My loved one was there for a short period of time. This community is very nice but you have to be sure that everything is clarified up front.

We chose All Seasons Naples because of the value for the money, compared to where they were staying before, it was significantly cheaper and nicer. The rooms are nice and very spacious. They have almost a full kitchen, everything but a stove and oven. They do provide good nursing services, they were new to the area and they were helpful with getting my parents set up and connected to doctors in the area. I would recommend to others looking.

It's a friendly place, okay to live at. My apartment is good. The kitchen is a little bit dated, but not bad. The staff are very friendly and willing to do what needs to be done. The food is okay, but I think they serve too much chicken.

We liked this complex. Very efficient employees. Dining room is always ready to help in what ever you need for your eating enjoyment. Can always order your meal to take out and enjoy in your room. Great food. Houskeeping is very thorough.

Staff is helpful and people are friendly, ASRH is a safe place to live. Staff responds promptly to any needs. Food is very enjoyable. Staff is very responsive.

There are 3 buildings to the complex and the dining room is in on so you have to go there for meals. Walkways are covered, but otherwise open to the elements. Grounds are beautiful. Apartments are nice, but hallways seem a bit narrow so some care is needed with electric scooters. All were friendly and an error in a lunch order was promptly fixed.

Very nice close to the price I prefer. not ready to make a commitment yet.

There were a few different communities that I toured for my sister and I really liked this one. We would have chosen this facility, but I know she wasn’t ready for this type of care yet. My sister would have to be fairly independent to come here and unfortunately, she needed more coddling than they could offer. She just wasn’t ready for that yet. The staff was very friendly and wonderful. We really loved the apartment that they showed us. The apartment would have been great for her and the bathroom was wheel chair accessible. For meals, they had 2 a day and you could go in anytime. But, they didn’t really force the social time and that’s what my sister really needs. The grounds themselves were gorgeous and I would have loved to get my sister into this community. I would absolutely recommend this facility

Everything is going well and my parents are learning to adjust here. The community is clean, nice, and just wonderful. I appreciate all the help I got from A Place For Mom when we were searching, and I have been recommending them to folks.[Removed] at All Season has been a gem and their whole staff is great and helpful. However, the food tastes bland but the management is open to recommendation by the residents. They are listening and addressing the issues. The community makes an effort to do great and I have not run into any issues.

This looked like a nice community when I visited. The people I met were nice. I do know someone that lives here and they seem to like it. They take good care of this community. The nice apartments have full kitchens. They have a hot tub and pool for the residents to use.

Mom has been here for about 18 months now. At first it was great with the individual apartments but over time her memory has decreased and have seen her become more reclusive. We unfortunately will have to consider more personalized care.

The staff at All Seasons of Rochester Hills is awsome! I just appreciate how they take the time n listen to their tenants as family. I love [Removed] in the dining room! They take good care of my mom [Removed]. I enjoy visiting my mom at All Seasons. There is always someone to visit with in the main lobby or puzzle room, or to join in on the eve t yay activities.

The staff are great and I have not met anyone I haven't liked. They offer a meal plan of 2 meals a day and the food is pretty good. The grounds are impeccable, however they are doing some remodeling. They offer daily activities.

Last year at this time Mom moved in.The food was excellent,the selection and quantity was ideal. Alas that has changed! The quality has been become economy, poor selection of beef just one entrre and I have to cut the one veal dish because it was tough like shoe leather and mom could not cut it herself.Yesterday the veal dish was a thin preformed veal patty.Some ones idea of improvement.Gone are several steak dishes and a fine prime rib.The wait staff are really friendly and work hard.The kitchen manager is quick to make up prices that do not exist on the menu, if you order a second entre'.She will explain if you miss a dinner it does not count toward just a second entre'.Skimpy portions, and she will take the food out of your mouth ,if you you order chicken or fish on the available Caesar salad.I have to make up a price not listed on the menu she says.Mom likes to share her food with me, she is 90 something.The kitchen maven likes to watch me and explain some people like to come and join their mom, but the unlisted menu price are extravagant and mediocre for the amount. I come most every night to enjoy moms company.Last year everything was ample servings.The selection excellent.Now is a far cry from last years selection. If the menu stays like this and the food manager hawks for extra prices for moms food, l think twice about joining her.Unfortunate!

The director and staff were all very nice. The community was clean but was in need of some updating. My dad had a hard time getting in and out of the chairs because they were very low. We tried the food at breakfast and it was very good. They had great activities and socialization within the community.

I have not seen much of the staff since we moved mom into the community. Mom does not participate in any of the activities as she lost her glasses about a month ago. They keep the community very clean. I tried the food once and it was ok. I would recommend this community.

I really like this community, and everything is working out very well. The community looks great and everything is very nice and clean. The staff is nice and kind. There are many activities for me to choose from. The food is great, I enjoy the meals. Overall I'am happy and I would recommend it.

I really do like it here, this is good a community. The community looks amazing and is very clean. The staff is great and very helpful for me when I need them. I have tried a few new activities and made some new friends. The food could be warmer when it is served. The cooks need to pay more attention to the orders. The food is good and the selection of food is great. I would recommend it because everything is working out well for me here.

We toured here. It was very nice, and we liked it a lot. It ended up being more expensive than we were hoping. We found a different place that has worked well, but we liked this.

I think that probably the nicest thing about the Casa Del Rio place is they offer the ability for the residents to choose what they want to eat off of a menu, they have a choice of food and the variety is nice.
