They were alright and the tour was good. It is a huge community and they had winding corridors that seemed like it would confuse someone. Overall it did not seem cozy enough. After touring I heard some poor things.

The staff were pretty good with my mom during her respite stay at The Estate at Franklin. She seemed to like the food and the community is well taken care of. She made a lot of new friends and enjoyed some of the activities they offered.

The staff at MacArthur Hills have been very friendly and helpful. The community is fairly new and very clean throughout. They have a variety of activities available that my mom is enjoying. The meals served could be improved by providing better variety and quality of foods. I would like for the care staff to take a more proactive approach in updating the family on our loved ones care.

The workers were very nice, and the price was negotiable which is a plus. Overall not as nice as some of the others, but had a good number of room choices.

The facility is very clean. When you walk in it smells good. The staff is very friendly and nice. The food is good. My family member is pleased to be here.

When you walk into the building it is very clean, there are no odors like there are at some retirement homes. The grounds outside are also well kept. The workers are all really nice and seem to care. Very nice

We toured here when we were looking for options. They only had assisted living, the independent side wasn't open yet. We were looking for independent living. The assisted living was much more expensive.

My mother was there for a short time. In that short time everything was good. They communicated. Everything was decent. The facility was clean. The staff was great. They were very friendly and accommodating. They seemed very caring. The value was excellent. They did a pretty good job at taking care of my mother for that short period of time. The activities were excellent. They had a variety of activities.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Emeritus at Newell Creek is a brand new, very nice looking community. The staff I met all seemed friendly and professional, as well. We ended up choosing another community that we thought fit our care needs better, but Emeritus is definitely worth a look!

I think its very nice. I think it lacks supervision but other than its going fine. It's a clean facility. The staff and residents are friendly. I would recommend the Somerby of Mobile to anyone in the Mobile, AL area.

I think they do a great job overall at Somerby of Peachtree City! The accommodations are fantastic, the food is great, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful! Really my only complaint is that sometimes there are crossed wires when it comes to communication, in providing medical updates both to the families as well as medical professionals they are working with.

So far we like it here, the food is good, the staff have been very friendly, and the building itself is clean and well kept. The biggest problem we've had is that Comcast is the only option for TV service, and it is much more expensive than what we were paying previously. That was a big added expense that we weren't expecting! Otherwise everything has been very nice.

My parents moved to an Independent Living apartment in Somerby of Mount Pleasant soon after it opened and there were perhaps 50 residents. My dad was only able to manage the demands of Independent Living with my mom's assistance and passed away after 2 1/2 years. He missed his home of 50+ years but realized that he needed to be in a more accommodating environment and enjoyed living at Somerby. Mom still lives in the same apartment, enjoying many of the planned activities, classes and outings as well as spontaneous games and social activities with other residents. She, and I as a visitor, think the staff are mostly caring and considerate with some far exceeding expectations. The restaurant's friendly, personalized service and varied, high quality food make dining a pleasure. An issue I have is that many of the incoming Independent Living residents are not really that independent. Many use walkers or motorized chairs and don't participate in activities. I would like my mom to have more neighbors who can keep up with, even challenge her in activities. Also, rental rates for new residents and lease renewals seem to be arbitrarily determined.

Overall this is a very nice place, it's nice looking and clean, and the staff have been amazing. However, there was a fairly major incident with a fall shortly after she moved in. Our loved one has memory issues, and managed to wander off after an activity she had been brought to. She suffered a fall and ended up break her hip. I just felt like as a new patient in a memory care facility she should have been watched much closer initially until they figured out her level of needs. Since she has returned to the facility after her recovery there have been no further incidents, and she has moved into the locked down area where she has really been thriving. They're doing a good job of keeping her active, and she has been eating plenty.

Excellent. The common areas could use some work. There is a stain on the carpet outside of an elevator that is still there. It's a very nice facility, it's well maintained and the price point reflects what they offer. It's like a college dorm for elderly people, good food, nice rooms. They do have a lot to do. A little more variety on their menu would be nice, the communities eating there are all the same people, all the time, my mom complained they never have rolls for dinner. If I owned the facility and I was trying to market exceed in a competitive arena I would be known for my food. I chose this one because it's in our area but the person who owned it before Woodbridge Place had a good reputation, it's a clean, well built facility, and it makes sense as you manage through it, it's laid out well the care is good. I would highly recommend it I would live there myself.

They were very friendly when we visited, and the facility looked very nice. I feel like they really go the extra mile to make Dad feel comfortable here. He is settling in well and seems to be making friends. He's also had good things to say about the food.

We did have a few issues. My mom had a couple falls. It did not seem like there were enough caregivers for the number of residents. Whether or not the falls could have been prevented, I don't know. We'd have to search for someone to assist us when we'd come in. When we found them though, they were great. The facility itself is beautiful. The people were extremely kind and nice and helpful. One woman, Jeanette, was beyond helpful. She was fantastic. It's just that when people are in life guidance with dementia, they can do strange things and they need to be monitored.

I was very impressed with this place. It is small and the people are extremely friendly. They had a way of making me feel very welcome.
