I deeply regret the time my elderly Father spent at Princeton''s facility. He was there due to mild dementia with no physical ailments, until we could find 24 hour home care. He was NOT provided nutritional meals, on many occasions he was not given his prescribed medication and we actually found his medication on the floor that looked like it had not been vacuumed in days. His bath towels were filthy and it was very clear his toilet had not been cleaned or his waste basket emptied. His bed sheets were not changed and when we took his socks off it was very clear that his feet had never been cleaned. When we took Dad out of Bristol Manor he had lost a considerable amount of weight that he did not need to lose. Thankfully he is safely home with loving 24 hour care. Our concern now is the seniors still there and the horribly inadequate care they are no doubt receiving. Please, do not entrust the care of your loved one to this facility.

We drove by and decided not to go in. It has no curb appeal, and is stuck on a street with no "campus".

Terrible! They forgot I was coming and the lady I was supposed to meet had gone back to the grocery store for the second time. The groceries they had just bought were on the floor. The rooms were not well maintained. I knew right away it was not a good place for my parents.

Small and dark. They allow smoking in some areas and you can smell the smoke from about anywhere.

Was very dirty and understaffed

We would not live in a place like this, the smell of cigarette smoke was overpowering.

I was not impressed with Bristol Manor. To me it looked like a prison, it was a long hallway with rooms on either side. I did not like the set up of the rooms, it was one room and then the living room was separated by a wall. I wouldn't recommend.

I would not send anybody here. We got there for our tour, and the woman said that even though the manager was there, we couldn't have our scheduled tour. She said something about other people being there, so we couldn't come in. It just sounded hinky to me. And just looking inside the door, it didn’t look very clean.

Whatever you do if you love your family member, do NOT send them here. Staff doesn't even know how to pass meds correctly, 17 different employees during a pandemic. Current employee Faith verbal abuses patients. They have been without proper care and food during this whole pandemic.

If you're looking for assisted living for your loved one and they want more than "isolation" than don't look here. Yes, they will provide meals (although there are many left overs and cold breakfasts) and they will dispense medicine but that is all they do at Bristol manor. They claim to have organized activities...NOT TRUE! The lights are turned off after every meal and everyone is encouraged to stay in their bedroom. There is no assistance for daily living. The residents are forced into isolation. They claim to have 24 hours staffed employees... NOT TRUE. they don't have employees working at night. They tell you they do but believe me from first hand experience, THEY DON'T. The Administrator and her children live on site but are unavailable at night. They had a resident walk away unnoticed because no one was working. This 77 year old woman was lost for 8 hours in 100° heat. She's lucky she survived. If you care about your family member and they need assistance don't put them in Bristol manor. It is designed for people who want to be left alone.

My mother was at Bristol manor for 4 months. They talk a great story but are very lazy about providing services. The administrator's grown sons who live there with her have foul mouths. They also throw temper tantrums. They talk to the residents like they are children. They advertise that they are staffed 24 hours a day but they are NOT. They sleep at night and put up notes telling residents to not bother them. They talk about the residents behind their backs. They complain they don't have enough money for food and at the end of the month the meals are sparse and cheap nasty food.

Do Not put a love one in this facility. They do not care for them. In fact just flat out lie to you. All they want to do is take their money. There is not activity for them. The whole time my mother was there, she was promised a shower that she could get in and out of and never received it. Was never given a sign in and out sheet. Was told that if she when to the one in Centralia that it would be a month at the most for her to get a spot in Mexico where she is from. And, then to come to find out they where telling several others that when to Centralia the same thing. Just wanted to get the rooms filled and the money. I have called to voice my complains and left message for the owner. Never returned my call and the second time to leave a message was disconnected.

Don't waste your time or money! It says **clearly** on their website that they DON'T offer care to memory care patients but yet the Eldon facility has my family member, an Alzheimer's patient, in their care. Money is clearly FIRST on their list. On another note, her room is never clean and her necessities are rarely stocked. The few ladies left in the facility hide in their rooms all day bc there is nothing better to do (no activities provided like the website says as well). Save your time and go elsewhere if you care about your family member.

This is the worst place ever. Medications are missed and meals are terrible! Would not recommend!

My mother left this place last year because the staff was reduced to one person most of the time. The same one person. Please don't consider this a good place for anyone you care about. Such a shame too because there's a huge need right there for affordable elder care and this could be a great opportunity for someone to do it right. Apparently assisted living is regulated much differently than nursing homes. I know there were state regulators that came periodically when my mom was there but nothing changed for the better.

Horrible , horrible place. Very unclean building. The woman in charge is quite the story teller and very dramatic. Staff is constantly smoking outside and lunch is served at different times each day as late as 2 p.m. Quality of food is a tad bit above dog food, for breakfast cold cereal or yogurt. Please don't make the mistake we did for our loved one.

My mother was at this horrible place a few years ago. She had diabetes, dementia and osteoarthritis. The meals that were served to her were not for diabetic patients. There was never enough food served to keep the elderly full. Mom's bathroom was always in poor shape. I had to go in an clean it myself. I went in to visit her several times at different times each day. I caught the girl several times being mean and yelling at the elderly several times. When I walked in an heard her yelling at my mother that was the end. I took her out to live with me for a while. All services are terrible there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Do not put a loved one in this facility ever! They claim to be assisted living when you sign up-- then once upon admission (when they have your money) they refuse to be of assistance--no help with anything. There is a constant turnover of staff. My Mother saw 5 different Managers in 9 months. The kicked my 92 old Mother out with just 1 and 1/2 hours notice. Claiming she could not get to the bathroom or dinner table. She had been discharged two days earlier from a skilled nursing facility where she walked 150Ft alone! The administrator, [removed], is quite rude and extremely unprofessional.
