Brookdale

It has been a real privilege to visit and get to know the staff and residents over the years as a volunteer. It’s evident that the staff truly cares about each resident. They patiently assist them with daily activities and organize the variety of activities to foster community and well-being.

Brookdale took wonderful care of my loved one. She initially came for a short respite stay and when she went home decided to go back to Brookdale because she had such a great experience. She adored all of the caregivers and other staff. She loved the live entertainment. The building is clean and the staff are friendly. The management team communicated well on her care needs. I would recommend Brookdale to others.

My Dad is very happy at Brookdale. Overall, he says the food is good and the people (staff and residents) are very friendly. My Dad actually said it was the best place he has ever lived. And it is so nice that he can have his dog

The director and her staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility is well kept. Highly recommend Brookdale Jackson Oaks.

Every time I see my Aunt, she talks about her group at the meal table. You did a good job matching people up. She feels safe. Currently still getting changes made from address, types of service and feels regret about missing some of the things you have planned. Music concerts, root beer floats, she is almost settled and I think she will enjoy most of the activities you have.

Many staff members have personal stories of caring for their own families. this is comforting. We had the deluxe apartment and it was big and had a beautiful outlook.

The staff is Very friendly and knows each resident by first name. The facility isn't a 5 star hotel, but good value for the price. We wish it was located closer to our home and have had issues with the laundry service not returning clothes. Otherwise we are very happy with this facility.

All 5's at this time! They have been amazing to our family member and I would highly recommend! At this point, it has the right fit for our family member!

We have been so pleased with Brookdale Chickasha! As a hospice nurse, I have been in many assisted-living's and this one far exceeds them all. I think it's the small town feel and the Staff are from mainly Chickasha or other small towns and they really have a work ethic and they care. I think that's the big difference. The director [name removed]has been there For years and he's outstanding and the maintenance man has been there for 30 years and he's outstanding so there's very little turnover in the staff. They were even willing to have an opening built between two units so that my parents had twice the space. That has improved their quality of life so much and giving them a little larger area to live in

They're pet friendly, which is extremely rare to find, especially in a memory care facility, so that is why my mother is at Brookdale. It's the only place that would accept her and her two small dogs. It is a great facility all in all, and I did a lot of research before I chose Brookdale The staff has a genuine concern for the residents. The facility itself is clean and there are a lot of areas to socialize. Communication is excellent especially within the website.

The staff there is awesome they helped us tremendously on the move in process and helping us get everything thing set up from transportation to getting medicine delivered to her room and also with medical services that we needed

Brookdale NWH is a perfect place for my mother. We are very happy with the care she receives. My mother is well taken care of. The caregivers are kind and compassionate. She has a spacious room and the food is good.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean I'm very happy so far. It's small. Close to my home. The cleanliness and the friendliness of everyone staff and residents they had a one bedroom apartment available.

Very close to family and the staff seemed genuinely nice and friendly. Everyone I talked to is very well informed and very fast with answers.

What we like the most about Brookdale Roanoke is the administration and the family feeling. Also a lot of natural sunlight and yes we would recommend this community to other families.

My mother was on the memory care unit for over two years. She was extremely well cared for and loved by all staff members until her passing. My family was comforted in knowing she got the highest level of care and she was always happy. The food is amazing, facility always clean and great activities to keep them occupied and moving. I highly recommend Brookdale at Wayne.

Moving in your 80's us a major life transition! There is trauma in downsizing. There is trauma relocating and leaving some family and friends behind. Brookdale Chambrel-Roswell has obviously prioritized creating a senior community that is life-giving. Residents and employees are friendly, helpful and inclusive. Activities are planned with resident input. Individuals are encouraged to take park but allowed freedom o be themselves. Social interaction in is _____ though a wide range of activities that include music, theater, game playing, book club, study groups, crafts, exercise +. (we entertainment)

My mom has been living in Brookdale for 9 months and I cannot be happier. The facility is warm & welcoming as [name removed]has a fabulous sense of style. [name removed] & [name removed]are always around to lend a helping hand and were so very helpful when we were setting up my mom’s room. [name removed]was also patient and great at helping with the paperwork. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]& [name removed]have been my mom’s best friends since she arrived and I know those 4 were integral into helping her settle in so quickly. [name removed]does a wonderful job as the director of Nursing and I know mom is in good hands with her care. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Brookdale. You will not regret moving your loved one here.
