Very happy food is good.

The experience was great, very pleased. The facility is always clean and neat. Mom is always clean and so is her room. The staff is wonderful, I can call anytime and the nurses give me updates. The staff is the best part of Brookdale. The care is great, mom has had a few falls but that's not unusual. And I am always informed right away. The meals seem good, mom struggles to eat at times, but they always try and work with her. They have lots of activities going on all the time, mom isn't able to participate as much now, but still try to get her involved. They were more expensive than a few others but yet not by much, and for the care and experience it's worth it.

Quiet and peaceful. Very friendly place and staff very clean and neat environment.

I rate Brookdale Chatford a 5 for all categories stated. The staff, the facility, the programs, all quite professional. The environment felt like home, staff made bit feel like family. Thank you Brookdale. I highly recommend this property for your family member or friend who needs assistance and community.

I have found them to be very communicative and very attentive to what is required. I would have to say that they can make things happen very quickly. If there is a problem, they have enough outside contacts to help you in the right direction to solve any problems that you might have. I would have to say that they're number one strength is probably communication.

The best part about Brookdale West Orange is the staff! They are very helpful and friendly.

I am comparing this place to [facility name removed] so it's WAY more modern, very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, there's a full service salon on the premises that is affordable and the lady who runs it is super friendly and does a good job. The outside is park like here. There's a nice walking path, seating and - even though it's located on a fairly busy road- it sits back behind a buffer of beautiful trees. There are multiple areas where residents can gather to watch tv, read or play games. They have a very large activities room and a lot of games, coloring etc available. Families can reserve this room or a small room adjacent to the dining room. There's a fireplace in one of the seating areas.

The staff is wonderful and takes the time to know everyone's name! My Mom has made so many friends and she has only been there a couple of months. She participates and enjoys so many of their activities.

I have worked in other facilities and have been a vendor in other facilities, I have never seen facility with so much compassion and caring for their residents. Residents. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of each individual in their care. I would recommend and feel comfortable having a loved one live at Brookdale Monroe. Your care and compassion is greatly appreciated. Thank you for all you do. Keep up the good work!

The staff and caregivers at Brookdale Pinehurst Park are outstanding! They treat my mom like she is their family and make the effort to meet her where she's at in her dementia journey. They are highly educated and trained in this area, and because of this, they help guide family members through open communication and kindness. Having a family member with dementia is difficult, but the Brookdale Pinehurst Park team provides peace of mind that our loved ones are in excellent hands. It is clear the caregivers have a passion for the career path they've chosen. I'm so grateful they are part of my mom's life and mine!

I enjoy living here cause everything is very convenient for me and I enjoy the residents and the activities and the out ings and the care staff here is very nice and helpful and management is always caring and helpful

I love it! [name removed] is an awesome Activity Director! I was impressed with all the staff. Overall I found your facility superb. I loved my cottage. I enjoyed the activities food was great. Happy hour was fun and I was glad to enjoy it because my late husband and I had happy hour before dinner. Relaxed and discussing the events of the day. I'm moving across 3 cities to be near my daughter and son in law. If not for that as she is my last family member, I would stay here. I will miss everyone. The only negative to the cottages is isolation. I'm less likely to go to the building except for dinner. I did not join in the games being isolated. The size of the cottage is awesome. I will recommend this facility.

Living here is very nice for me i like the people and the activities and the meals and the staff is great and caring and they always check on me and extspecial [name removed] the med tech she is so loving and caring to all of us residents

It’s very nice here i enjoy the people and the stay here everyone is very nice and the staff is very caring and always checking on me every 2 hours and management is always on top of what I need and very helpful

Brookdale MVP took excellent care of my mom for 6 years and now they take amazing care of my pop. I have full confidence that my parents had/still have a safe, fulfilling, caring, place to live. I've seen others and only Brookdale truly cares!

The staff is very open and caring. Their concerns are for the people not for the money. They are always there to answer my questions. It's small and for my mom that what she needed. She has been care for much better since her other place and is doing better then when she was at the old place

My older sister recently selected and moved to Brookdale in Glen Ellyn. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility has a full range of available services. They offer a wide variety of activities for residents, including daily exercise sessions, holiday themed activities, and local shopping excursions. My sister is enjoying the food and getting to know her neighbors in apartments around hers.

Having to make the decision to place a loved one in a home is one of the most difficult decisions one has to make. Brookdale Claremore made the process from beginning to end a very comfortable and peaceful one. All our questions and concerns were answered and we were given even more information that we didn’t think to ask, which was also very comforting. The staff made the transition as easy as possible for us and our loved one. My father in law’s care has been wonderful. All the staff give him love, attention, and the care he needs. There are times when I am unable to go to visit him but I have peace knowing that he is well taken care of and he is okay. The staff communicate very well with how he is. It didn’t take long at all to feel like one big family. I will and have recommended Brookdale Claremore to others that are having to make this same, most difficult decision, with no hesitation. I truly feel blessed that we were able to find Brookdale Claremore for our most precious loved.

In 2023 it unfortunately became time for my mother-in-law to give up living on her own at age 95. Brookdale Port Charlotte kept her in the locale she knows, and provides activities throughout the week that keep her moving, her mind engaged, and provides social connections. The staff is very warm, caring, and patient. The facility is very clean and the meals are generous and flavorful - we have joined her for a few meals and can personally attest! Brookdale has holiday celebrations that include the families as well. We visit her often, and are happy with our choice with Brookdale Port Charlotte.
