Bloom Senior Living

The community is very clean and neat and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The community is in a great location and they have lots of activities to do and my loved one really likes it. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I like the the Bloom at Bossier community, I have made a few really close friends. I think my room is cute and it is kept clean. The community is always kept clean and well maintained. Sometimes it does seem like they are having some staffing issues just due to this past year, but that is like every other community right now. The food could be a little better, but I do have to say overall its good and the portions are sometimes over generous. Bloom at Bossier is like a cruise ship without the boat, it has a real resort feeling to it. They do allow medium sizes dogs which is nice, and the staff are very flexible and accommodating.

They were very helpful and forthcoming about information, and very cooperative. It's located in a nice area. The outside grounds could use a little attention, but my loved one's apartment and the general areas were very clean. It was just a great experience and an excellent value.

It worked for us, It was a smaller community and they had fewer residence and which means they receive more attention from the staff. I would recommend this community to others.

Our first impression of this community was good, and they do offer quite a bit of activities. They take the residents out on little outings to different restaurants and to get ice cream. They also have arts and crafts, movie nights and bingo. We would recommend this community.

Caregivers engage residents, encourage participation and help those unable to do things themselves. I've witnessed many times over the top care and compassion for those needing help. Very nice fit for our family.

In July 2018, I helped my ill, estranged brother find an assisted living facility. It was challenging because I was not knowledgeable in this arena. The Executive Director and Sales People were amazing. They guided me with knowledge, compassion, patience and caring. The residents are treated like family. The staff really cares about everyone. Even the Administrative Specialist who greets everyone as they arrive or leave is friendly, helpful and uplifting. I was a little skeptical at first, but this kindness and family attitude has continued as we start my brother's eighth month there. He has improved since he moved in because of this incredibly positive environment. There are monthly dinners that family members can join in for an evening of dinner together followed by music. Anyone who lives at Willow Lake Place is very fortunate to have such a beautiful facility surrounded by caring and loving people.

We have had a truly amazing experience at Bloom. Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. From the moment we scheduled our initial visit, we've been impressed with the professionalism shown and the attentiveness given. My aunt is going to be well taken care of and it brings tears to my eyes knowing that she has a warm and friendly staff and new family watching over her. Thank you Bloom and I look forward all the new experiences we'll have moving forward.

We placed my father-in-law at Willow Lake Place when strokes made it impossible for us to care for him at home any longer. He got excellent care and attention there. It is a beautiful facility and the staff knows each resident, and the residents are encouraged to be out of their rooms/apartments and participate in all the activities that are arranged by the staff, including weekly outings to restaurants. I was very impressed with Willow Lake Place and with [name removed] in particular

Willow Lake is a place where the staff not only takes care of your loved one but they care about her/him. Most who work here can step in and do other jobs and they do that regularly. It is a happy place!

Great facility, nice staff and excellent location

My mother-in-law seems happy here she has some adjusting to do but the staff and community is great. It is clean they have lots of fun activities and the grounds are kept up really nice. I give them 5 stars.

Great facility and staff. Staff treats residents like family while providing compassion and quality care. Would feel extremely comfortable with my loved ones moving into Kesslerwood Place!

Everything went well for my mothers respite stay here in this community. I did feel she was safe, and in good hands. We did not have any problems, or concerns during her time in this community. This is a community I would recommend to my friends, and family.

We were happy with the care that we received for the time we needed here. The staff were caring and attentive to the needs we needed at the time. The community is clean with nice enviroment. The meals were appealing. They do offer activities. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My loved one has recently made the move into this community and so far I am very pleased with how things are going for her. The staff are all so lovely and have a warm nurturing feel that they give off to all of the residents. She is not doing so well with her health so it is comforting that she has such an amazing team looking our for her. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone interested.
