The place started off great and my mother was happy. The food, care and for the most part cleanliness was good. My mother hasn't been there since [date removed], she fell and broke her hip and shoulder. We've heard that a lot of people that we originally dealt with do not work there anymore. That raised some concerns with my family. So I don't have a good answer for you at the moment because we haven't been back there since she fell. We do like the place, the size of the memory care unit is very good and the activities seem good, food looked good, really never ate there so.

Great options to take the shuttle bus. Creates an environment to promote socialization, specifically the bar.

The staff was amazing. They are able to retain and keep staff, which is good. They were making improvements with the food. We picked this community because they were kind, and able to get my loved one in right away. I would recommend to other families.

Every place has issues and is not perfect, so don't expect it to be perfection. Working with dementia patients takes a great amount of patience and compassion. I think The Grande is a good place overall.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice experience but it was just not going to be the best fit for our loved one due to the level of care that she was going to need.

I liked Somerby at St. Vincent's One Nineteen. I thought it was an Inviting place and looked good for independent living.

This has been a great fit for our loved one and family. The staff are great; however, there is a high turnover of dining room staff. I have had a chance to dine with my loved one, and I have tried to help serve the residents while I was there. There are three meals a day provided to the residents, and there are choices for there meals. The most important thing to the family is our loved one is safe, secure, and cared for while here. There are a lot of activities offered to the residents, it would be nice to see more staff be proactive in engaging the residents in the activities offered.

My mom was only there for a couple of months, and she went in on hospice care. So she didn't get to experience the activities and was on highest level of care there. When she would press her call button, we were frustrated that it took a long time for someone to respond. I know they've had a lack of staff - they're trying to hire more people and can't. I understand that a lot of places are currently experiencing that. The staff they did have were all good. They were friendly. They were just overworked and couldn't get to everywhere they needed to be. Also related to staffing, we had some concerns with cleanliness and noticed a smell in the memory care unit sometimes. I always thought the assisted living portion of the facility seemed really nice, and I wish that my mom could have experienced that. We were very happy with all the people we met at The Enclave, and when she received care, it was great. It was just often a long wait to get that care.

People were very nice. Just much further from where we live and almost too big.

The food/accommodations were sub par for a bit, but they have gone above and beyond to fix this and it has been noticeably better. The accommodations are on point. The price is what it is! All in all, the entire family is very happy!

They staff were very kind & helpful with the admission process. The community was helpful in keeping my mom active & stimulated. Our situation was not like other residents because my mom's memory issues were related to anesthesia. During her 2 week stay her memory continued to return, so the staff were very engaging. Improvements I know all facilities are having trouble keeping staff but additional staffing would help. There were a few times mom was afraid at night that other residents would come into her room. But again she was only there a short time.

The caregivers were excellent - really top notch and really cared about my mom. Their hearts were really in the right place. Communication really is a problem - getting back to families promptly and being able to get a hold of the right people is difficult. They do not respond to emails very well. It is also a lot of leaving messages for them on the phone and they would get back to us whenever they had time.

I'm happy overall with this facility. I visit daily. I know every place is having difficulties acquiring and keeping quality staff. Most of the staff have been wonderful and I know they can only do so much. I understand some of the things they have to deal with everyday, so I take that into consideration. Most of them are hard working, caring, and positive. They're very friendly to me, we know each other on a first name basis. I'm very conscious about letting the Director know about the good staff and the things that they do. I think that's important. My loved one frequently tells me that they take good care of her here and I know that they do. Again overall, I'm happy with my loved one being here and I've been very pleased with things. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We have had experience with the management before with at a different time so with them being at Somerby of Peachtree City we felt very comfortable with our loved one being here. We have been really happy with the head nurse [name removed], they have really been on top of our loved ones care. We have joined our loved one during a few meal times and we think the meals are just fine, but her and some other residents have had a few complaints. However, based on the experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

It was a beautiful facility. We were there for an hour, waiting on someone to provide information. It was a lovely site but wasn't a good fit for my loved one.

t was very clean and welcoming looking. Most of the people working there were wonderful, but a few were a little harsh, not very warm

Very attentive to my loved, one every time my mom falls they have openly communicated with me. They are very open and honest with what is going on with my loved one. I would recommend them highly. The residents get 3 meals a day, they have choices to choose room and have the option to eat in their room or in the dinning area.

The staff is very supportive, and the residents are warm and welcoming! We love it here!

I toured this facility and it is beautiful inside and out, nice wide hallways, clean, friendly staff. It's definitely more expensive than a lot of other places in the area. But it was very nice!

We really like the staff and the people. We have not taken advantage of the activities quite yet but they do have different things going on. Based on our experience so far with Heritage Place we would recommend them to other families.
