Excellent facility, the tour was top notch. We would have picked this facility but it was a little out of our price range.

The people who work there are angels. Like I think they might be literal angels. Especially [name removed] and [name removed].

As my father's age, health, and dementia grew we looked for an assisted living facility that could meet his needs. Park Vista's Memory Care Unit in Port Orchard met all of our needs and they treated my father with compassion, patience, and professionalism. They took personal interest in caring for my father and ensured his clothing and room were clean. I recommend park Vista's Memory Care Unit.

As my father's health and dementia grew worse we looked for a facility that would provide him with the level of care he required and we found that at Park Vista's Memory Care Unit in Pot Orchard. The team at Park Vista Memory Unit took good care of my father. They showed compassion, patience, and kept him healthy. I appreciated the personal care they provided and their willingness to work closely with our family.

My family toured this facility. We met [Removed], the director, and she graciously showed us around the facility and explained how everything worked. She showed us 2 different modeled rooms and they were very, very nice. The kitchen and appliances were full sized, the food they fed us was very good, and we were able to order off a menu and get exactly what we wanted. They showed us the game room, a kitchen where they do cooking classes, and we learned that the residents can actually bring their family members in and cook meals for them. We were able to see the second floor that opens up to the bottom level and it’s in a big circle so it’s almost like an indoor walking path. Everything was so nice and clean, it smelled good, and the residents were very welcoming. They have a library and a celebration room for the Eucharist, which was nice because our family is Catholic. They provide transportation to church on Sundays as well. We were going to move our sister in but weren’t able to, to no fault of the community. This place really was just wonderful and they went above and beyond for us.

My Mom lives here currently. She’s safe and warm, the people that work there seem to interact with her real well, and everybody has been really kind to both her and myself. They’ve also been able to answer my questions if I have any. Her meal times are a bit stressful but they’re working on it I think. She seems to like the food and there are plenty of options to choose from. And the cook is great. They offer a lot of activities like games, reading clubs, chair exercises, and they have a monthly calendar filled with different things they have planned. The facility is kept very clean and housekeeping comes by once a week to vacuum and empty the garbage. Overall, Mom is still adjusting but it seems like a nice place.

My dad is here currently and everything is going good. Anytime I need to speak to someone, I can speak to anyone there. Everyone knows my dad by name. If he has a problem, he can ask anyone and they’re there to help. From what I see, the staff seems to know him and try to talk to him and everything seems pretty okay. The food’s okay, it’s a set menu every day but there are always specials. Every time I visit, the facility and his room are both very clean. There’s no smell or anything. They provide a few activities like fitness classes, puzzles, movie nights, and they’ll go out on excursions to different places. The atmosphere feels homier than a few other facilities that I had visited. I would recommend them to others.

My Parents have been looking for a place to possibly retire too as my Father is now retired and step mother is soon to follow. They are getting to an age where they would rather focus on traveling and living the life they want, not the life they are confined to at home. Managing all the yardwork, taking care of the house, preparing all their meals, etc. At Bonaventure, that is taken care of for them and they no longer have to worry about anything else! In our experience in dealing with the staff, they have been nothing but professional and courteous to us. The cost might be a little higher than other retirement communities, but the way I see it, you are getting so much more value for the price you are paying. When they are ready, I am recommending that Bonaventure be the place for them!

My mom is really enjoying living here. The staff is so friendly very prompt when you ask for something to be done. They are kind and attentive very personable. The community is clean well kept the temperature is always comfortable. The food always tastes good but is never very hot. I would definitely recommend the community.

We like this community for the care for my mom. The menu could use improvements and they really need improvements. The staff is caring.We like that my mom is offered to do activities with the other residents. We like that the staff is always helpful. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one for good value and excellent care

We toured this community for care. The staff were nice and informed me of what was available at the time. We would of like the cottages, but at the time they had a waiting list. They offer good activities for the residents to participate. We would recommend this community for a good value.

Things are going well for my Aunt her and She gets along really well with all the staff enjoys visiting with them. It is taking her some time to start to get to know some of the other residents and the staff are encouraging her to mingle more. My aunt loves that they have a wonderful salad bar should she not want what they are serving. They do include 3 meals a day, laundry service. and her unit has air conditioning. My Aunt is on the 1st floor with a patio and a full kitchen so she can still do her baking that she loves to do. I like the location because it is so close to me.

The move is going very good. She absolutely loves being here. The staff are doing a fabulous job taking good care of her. They exceed our expectations. My mom is getting involved around the community. This community was in the closest location to us.

We like this good community that we moved into. The staff is available if needed. The environment is nice and clean. The menu is nice and the variety is good. The main cook is open to make sure the meals are what we like or suggestions. The community does offer activities for us to participate. We like that they have transportation for my husband for the VA. We like this community and can recommend the care are valuable to others.

My first impression was on the phone with Maple Ridge,very helpful, friendly, and the understanding of the difficult time that I was going thru with family. When I set up a visit I was extremely impressed by how beautiful it was on the outside as well as on the inside!! [removed] Staff were very friendly and willing to help in any way to make this move the easiest and the fastest way possible! very efficient and professional with a at home feel!!! They worked around the issues I was having and made me feel at ease that everything was going to work out just fine. It [removed] I moved my brother is and he is so very happy there!!!! He loves the food, he loves the quite atmosphere and the activities, but most of all the staff and the seniors that live at Maple Ridge!!!

My loved one hasn't had any issues so far at this facility. The staff are great and they are sure to take great care of my loved one and answer my questions. As far as I know, my loved one is enjoying the meals as well.

My dad passed away but he was at Woodland for a short time. He started to go downhill when he moved in. From what I saw they took real good care of him and the staff did all they could for him. They were good a nice community for the care that was needed.

My mom has settled in their memory care unit very nicely. The care givers, food, administrative staff, nurse and activity directors are so wonderful. I had a few concerns which they addressed promptly and really cared what I said. We just attended a lovely Mother's Day Lunch in the main dining room. I arrived thinking that I would have to style mom's hair and do her fingernails. The activity and care givers had dressed her cute, styled her hair and painted her nails. How wonderful! They had a wonderful worship time with singing and later were sharing pictures of family members together. What a wonderful place.
