I had my mom stay a Spring Creek for a month and a half for respite care. The minute she walked into the facility she was hooked. She loved the cleanliness and size of the building. They had an exercise room as well as a big game room. Everyday we would exercise, play pool, shuffle board and bean bag baseball. Everyone was so very nice to her and she really loved that.

We had the difficult decision of moving my parents into an assisted living facility, they were 88 and unable to live on their own any longer. We were set to tour several facilities but after touring the Woodlands we found the prefect home for mom and dad. The staff has become like family, they are so caring and they have personalized the care my parents receive. My dad passed away a few months after they moved there and the compassion that the staff showed my family was more than I could imagine. They cried with us, helped us through the process and have been so compassionate with my mom helping her to adjust to her new life without my dad (they were married for almost 70 years). I wish I could give a 10 star rating! I highly recommend the Woodlands to anyone that is looking for an assisted living facility!

I was very pleased with facilities at Bonaventure. I think all my parents needs could be met. Clean, comfortable and apartments are very nice.

We were very impressed with this place. We went back to talk with [name removed] some more & my brother was just waiting for [name removed] to call him on Sunday to discuss a little further.

Staff super friendly - nice location - undergoing a furniture update. Close to shopping and resident rooms are nice.

My mom had been in an assisted living place in Texas for 4 years and never left the apartment. She was a total shut in. Her husband passed and we moved her to woodland. I told them she was a shut in . They had to take her meals to her. And give her her medication. With in 3 months she was going down for breakfast every morning. She has made a few friends. She is much more independent and friendly. I chose woodland for her because I felt and saw the compassion and care when I went for a tour. I spoke to some of the people living there and they had nothing but good things to say. Since then I have gotten to know lots of the staff and I love them all. They go above and beyond for you. Mom is happy and doing well. She is 84 and will probably out live us all. Thank you Woodland...

Simply was not the place best suited for our parents but still seems like an amazing place, quite the buzz. While waiting I saw the reception staff sincerely caring for their residents. It is very clear who the first priority is, the resident in what appears to be a very caring environment with many happy residents.

Really beautiful facility. Very nice, clean modern rooms. Staff extremely helpful and nice.

My brother has lived at the Woodland Community for three months and is so happy there. The staff treats him like family and go above and beyond to make him feel welcome and included. We could not be more pleased. Working long distance with [name removed] has been easy and pleasant. We are grateful to Woodland and hope to make this his home for years to come.

Both my folks moved into Spring Creek, Bellingham. The business staff was very professional and helpful through a very difficult transition for our family. They helped move it along quickly and gently. Everything about the facility is top notch, from cleanliness to attentiveness; and meals to activities. The staff and residents at Bonaventure of Salem are AMAZING. Each time I have visited I am greeted by smiling staff and residents that seem very happy. Last time I visited I saw they updated their cafe and turned it into a Pub/Cafe. They serve additional food items as well as Beer and Mixed drinks for their residents and visitors that want to partake. That is such a great idea. I hope they do that to all of their communities. Seems like a great addition.

I have spent time in the Gibson Creek community and the staff are always professional and courteous. I have spoken to several residents at this community and the majority of them seem very happy and they all seem to be well cared for. That is something I appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this community.

The Bonaventure team in TriCities was terrific in helping us coordinate the move and careplan for our parents

Very nice facility. They are very open about past problems at the facility. The cost and the community fees kept us from choosing this place.

My grandmother age 92 had falling and broke a few ribs . We needed a place for her to go while she was healing. The hospital recommend park vista assisted living. I was very reluctant because my family and I had moved her into [removed] and she hated it and ran away. My grandmother who had just lost her Husband a few months ago wanted nothing to do but die, and so depressed that she would hardly eat and sat in her rocking chair and stared at the wall most of the time, hardly speaking to any one. Since she has been at park vista my grandma has joined in activities, eating meals, and conversations within 3 days witch she never did at home. I just want to say God bless and thank you to Park Vista, [name removed] who has been most helpful in every way. You all are awesome. I'm telling you bring your loved ones there.

Beautiful facility. I moved my dad in, and immediately it felt like his forever home. They staff were honest and friendly, and made me feel like I could actually take the break I NEED. They offer Independent living, Assisted and eventually he can move to memory care if he needs more assistance. This made me feel better knowing he would not have to move again. The residents I met appeared to be so happy, and that made me feel comfortable with letting go. The food is delicious and they offer a very stocked salad bar. I defiantly recommend this facility.

Always greeted with friendly staff, the building is always very clean and has a very welcoming feeling. I have and will continue to refer friends and family here.

A very nice facility and fair design apt. Best bath area seen. Expense concerns with respect to needs assessment levels & need clarification. Good safety attention/ease of use. Parking could be difficult. Medicaid not available. Good menus & varied activities communicated well. High entry fee. Amenities good variety. Revisit.
