her happy and engaged everyday! I am glad we made the decision to move her to Brookdale Cape May.

My Mom was at Brookdale Claremore for six years. For much of that time, [name removed] has been the executive director and I have never seen a more hands-on administrator. She knows everyone’s name, cheerfully visiting with residents and family, and addresses problems immediately, when necessary. Since she sets a great example, her staff follows her lead. All the staff are exemplary in their treatment of the residents, and it’s obvious that they love them, each in their own way. I credit the excellent care of all who work there with the reason my mom lived to be 93 years and 11 months. Two of the CNAs drove 5 hours, one way, to attend her funeral. That is love! You couldn’t ask for a better place for your Mom, than Brookdale Claremore.

If you’re looking for private care for your loved one I would recommend Brookdale Senior care. They will make sure he/she feel safe and loved. Round the clock attention and you will not have to worry about them. Great communication
