The first time you enter casadelrio you can feel the warmth of the staff and residents. Everyone smiles and the decor is so welcoming you realize you have found a comfortable place to live. There are several areas to gather and get to know your neighbors. The chairs and tables invite you to sit and have coffee. I was so impressed with all the incredible decor - which include an outside area with a fireplace when the weather cools off. Great pool for that exercise. The movie theater is awesome - comfy chairs and a huge screen! Some great older movies we have seen but love to see again. There is a cocktail bar to meet and greet your neighbors and the area where you can go outside and sit in a lovely garden area. The apartments are spacious and some have patios. I was so impressed overall with the "social aspect" where you can meet and greet your neighbors and be as busy as you like. There is always something to do so retiring is a great thing!

My mother is very happy at Casa Del Rio. There is a very comfortable feel to the community and the people are friendly - she feels at home. She made a very good choice.

Provides a number of activities to enjoy. These include several daily classes of calisthenics as well as discussions, arts and crafts projects, lectures, discussions on various topics and special events. Also movies. Check out the daily community events. There is also comfortable rooms and of course meals

It's expensive, but it's A beautiful and wonderful place for mom. She loves it ! Mom loves All Seasons, It's beautiful and I would suggest for anyone that loves activities l, people and a good staff. The only negative is it is expensive.

Overall a good experience and my mom is very happy to be at All Seasons. I would recommend that folks include All Seasons on their prospect list when researching independent living facilities. Everyone's situation is so different, so All Seasons might not be a right fit for them, but it was for my mom.

My wife is a professional organizer that helps seniors downsize. She recommended several places for my Mom to check out when she was looking. Mom picked All Season's as it was the place that had all the stuff she wanted.

It seems fine. The way that dinner is served, could be improved. They are not able to seat the entire facility at once, so you could end up waiting 30-60 minutes to get a seat if you don’t make the first seating. The staff is very friendly.

I would recommend this facility to others. Some suggestions: Meet with Caredriven if in Independent Living to learn about services/cost. Know the cost that Caredriven charges for escorts, medication management, inform them if it is okay to leave pills on the counter or if they need to watch your loved one take the pills. Ask when is the first cleaning and what is the schedule. Great quality meals. It would have been nice for the staff to introduce themselves to the new residents- activities director. Know that you can use the OT/PT at the facility. I would encourage use if loved one has some memory problems. They can help integrate them into the facility. No cost.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility is very nice and welcoming. Having transportation when needed and medical staff on site is very important. I think they could offer more activities and more variety. But they are working on it. Some residents help plan and conduct activities, which is nice.

What we like the most about the Casa Del Rio community is the fact that it is a dog friendly community and the grounds are well taken care of. Based on the experience we have had so far with this community, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

All Seasons seemed a bit upscale for my mom (and a few residents at AH said they had visited and didn't feel at home and felt the residents there were not as friendly). I thought they had a lot of really interesting activities, especially lectures and musical opportunities even in affiliation with Artis Naples which I would have enjoyed, but that is not what she enjoys; she was just looking for a place that felt like home with activities she was used to doing.

My loved one is currently a resident at All Seasons Naples and overall, things have been very good for her. The quality of care and the staff have been great. The cleanliness has been great, also! The friendliness has been good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We picked this community because of the, price, location (next door to dialysis), friendly/helpful staff, and the shower was ADA compliant. I would tell other families, if you need an affordable, friendly retirement community look no further.

I toured this facility and it's older, but kept clean. Staff is friendly. They are pet friendly and allow residents to make a little fenced area outside of their patios for their pets to use. The outdoor area is fairly sized. The restrooms are small and do not have roll in showers.

Felt was a very lovely tour with many amenities to be offered for residents. Very warm and welcoming staff.

The reason for the meals rating is my aunt complains too much of the food has cheese and she has trouble digesting it. She also thinks the service should be faster but as far as I know we all say that about every restaurant we go to.

Our family had an in person tour and on the surface it looks like a very nice and beautiful facility, all of the staff we met with were very friendly but it seemed like they were running a little thing on staffing. This is truly independent living and the service agencies they provided we were not all that impressed with

Overall it has been an extremely pleasant community with very dedicated staff. Would like to see owner's taking more suggestions and direction from management staff and residents who call this community Home.

We chose Casa Del Rio because we liked the apartment, it is a very spacious 1 bedroom and the staff were all very nice, helpful and attentive. The location was also great for our family. They do not have an activities coordinator, the residents run all of the activities which is why I rated it lower because if they could not do it, they just did not happen. They also do not have an activities room. Overall I would definitely recommend the facility to others looking.
