Caregivers engage residents and encourage participation, and help those unable to do things themselves. I've witnessed many times over the top care and compassion for those needing help. Very nice fit for our family.

Willow Lake is a place where the staff not only takes care of your loved one but they care about her/him. Most who work here can step in and do other jobs and they do that regularly. It is a happy place!

Great facility, nice staff and excellent location

My mother-in-law seems happy here she has some adjusting to do but the staff and community is great. It is clean they have lots of fun activities and the grounds are kept up really nice. I give them 5 stars.

Great facility and staff. Staff treats residents like family while providing compassion and quality care. Would feel extremely comfortable with my loved ones moving into Kesslerwood Place!

Everything went well for my mothers respite stay here in this community. I did feel she was safe, and in good hands. We did not have any problems, or concerns during her time in this community. This is a community I would recommend to my friends, and family.

We were happy with the care that we received for the time we needed here. The staff were caring and attentive to the needs we needed at the time. The community is clean with nice enviroment. The meals were appealing. They do offer activities. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My loved one has recently made the move into this community and so far I am very pleased with how things are going for her. The staff are all so lovely and have a warm nurturing feel that they give off to all of the residents. She is not doing so well with her health so it is comforting that she has such an amazing team looking our for her. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone interested.

Very nice facility. More than just a hospital/nursing home room. Will definitely keep this facility in mind when the need arises.

I like the community for the care for my mom. I like the staff and the cleanliness of the community. The meals are appealing and she seems to be happy with the variety. They have a lot of activities that she is active with the other residents. I would recommend the care and the value of this community to other families.

My mother is being cared for very well here at this community. She is currently on hospice, and they are doing a good job caring for her. They have been awesome to work with. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. I know she is in good hands, and being provided with great care. This is a community I would recommend.

Although my loved one didn't end up moving into Sunrise of Rocky River I'd say our experience with them was a very positive one. Based on what we saw during our tours it was a very nice looking place, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.

The Bloom is by far the best community, I have looked at for my father. The staff is friendly, and helpful. The building is clean and beautiful. My father is very happy there. They are willing to accommodate on just about anything, and truly care. I will be recommending this community to my friends.

Great size (small), single story. Tucked in quiet residential community. Facility appearance was clean and well managed. Katy Hanks, my guide, was extremely helpful and reassuring with my questions about finding the right place for Mom. During the extensive tour with Katy, was able to meet both staff and residents, all who seem happy and engaged.

Really liked the community that it is small and intimate. The staff is really nice and answered all pertain questions. Will be taking my mother in law for a tour and go from there. The place is like an apt bldg and very homey.

Building and grounds are beautiful. l met some staff members and found them to be warm and caring. Lunch was served and was very good and served attractively. All residents appeared content and comfortable.

Our experience with Sunrise has been a very positive one, overall! It's a clean nice looking facility, and the staff is friendly and professional. We're very satisfied with the service that has been provided so far!

Smaller facility, like a bed & breakfast. Very homey.
