Bloom Senior Living

They are very conscientious about keeping the rooms clean in the Memory Care unit where my mother is housed; keeping up at all times with the laundry and always making sure my mother is presentable in cleanliness and attire. I've never experienced a day, regardless of the time of day I drop in, whereby my Mom doesn't appear well cared for along with other residents. I'm very pleased with the level of care my mother is receiving and hope we're able to keep her here long term. The facility is smaller than some and from my perspective feels more like a home environment rather than an institution where some residents may just be a face or room number. Love visiting here.

Everything about our experience with Bloom at Bossier has been extremely positive! After I contacted [name removed] to explore new living options for my sister, the entire organization was very friendly, helpful and flexible to ensure her needs would be met. Since she moved into Bloom, our experience has confirmed that it was the right decision! Prior to moving into Bloom, my sister was living by herself with her dog and due to some limitations had little social interaction. She was very nervous and hesitant to make the move, but knew it was the right thing for her. She has since made many friends, and a couple weeks after she moved into Bloom, she told me she was the happiest she has been in years! The staff continues to provide excellent support, and having transportation available for doctor appointments has been critical to her care. [name removed] has been very helpful and great to work with! Knowing what we know now, if we had to do it all over again, we would make the same decision!

We met the team at Bloom when our mom was in transition. The team was understanding to our situation and went above and beyond to make space for our mom by the time she was released from another rehab unit. Our journey took a unique turn and we needed hospice much quicker than we anticipated. Our mom went to heaven less than a month after moving into Bloom. However, [name removed] and [name removed] and the entire team was beyond amazing. They gave our mom true dignity. They supported our family beyond expectation. We cannot say enough about the team at Bloom!

This is probably the best facility in Kokomo. Everyone is friendly to patients and visitors. The staff truly cares. Cleanliness and no foul odors when you arrive at the facility.

From the moment I toured Bloom at German Church, I knew it would be perfect for my dad. The staff are so kind and compassionate. The rooms are spacious and safe for dementia patients. They do weekly outings and host several activities during the week to keep the residents engaged and interactive with each other. Thank you, Bloom, for taking great care of my father.

5 to all Bloom has been great for my dad! I'm terrible with names but the lady who looks after dad now is awesome, takes great care of him and lets me know when he needs something. I think it's [name removed]. The lady who looked after him when he first moved in was awesome too! [name removed] has been amazing to work with, she's always so helpful.

The entire staff at Bickford is amazing. They put our family and our needs first. [name removed] passed away within a few months of her move and we are so glad that she ended her life at Bickford. The level of care and compassion was extraordinary. Bickford is small, lovely and feels like home.

They were close to home and offered service required for us at the time. Experience was smooth and staff were very kind.

I took a tour and this was top of our list, it seemed like it was going to be a great fit. ALL of the staff is helpful no matter what you need help with! I realize activities for memory care is difficult. My mom really misses her church services which she doesn't have.

Enjoy the workers and the staff. really appreciate taking care of the people who are there. enjoy seeing my mom and the other people. all so friendly. Clean and safe. glad they have security. love being able to see others and enjoy talking to them.

I would tell a friend that Bloom went out of their way to admit my mom on short notice and that the community is very friendly and there are many activities for your loved one.The main reason we picked Bloom is because their staff was so friendly and accommodating and because we get a lot for what we pay.

We had to find a suitable place that took a medicare waiver and we also knew one of the administrators socially. Althoughmy loved one still wants to go back to her home, we have no complaints with the staff or the care.

The community is clean and the renovations are almost done. We gave the meals and dining a 5 as of this week. The dining room is opening back up and that has helped. With the activities we are trying to get our loved one involved with the activities, they have good offerings. Any price is expensive. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Our family has had a great experience with Willow Lake Place, we are truly happy with the care they are providing for the residents.

I have heard that a new owner will take over some time soon so I can only tell you my mother's experience with the current owner was just so amazing. She was always happy, active and made many friends. My loved one had a wonderful stay at Kesslerwood Place.

We really liked the staff! They went above and beyond to help us. They were SOOO personable and supportive! They even drove to my dad's home in Anderson to do his assessment. Even though we ultimately chose a facility in Anderson that was closer to my dad's siblings, Brandi would call and check to see how he was doing.

It has been very positive. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is great and the maintenance staff respond quickly if needed. I would highly recommend the Bloom.

They offered activities to the residents, but our loved one chose not to participate in them. We appreciated how easy the facility was on our move in day and they were very accommodating with everything we asked for. Based on the experience we have had so far with Kesslerwood Place we would recommend the community to other families.

My parents love the staff and the facilities. Super friendly, helpful, kind, respectful, and welcoming. I highly recommend the Bloom.
