Putting my mom in Assisted Living was a difficult decision but after talking to the sales person on the phone, a weight was lifted. Making Brookdale Kingsport home for my mom was the best choice we could have made. My mom loves Brookdale, she enjoys playing Bingo, doing crafts, she has a place to walk, she gets 3 meals a day, outside entertainment comes to sing, she especially likes the gospel singing. This year was her first Christmas there & the employees went above & beyond to make the residents & their families feel special. The employees go that extra mile to help the residents & their families. I would highly recommend Brookdale Kingsport.

Last month the amazing staff at Brookdale helped me transition my father to assisted living. There’s a lot to it. [name removed] and her team texted after hours and through the weekend helping square things like insurance, medications and logistics away for us. The consistent follow up after the move in has been incredible. The facility is consistently clean, staffed and commutative. Your loved ones deserve the level of care and dignity provided here.
