The place is filthy, and they don't feed the patients enough. Always out of food and they can't have seconds. No veggies or snacks. The rooms do not get cleaned and laundry either unless you do it yourself. There are no activities. Upper management is no better at dealing with any issues. Gave a thirty day notice my father was leaving and he was there 6 days of the month and they will not pro rate his stay, and then pulled the following month's pay out and he was no longer there. Had to go have a stop payment done because they would not help me.

From start to finish we had a horrible experience and would not recommend. They never cleaned, the meals were not adequate for adult seniors and the staff members were just not willing to work with us at all.

The community was very understaffed and there was one staff member that was working 24 hours a day to support the residents. Ashbury Heights needs more staff to support the residents. Until the staffing numbers increase, I would encourage others to look at other communities for their loved ones. There were three meals a day served to the residents and it is a fixed menu for the residents to have. The one staff member that was there was very nice; however, this staff member took naps while they were supposed to be working. This had me scared for the residents as the residents were left to themselves.

My Mother has moved, we had a horrible experience at Bristol Manor of Smithville. The food is lacking. They do not offer any activities at all as advertised. There were several errors with her medication and concerns with staff. All of these were reported to Bristol Manor staff with no resolution. Our family reported their facility to the state. They have literally one staff member and do not provide the cleaning services at all. There is a 98 year old women there that has to clean her own room, which is supposed to be a part of their offered services. It was a deplorable experience and I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

We didn't like the community at all. In fact we walked in and walked right back out. The community was dark, unorganized and the staff didn't know about our appointment.

This facility is a disgrace. They lied to our family from day 1. They barely provide low quality meals. The "admin" is also the overnight staff and sleeps during that time and does not even check on the residents, even though they are supposed to do 2 hour safety checks. They do not over ANY activities as advertised, and they do not take any concerns or complaints seriously.. you are basically fed lip service but nothing changes. They do not clean or do laundry as they are supposed to, or even offer to. This is NOT somewhere I would send a family member unless you just want a massive headache. They literally prepare crappy meals and pass medications, with frequent medication errors. They try to threaten you if you express valied complaints or concerns. They do not care one bit about their residents. I'm sure they will reply to this with more lies. I have several other family members I can put you in touch with if you need verification that is company is horrible and should be ashamed.

They go through admins almost weekly, food is that of what would be fed to a low budget daycare, upper administration lies and is more concerned with making money than caring for our elderly. If you stand up to the admins for family they will threaten you. There are NO activities for the residents like stated on their site and the staff does not keep the place clean or safe.

They have bedbugs and kept it from us. Took my daughters remote for her TV out of her room while she wasn’t there and when she went in the day room and found it the denied going into her room. The lady in charge made a big deal of it and demanded that I come down there right away to straighten out the situation. When I got there They had a major attitude with me and asked me why I had issues with the facility. I said because of the bedbugs they never mentioned to tell us Until I told her that she had bumps all over her. Then she decided to tell us they had bedbugs. Also had issues they handle the residence medication, because she would sit around and wait for hours before they would give her her medication and it would make us late to different appointments. I didn’t read the reviews before hand and I should have. My daughter has been there a little over 30 days and I am already moving her. I do not believe the Residence there are taken care of like they should be.

I wouldn't take a dog here. The management was horrible. They kept saying they would be cleaning things that wouldn't have come cleaned.

This was a terrible place. The manager was extremely unprofessional. Floors, dining, and common areas were dirty. I they had no meal plans or schedule. Rooms were dark and bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months.

When we went for our tour, the staff member that "let us in" didn't even inquire our names, nor did she introduce herself. She just started telling us what was what. She never asked about the situation for our father. When we asked about brochures, she said she really didn't have anything. We were done with the tour in 5 minutes.

My grandmother has resided here for a few years and it is terrible. Unfortunately, her financial situation isn't giving her many other options. Recently, the manager quit and they have been rotating through various employees covering around the clock. When issues have come up, I have attempted to reach someone in the corporate office and have gotten no response. When seniors are consistently getting the wrong medication this needs to be addressed. When staff members are dropping food on the floor and picking it up, placing it on their plates, it needs to be addressed. When the employees are drunk and passed out in their room until someone wakes them up at 11am to make breakfast and pass out medication, it needs to be addressed. Poor communication and lack of ethics. Rooms do not get adequately cleaned. Activities are non-existent. The one or two local staff members are great. Everyone else has been horrible. Shame on this company, who has several senior care facilities in Missouri.

When we arrived the facility was not expecting us. Very unorganized operation!

They didn't remember scheduling the tour, so no one was ready for it. Couldn't handle my Mom's needs.

No brochures...place was untidy, only room avail to view was being used by a staff member and it was a total wreck. Not sure if this would demonstrate how kept the residents' rooms would be? No real discussion of programs, activities, orpersonalized needs being met. Contact person not avail.

I am not happy with the community. I am having to clean my mom's room and always asking if they will change her sheets. They do not offer activities. My mom has a dog and she seems happy there for now. The staff does not reply to the needs. The food needs to be improved. I would advise others seek another location for a loved one.

I deeply regret the time my elderly Father spent at Princeton''s facility. He was there due to mild dementia with no physical ailments, until we could find 24 hour home care. He was NOT provided nutritional meals, on many occasions he was not given his prescribed medication and we actually found his medication on the floor that looked like it had not been vacuumed in days. His bath towels were filthy and it was very clear his toilet had not been cleaned or his waste basket emptied. His bed sheets were not changed and when we took his socks off it was very clear that his feet had never been cleaned. When we took Dad out of Bristol Manor he had lost a considerable amount of weight that he did not need to lose. Thankfully he is safely home with loving 24 hour care. Our concern now is the seniors still there and the horribly inadequate care they are no doubt receiving. Please, do not entrust the care of your loved one to this facility.

We drove by and decided not to go in. It has no curb appeal, and is stuck on a street with no "campus".

Terrible! They forgot I was coming and the lady I was supposed to meet had gone back to the grocery store for the second time. The groceries they had just bought were on the floor. The rooms were not well maintained. I knew right away it was not a good place for my parents.
