Beautiful facility. Caring friendly staff Open and responsive to needs high morale among residents.

As with anywhere a loved one is placed, always have an advocate. Pleasant and comfortable staff, accommodations and activities.

Everyone is always courteous and friendly. Whenever assistance is needed the response is fairly quick. Of course, that depends somewhat on the time and how busy the staff is. The staff usually addressed my concerns and questions in a timely manner.

Honestly I would give a 5 on everything but food would be a 4. My dad doesn't like the food a whole lot but they don't have fried chicken everyday lol! I've had the food and I think it's pretty good. They seem to have bigger meals for lunch than dinner and he prefers to eat dinner and skip lunch so he misses out on meals like ribs and chicken and lunch is sometimes sandwiches or burgers. Other than that we love the place. I wish my dad would love it more but it's not home so that's hard.

So far everything is a 5. My mom is doing so much better than she was in her home. Everyone is so caring and take time to talk to you.

I met with the sales lady and she showed me around. It is older than other Brookdales but it is homey. I was glad to see it it a smaller location. Everyone was friendly.

They're very good about calling me when she's sick. They are very friendly and caring towards the residents. Pricing is very good. Room sizes are larger. They treat my mom like she is family.

Brookdale excels in all categories. I base this on my experience and that of my late wife's experience at three memory care facilities including Brookdale in addition to visiting numerous facilities in three states.

Moving to assisted living is a big change for everyone in the family. Brookdale Lewisville has been wonderful helping us all make the transition. Questions and requests are answered quickly and kindly and we believe this is the best situation for mother.

only complaint is they leave my mom after Eating for up-to 1hr after everyone has left multiple times have talked to them about this. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

It was a sunny day like most in Florida . The Bus from Brookdale The Colony Fort Myers was here to pick up my dad . He went filling and when inside enjoyed a nice lunch and sat watching everyone around him . The Staff was chatting with him and when my mom and myself brought his belongings realized that he’d be staying got a little agitated as most New Residents do . I can’t say Enough Praise for [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]and I am Sure I am missing more staff too but There Care , Patience and Expertise of Managing Memory Care Patients is Outstanding !!! I look forward to learning All the staff who are helping with my dad and his care . If you’ve been considering placement of a Loved One , I Highly Recommend Brookdale the Colony of Fort Myers .

The apartments are well appointed and quiet. The weekly housekeeping has been a real plus. There are ample activities. The meals and happy hours are nice social opportunities, but they also have numerous special activities and events. Even though they offer tons of activities residents are not pressured to join. They are free to engage in as much or little as they choose. The location has also been good for us. Naturally, the cost is more than anticipated, but that was true everywhere we looked. The desk staff have been very helpful and again all staff will engage, but are not pushy just friendly. The balcony unit also allows folks like my mom with limited mobility a chance to enjoy a quiet and personal outdoor space.

We selected Brookdale North after searching for a smooth transition for my recently widowed sister in PA. Factors that influenced our decision included: a safe home-like environment, an old Florida vibe with palm trees, courtyards, outdoor seating with a pool and fresh flowers as well as a sense of community, and a competent staff. Underpinning the sense of community was a need for services to build her up, a culture of concern to understand her emotions, staff who were pleased to come to work with older clients, a sense of pride and purpose in the work, and a “we can do this” attitude! On our second visit, we met with wellness directors and the administrator, to ensure that egos would be subordinate to partnering with the Hospitals of the University of Penn—the team was helpful, suggested options I had never considered, and used their compassionate hearts to smooth out and anticipate our needs! My sister is an extremely complex patient and we are fully committed to Brookdale North!

He was only there for about 2 weeks. It is a nice place with excellent care for people with dementia who are still mobile. I would recommend it.

Making decisions of these kind are most difficult, but I left your facility with a peace of mind, knowing thar with the involvement of family and friends, we will be able to help make Dad’s transition a little more sustainable.

Our experience at Eden Estates was simply amazing. Every staff member got to know my mom very well and took such great care of her. The facility has many wonderful amenities and seeks to connect the residence with each other and to activities.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can tell they care about every aspect of job, and they really care about the clients/residents.

Both my mother & sister love Brookdale, they have made a lot of new friends and enjoy the activities. They have thanked us many times for picking the "right facility".

The meals and dining services get a 5+. Its my Mom that lives there so I can only say from the experience I've had. The friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and food quality.

What we like the most about Brookdale Fort Smith is that they all keep me involved in every aspect of her being there. Yes, we would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.
