Overall our family is pleased with Casa del Rio. Specifically, the food, maintenance staff and Renee (our tour guide) are excellent. The 2 bedroom /2 full bath with a nice patio is a great floor plan. There is a storage facility right next door to Casa del Rio, that my parents are using. One thing I think that would be helpful, would be to give an average age of the population of each center. My parents feel a little bit too young for Casa del Rio.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Casa Del Rio seemed like a nice place overall, the facility itself was attractive and the staff all seemed friendly and professional. It is worth a look if you are searching for senior living in the area.

We are coming up to our first year at Casa del Rio and we couldn't be more satisfied. The food is uniformly good and the wait staff and service personnel extremely pleasant and helpful.Moving from a home, condo, etc. to senior living facilities is always stressful but given a chance Casa del Rio ranks at the top for facilities, friendliness and effort of the staff to go the extra mile, Come join us - you won't be dissapointed

Beautiful community with lots of amenities, and we loved the handicap accessible apartment with den. Active, young at heart feel of community with social and religious diversity and lots of couples However, probably out of our reach financially unless we find some funds not available at this time. Some features, such as the $175,000 grand piano, seemed pretty pretentious. The apartment in a less-pretentious setting would have been perfect. 'Land-locked cruise ship.' First rated 5 stars, but upon reflection decided that was over-generous. Pushiest leasing agent we've met.

Mom said 'felt like home'. Can't get better than that. Nice small kitchen with stove. Friendly people. Lots of activities, theater.

They didn't seem to have the social activities program, or at least not the things that my mom would be interested in. I think they did a lot of trips and excursions and things but that didn't interest her.

They were very nice and very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They recognized that it was not the right fit for our loved one so they recommended a different community. We were very impressed with them and how they were able to be selfless and recommend another community.

Very nice complex, affordable, but no assisted living available only home health care

We did like this center. It was very clean and offered everything that I am interested in, crafts, painting, sewing, exercise and the food seemed to be pleasing. We enjoyed director very much and would have been happy living there. The grounds were well manicured.

I used to live here at Casa Del Rio. I thought it was a very good community, and I liked that the dining room was always open from 7 in the morning to 7 in the evening. However, They didn't have dancing here, which is one of my avid hobbies, and I felt that the community was a little too small for me.

We were pretty disappointed when we first moved in, but we are starting to fit in. The room seemed smaller than the one they showed us originally. Once we got there, we realized the electrical outlets were missing, there are no outlets for phone or television, in the bedroom. We had to get wireless transmission which cost us some money. The food is good, and that has helped, it has been consistently good. There is a lack of activities, it seems like the main activity is talking. There aren't any separate room for activities. It's clean, and the staff is very good. You can't walk anywhere, though, nothing is close, you have to take a bus, and they limit you to five miles, after a ten mile round trip they start charging money. We chose them based on the room we saw, and we didn't get one like that. The patio for our room is quite small and has no room for furniture.

This is a good community, but they didn't offer all that we wanted.

The staff isn't always responsive to concerns or issues. They don't give you everything that your rent covers. It is a nice place, they have a lot of things available.

There is an exit fee if you leave for other than health reasons. I left for health reasons but still had to pay an exit fee. The food was okay. The room sizes are good, I had a two-bedroom unit. They charged for putting up safety devices and for taking them down.

My sister was pretty happy with the staff at the community. She thought the food was good, I would recommend this community to other families who are looking. My sister's apartment was nice and it was spacious.

While the facility is beautiful, the food and dining room service is horrible. My mom sometimes waits well over an hour for substandard food. Often, she leaves the dining room without eating because she doesn't want to wait any longer. Turnover of staff is high - the dining room is therefore understaffed and not trained. Management is aware of this problem and does nothing. All Seasons seems to care more about landscaping (to attract new residents, I assume) than providing the dining services it has promised. I feel the owner is opportunistic, taking advantage of seniors by charging high rent that includes dining services that are not delivered, while raising her rent 40-50% while she's lived there. My mom is afraid to complain for fear her lease will not be renewed. Moving for anyone, especially for people in their 80s-90s, is not an option. And a timely and consumable meal for seniors is critical, so I've written this review in the hope that the owner will direct the appropriate funds necessary to run an acceptable dining room.

I have no complaints of how things had went for my tour of this community for my self.The staff where wonderful to work with and did a great job with the presentation. The property was clean and I liked all of the amenities they had for the residents. It was just not the right fit in the end decision.

Won't give help at meals, and won't allow family to hire someone to help at meals. Weird rule. Deal breaker.

I have lived here for 2 weeks. I really really love my apartment. Nothing about it that I don't like..... however, the food and service of it is really really BAD. I am not a pickey eater so that has nothing to do with it. Over half the people that I have talked to agree with me on this Everyone talks about it but not many go to whoever is in charge of the kitchen and food service.... I took it one step further aND had them look at the plate and tell me if they thought it even looked appetizing. Even they had to agree that it was anything but attractive.
