Absolutely everyone there is so kind and helpful and caring. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would without hesitation recommend this community to other families.

Love the caregivers & staff here. What makes this place a good fit for my mom are the caregivers who treat her so kindly. I know everyday she’s taken care of with love &patience. They hold her hand, hug her, & even dance with her. They make her laugh & talk with her about her interests. Knowing mom gets physical & emotional care & is helped by people all day with basic life skills is important to me. The staff really bond with their residents. Mom gets her regular hygiene, meals, meds & activities and is checked on regularly if she chooses to rest in her room. I think any facility will have glitches as no place is perfect. However, what I feel is important is corrective action when problems arise. We’ve had a couple glitches over our 14 mos here, yet I always feel like my concerns are heard, addressed, and corrected. They definitely take an interest in our whole family & really want to do what is best for my mom & all residents. Several staff members go over & above.

From move in to all of the activities. Mom loves it. She wasn't very excited to move but she needed assistance. After a week or so she was participating in activities and making friends. Food is good, place is clean and it's fairly convenient.

We moved my father to Brookdale about 3 months ago. He is in the memory care section. We have been so pleased with the Kindness and professionalism there. He is consistently being watched but not hovered over. He is allowed to move freely through the community on his own. If he runs into any issues there is always someone there to help. He loves the fact that they come to his apartment and remind him about breakfast, lunch and dinner. They even have a cup of tea ready for him because he told him he likes tea. These little things are whats important to him. He was hesitant about moving there but now he actually calls it home. We could have not made a better choice. [name removed] the events coordinator is one of most energetic people I have ever met and always has a smile on her face. My dad loves her. [name removed] and [name removed] on the nursing staff are great. They are always keeping an eye on my dad's legs because they tend to swell occasionally and when they do they act on it immediately.

They have been wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend using their facilities. [name removed] went above and beyond during the move from [community removed]to Meadowmont. I couldn’t have done it without him. [name removed]’ s brother comes to see her every week and he has no complains, so far. I live in another state and the staff notifies me my friend needs anything,

this facility feels like home after you really leave your real home. The staff is both personal and professional. The residence are friendly and helpful. The food is superb. The place is clean. It gives peace to family members that their loved ones are in a great place.

From the moment my wife and walked in to meet with the asked team, he provided a tour of the site while answering all my questions. My sister has now been living here since mid- January and she's fascinated. The level of support and care has been superb.

The staff and other residents have been so welcoming to my Mom. The facility is clean, the activities keep Mom engaged and the staff are attentive! I couldn't ask for a better home for my Mom! Brookdale has shown me they can be trusted with my Mom's care!

Place was clean and staff was friendly. [name removed] toured us and made us feel welcome we are working through a hard decision and even though we aren’t quite ready she gave us enough knowledge to make us feel comfortable when we do decide to make that decision. We seen memory care and it was nice and small

Brookdale Lawndale has been a wonderful place for our loved one. The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and professional. The community feels warm and welcoming, and the facilities are always clean and well-maintained. They offer a great variety of engaging activities and nutritious meals that our family member enjoys. It’s comforting to know they’re in such good hands. We highly recommend Brookdale Lawndale to anyone looking for a supportive and compassionate senior living environment.

Always very sweet at the door to let you into the facility, very gentle with the residents. Firm when they needed to be but still very kind. Very good at keeping you informed as to what was going on in the facility and your resident. On the first day we brought him in, I sat with him at lunch and he was afraid to speak with anyone or eat. So I ate some of his food to show him in was good (not expecting it to be wonderful) but honestly it was great. After that day, he always raved about the food. They're very good about making sure residents participate to keep them social and moving within their limitations. It's certainly a big expense but the peace of mind the facility gives you about your loved one being properly looked after is worth ten fold. All in all it's a wonderful facility and it's staff is well run and very professional but friendly. Would recommend to anyone facing a similar situation with a loved one.

My mother in law has been at the memory care facility for 6 months and we are so grateful for her being there. It is a smaller facility that feels like being home. The staff are very loving and they are always working with the residents. We live over a hour away but we know she is in good hands and she always seems happy to be there. Would definitely recommend!

A palace for mom provided names of assisted living facilities Their staff was courteous and informative Which lead to a perfect match The facility was clean with many activities for residents to participate in.

My husband is in a memory care area in Brookdale. Every time we visit him he is always in a good mood. He is clean shaven, hair trimmed and well dressed. We went today, my granddaughter and I, and they invited us to stay and have lunch with him. He was so pleased. I can’t imagine him being anywhere else!!!!

Was impressed with Brookdale from the start everyone was very friendly/helpful answered all questions and some I didn’t think to ask when I would call about anything got answered then or within 24hours .kept me informed about[name removed] condition seems to be really good with helping him.

The staff have really taken the time to get to know my Aunt. They go out of their way to make her comfortable and to get her involved in the different activities.

It's very quiet and clean. Nice outdoor spaces. Nice library. Catholic Mass on Saturdays and non-denom on Sunday. Many grief and coping classes. Great activities. Staff are involved and can meet any need or make any accommodation if asked. Allowed us to have Hospice assist at end of life which was very comforting.

Brookdale is a great place and my mom really feels at home there! Many of the staff have worked at Brookdale for a long time. They don't seem to have much turnover. The executive director is very compassionate and competent. The care staff even send me pictures if my mom doing activities throughout the week. My mom has complained about the food at other facilities, but she likes the food at Brookdale. I highly recommend this facility.

When we had to move my mother-in-law from Eden Estates, there were no openings at Oak Hollow. We placed her at another [community removed] and we were terribly unhappy with the management. After 3 months we knew we needed to make another move. Thank God Oak Hollow had an opening! Oak Hollow has been excellent from Day 1! The management and staff are remarkable!! The food is exceptional and the chef takes pride knowing the residents enjoy it. [name removed] started a Support Group for family and those that might be thinking about moving their loved one to Oak Hollow. A few months ago, it started with 3 participants. I believe there must be 20 now. Everyone is going through something different - yet the same. We could not be happier with the care, love and laughter my mother-in-law receives!

They are WONDERFUL! My mom loves the place and is doing not just better health-wise but also tells my sister and I all the time how happy she is. She loves the interactions with the other residents and has so much fun/looks forward to the activities they host. Thank you for all of yours and your teams help. I sing your praises all the time.
